Used amigos for an emergency repair on the front tires of a big box truck that had a blowout. They were fast, and did it for a price that no one can complain about! I have since taking my personal vehicle there to have new tires put on, not used and they were excellent, informative, knowledgeable, extremely polite, fast and efficient. The price was better than anybody else in town for high performance low profile tires, Will definitely use them again!

Encountered a sudden flat tire on my journey to New Jersey in the Ashland area. Despite trying three different tire shops without success, a call to the Amigos came to the rescue. Gratitude for their assistance!

TL;DR - CONS:Parking lot is small and damaged enough to hurt a low vehicle. Theres a huge language barrier for non-Spanish speaking customers. Inventory is kinda sparse.PROS: Top notch service and tires for a great price. Also very quick intake and job completion. EVERYONE is curtious and goes above and beyond.SUMMARY: Drive in and out carefully and use google translate to improve your experience, but you wont be disappointed regardless!Long-form:Awesome place to get a quick tire replaced and/or an alignment. The only reason I didnt go 5 stars is just a few things that MIGHT be an issue for customers/need to be "fixed":-The parking lot is not just small but full of huge suspension racking pot holes. It LITERALLY looks like the surface of the moon (not exaggerated). I was told the owners are raising money to have it repaired, but it's also the thru-way for both businesses behind it.... and it's been that way for YEARS now.- Their on-hand tire inventory isn't that vast, USED OR NEW. I have a FAIRLY common size on my SUV, and I'll run whatever has good tread and holds air...but they seem to only ever have one or none... or a size that is CLOSE but wont technically work. They also hesitate to sell one or two of a full set if it's all they have left and/or they all match.- MOST of staff doesnt speak/understand English very well, which only poses a problem when trying to dictate what you want done. When you figure out how to communicate your needs, find someone that speaks English, or can speak Spanish fairly well yourself, these guys are spot on, curtious, and dont miss! It's really only disappointing because you WANT to talk to these guys because they all seem so cool/down to earth... but they normally just nod and say yes.I'm a repeat customer now and forever. One of the tech's ripped off my tailgate bezel by accident, but only because he was being curtious by loading in my trash tires and wheels, which he didnt have to do. They even cut me a deal on my next visit to offset the price of replacing the bezel.Great Place.

Although I have read several negative reviews, I came to this place, looking for a reasonable opinion, regarding an unrepairable tire. They were able to fix it just fine. I think there is a bit of a cultural and communication barrier with other customers. Realistically, this is more like a family business and some things appear to be done out of the standards of other chain stores. When you run into something you are not used to, it may create resistance and misunderstandings.They seem to have used tires at an average of $50. That may work to some people who may not afford full price at the moment. The the economy is going, that is a pretty good chunk of the population. Just be patient.

One of our fleet units broke down on the highway. They towed it in. Could not diagnose or fix the problem. Then said they were closing. And our truck would be stuck over the weekend. Then when we got the bill, it was OUTRAGEOUS considering they did nothing to help us. Would steer clear my trucker friends. Met a lot of good people on the road, but this business I would not recommend to anyone.

I just got home from this spot, I'm super happy to find a local shop that was small business owned, willing to help me out and build a relationship. I came to these guys with a truck I want to build a business with, I had them mount and balance new tires for me from their stock. I was impressed with the process, I also asked that they run through the vehicle for me and let me know what they recommend for pre-inspection preparation. After all, this vehicle has been sitting for well over a year. They inspected brakes, fluid levels, lights, CV/Front & rear end, and more!I have made a mental note to schedule a follow up to come back this week to complete the other services; there was no pressure at all. I even had great conversations with a woman in the lobby.Overall I highly recommend supporting this business as a local, good people, great prices and a same day turn-around with parts ordering with almost no down time.@Junior, you and your guys rock - I know your dad's shops in good hands!Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

There was no one at the front desk, they are a used tire shop and they were completely out of used tires. Even though I was clearly in distress the mechanic or whoever made jokes as they tried to add expenses to my bill. I was not told where the waiting area was, nor was I told how long it would take. They offered their most expensive tires and took forever to put them on. And again made a joke about adding something else to the bill, while I was already clearly in distress. ANYONE WHO GAVE THEM 5 STARS IS LYING. THE SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE.

I needed my tires changed last minute, I brought my own, they did change within an hour at a much better price and timeframe than other shops nearby.

Have used them in the past for plugs and wires and tire repair and they provided fair service. After this last experience never going back. Called this morning about getting 4 tires done and went to drop the truck off and said they forgot. Told them to just do fuel filter dropped the truck off, called to see if it was ready and he told us he forgot. We just went and picked up the truck. I wish I could give no stars! Very unprofessional and kinda laughed on the phone.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Went in again today & got great service. Everyone here is always willing to go above & beyond. Just call Mario or Jr & tell them Kentucky sent you. Not for a discount but because they deserve it!

These people aren t honest. Don t ever use them for wheel alignment if you care for your own safety, they almost got my mom killed on the highway. Please please avoid going there for any service

I went Wednesday to have my tire repaired, I waited 2 hours due to limited staff. Unfortunately I was stranded since my tire was completely flat after I pulled into their lot and went over several craters. I had a used tire put on, after told my tire was unable to be patched. Driving my tire alert came on and I had to put air in the tire they replaced 3 separate times. I called to notify them and they said come in. I called the next day to alert them the tire was flat and I was unable to come in and asked if they could send someone and I was told no, they hung up on me. I called back and they wouldn t pick up. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. I will count it as a loss and a lesson learned.Service: Tires

This business gave less than desirable service, charged more than commercial auto repair shops for an oil change and tire rotation.Communicating with the staff was a major challenge as well. I will never return for service at this business simply because of the over priced oil change (I supplied my oil and both air and oil filters).Disappointed 100%

Worst ever place to get your the car fixed. I have no idea how it got 5 out of 5. Most likely fake reviews.I went there to get my front bumper replaced. I was faced with inconsistency in giving me a time slot. And when I was given a time slot to come in, which was around 3 PM, they told me know it was 8 AM and the bumper came and left. Which is ironic to come to think of it as.. was I supposed to buy the bumper?. Unfortunately communication due to poor English was not helpful as well.I went to Lindsay's body shop instead and got my car fixed in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend that place instead of this pathetic unprofessional place.I will definitely recommend avoiding this place and trust me when I say that.

Bunch of kids working in this place! After I came and talked to them what my car needs he told me that we cannot take your car then he talked with his buddy and he said after we finish this car will take your s I waited for an hour then he came to me and said we cannot take your car. Seriously! And this is the second time at the same place. And the problem is he said he is the owner lol.

Friendly service at a fair price. Super honest owner. There was a wheel and tire combo I wanted to buy and the he wouldn't sell the tires to me since they were dry rotted but I didn't catch it. I would definitely come to this place again if you're onna budget.

Great place to get a used tire. Many places don't carry them any longer, or want to charge you almost as much as a brand new tire. These guy's have a fair price and have quality used tires. They also seemingly do other great automotive repairs here, and judging from their friendly honest nature, I believe they would be an excellent choice, both on price and workmanship. Se habla espanol, if the name wasn't a giveaway.

The place is a joke they ripped me off on 300 dollars. I was told they could reseal my headlight assembly they destroyed the headlight to a point it couldn t be fix I spent 700.00 on new headlight assembly they told me the headlight is no good. Then I took it to Leete and they told me it was a bad fuse and they fixed and gave me my inspection for 100 bucks. Save Yourself the time and money. Do not go to Amigos Tire and Auto they are terrible.

Men this place has the best car repairs all in one had some work done on my car they did a really good job on my paint work they also do shocks struts alignments an are way cheaper then your standard auto shops its three different shops in one location an there really nice guys so go check them out an get the experience I had.
