Consistently providing a friendly customer services attitude, straight forward scheduling and honest repair. Alex has proven to me now for well over a year that he is reliable and qualified to maintain not only my Duramax but my daughters VW Beetle.Prior to buying a used Mercedes, I asked Alex to survey the mechanicals. He drove it home, performed diagnostics, and put it on his lift. Followed up with a comprehensive report on immediate needs and other related issues good and bad. I wasn t charged a dime for this due to allowing him to make the suggested repair s considering he was $900 below the nearest quote I received for identical work using mostly OEM parts from two other sources. He also proudly reminded me that he guarantees his work as well as the parts.Finally a no hassle, friendly and reliable place to take my diverse fleet with confidence and piece of mind my vehicles will be repaired right for a honest price and his work guaranteed!

I came here with my car broken down several miles away. I asked Alex if he could help me get it towed to him and then repair it. Instead, he went to the car and got it started, just to save me the towing expense. That is a level of compassion and service that you do not see much of anymore. The charges that I did pay for were very reasonable. This place has me as a loyal customer now. I strongly recommend supporting this business.

Best service with a professional staff that's relatable to your needs. I'm not mechanic yet Mr. O'Grady spoke to me in a language I understood. Even better, he fixed my ride when others couldn't! Keep up the great work , I'll be getting all of my future work done at O'Grady's

Somewhat fixed my car, didn t put oil in the vehicle and my motor threw a rod, basically blew up and he doesn t wanna take responsibility for his actions, when I clearly saw after having the motor replaced that no oil was added and the oil filter was spotless, pretty much still brand new, still doesn t wanna confess to his actions, but he got $1700 out me.
