Buy a car from these people! You will not find a more honest bunch of used car dealers EVER!!! I went in looking at one car but when I talked to them about what I needed they - correctly! - deduced that a different car would be better. Looking on line I found that they gave me the best price for my trade in and the best price for the "new" car available in a 250 mile radius! THEN when I went back to try to retrieve a hidden $20 bill and the car was out getting new tires, they mailed it to me three weeks later! I have NEVER had such a great experience getting a car! Work with Arcadia Motors, you will be glad you did! I certainly was!

A great dealership to get a quality used vehicle where you are treated like family. Over the years I have purchased cars from them with overwhelming satisfaction in quality and assurance. Also a great tip that I have found out dealing with Arcadia Motors is that if you do not see a vehicle on their lot that you are looking for.....stop by and tell them what you are looking for and they will find it for you. 100% satisfied and repeat customer

Was interested in purchasing a vehicle listed on their website, in CASH.Website has NO vehicle history information, such as previous maintenance record, open or resolved recalls, accidents reported.. Nothing.No big deal, there's a form on the website to request the VIN (allbut public information, which my insurance company needs as well)They never responded, so I had my husband call and ask for it. Instead of giving the info we requested, he got the run around and then passed to another individual who then got an ATTITUDE with us, demanding to know WHY we wanted the VIN. When we explained why, they still wouldn't cough it up!Shady as h*** what, is it stolen? Bait and switch? Who knows, but don't waste your time. I'd be willing to bet money these other Google reviews are friends and/or family.

I have had numerous transactions with Sheila and Steve. Each one gets better and better. They both have the four attributes you need from a vehicle consultant: knowledge, efficiency, service and integrity. If only every business held themselves to the standards Arcadia Motors does, the world would be a better place. Thanks again guys!
