My husband has been here twice now so I thought I would give it a try. They got me in quickly and the oil change didn't take long. When I pulled out, my car made a jerking movement. I thought maybe the tire slipped but as I pulled out into traffic the car lurched again and made a whining sound. I found a place to turn around and went back. The staff member I spoke to immediately got the manager who identified the problem. He had to completely redo the oil change.I am still giving four stars because they were all very friendly and the manager apologized, fixed the problem, and gave me a coupon. Also, because my husband has not had any issues.I won't be going back. I'll stick to the dealership, but my hubby said he will keep using them.

This whole business is built on trust and on my second visit today. I don t even know if I got an oil change because the guy lied in my face. When I asked him to check the air and fill up in my tires he said he already did it I told him from where he said from the under of the car I told him I don t. Even know if that s possible he said there s a tpms connection so I asked what did psi you put he said 35 all the tires. I I left the shop after about 2 minutes showed me the tire psi and it said 34,39,33,35 for the four tires. What bothers me is why he lied for such a routine work now I don t even know if the guy even changed my oil I fell asleep though this place can t be trusted I don t recommend this place. And btw I didn t get a sticker so thank god I don t have to come back.

Been a few times. Always fast and courteous. Stopped today and asked if they would fill a low tire, and they did all 4 no questions asked. Definitely recommend.

This place is great! Staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Adam did a great job explaining everything that his team was doing and answered any questions that I had. Noah was great as the customer s main point of contact, took the time to look over some concerns and gave knowledgeable answers to questions I had about my vehicle while the other technicians, who were also friendly and seemed competent, went about their tasks. I had a good experience at this location.

No doubt, the best place to change your oil. The attendant was extremely polite and friendly. This store will definitely always be my first option, the prices are better than any other.

I m so pleased with the service that was provided by this location! Manager RT and his staff are all so very helpful and kind. They helped me with all of my concerns. Left no questions unanswered. I m not from the area but will definitely return should I continue with my patient on that side of town. Thanks so much!

A bunch of young whippersnappers in this place and they gave me faith in humanity ! They were kind, courteous, and genuinely good to me. They did a great job and I find my maintenance light on again in the area I know where I ll go!

It was definitely quick service. I just don't like how they try to upsell you on every little thing. All I wanted was an oil change and it just felt like they're pushy to oversell what I asked for. It's easy to simply say no, but it's just annoying that they spent more time trying to sell additional service, than to just give me the service that I was asking for.

After leaving your shop, my engine started sputtering and stalling going west on 66. Luckily, I was able take the first exit and roll down to park safely and check what was going on. I was shocked to discover that the old air filter had been installed backward and lots of dirt was sucked in. It took me two hours of running the engine at high RPMs to clear the clog. I hope Valvoline takes my feedback seriously to avoid these basic mistakes in the future.Service: Oil change

I was wary of using an instant oil change shop to change the oil on my rather rare vehicle, which I typically only let near people specifically trained on it. I had to step outside my comfort zone because I wasn't going to be able to make it over to the dealer in Manassas and keep my other commitments. I couldn't be happier with the job Valvoline did. I first called days before to get a quote, which was competitive, $125 for full synthetic. The woman I spoke with, Jasmine, immediately texted me a coupon for $25 off. When I arrived, I was checked in by a technician named Joshua, who admitted right away they did not have the filter for my car, not because they were out of it, Valvoline just doesn't make that filter yet. He said if I could run to a parts store, buy the filter, and come back, they'd knock that off the total bill. I got the filter, came back minutes later, and got five star service. The manager, Prince, made a point to introduce himself to me and shake my hand. That's not something I receive even at my dealer or at other shops I've been to, and that interaction goes a long way. My car takes 7.3 quarts of oil, while most take 5, and 5 quarts is covered in the price of the full synthetic change. There was a negligible upcharge for those 2.3 quarts, so people with more powerful motors in their cars should be aware of that. They didn't try to sell me on absurd services my car wouldn't need. There was no pressure of any kind. Everyone there seemed jovial and knew what they needed to do, so that tells me Prince is running a great shop. I even appreciated Joshua chatting with me about Doctor Who while things were slower. This is a great Valvoline location, I'll be back, and I'll send other customers their way.

Brought two vehicles there will NOT go back. I brought my 2022 palisade because I needed a quick oil change (scheduling w/ dealership issues). The techs had no idea where the filter was in the vehicle. They did not have the oil filter in stock (but were able to get it to the store within 15 minutes). They also had to remove a skid plate to change the oil (this did not seem right). the process took about 55 minutes. This among other incompetence (did not check tire pressure, washer fluid was low) lead me to check the oil on my 2011 Toyota Highlander that I had brought in to the Haymarket Valvoline in July. To find out, the oil dip stick was missing. Customer service department replaced it BUT I drove 2000 miles without a dipstick Training is an issue at this location. Maybe instead of all the callouts they have they should focus on doing the job right. Go somewhere else!

If you do chose to get an oil change here, do yourself a favor and disregard the "multipoint inspection". Your serpentine belt may fail 2 days after they mark it "OK", and they'll be sure to wash their hands of any responsibility. Really gone downhill.

Joshua and RT are the best!! Excellent service, great price and friendly atmosphere. You sit in your car while the service is performed, takes 10 to twelve minutes. Highly recommend this place and don t forget to ask for Joshua and RT

I was so pleased with the service that I got this evening from the technician who took care of me and the people who checked my tires and changed my oil on my Jeep they were very professional and very understanding that I was tired and they got me out as quick as I could and I appreciate that. I definitely will return for oil change in the future and I will also recommend them

Super quick oil change. Love that I can sit in the car. Guys didn t make me feel obligated to spend more money. They were helpful with other questions I had. Found a coupon to save a couple bucks. Will for sure be back to this location for future needs. RT and crew were great!

The team was very through, doing safety checks on everything. They explained what they were doing and were very very friendly. Best service I have ever had at an oil change. Used to go to Jiffy Lube but I won t anymore. 10/10

I don t know anything about cars, but Alex, Joshua, and Dean were very quick and very helpful. I didn t see who the person was who was actually underneath my car but they did an amazing job! :))
