Charlie is fantastic to work with! He noticed I was having car trouble and reached out directly to help. He diagnosed the issue in about 20 seconds and gave me a straightforward easy solution to fix it myself. Not being very car savvy, I engaged his help in replacing my battery after giving my car an immediate jump to get me through the night. competitive pricing and immense professionalism. HOMERUN all the way around. After trying to book an appointment all over town without success, I stumbled across Mullins Auto Repair via Google. Not only did Charlie get my Volvo XC60 in for a diagnosis, he immediately fixed it and at a great price. Had my car complete in a couple of hours. I have been coming here to get my 96 Volvo 850 restored and brought back to life, and without a doubt Mr. Mullins is the best I've ever seen. He knows the problem, fixes it at a cost that's usually a third of what the dealer would charge, and is no nonsense about what's needed and what's not.He is a rare breed in the Volvo business and I can't thank him enough. Absolutely an honest guy that does quality work. Get it done here.

Charles Mullins is simply THE best. He's expert at what he does, takes pride in his excellent work, charges reasonably, and is totally honest. Where else can you drop off a car and tell the mechanic to do whatever needs to be done? I've been going here for almost 30 years and cannot praise the service enough.

If you have a Volvo and fear the repairman weep no more! Charlie Mullin will revive your ailing vehicle whatever the problem, and give good service and a fair price! I have been bringing my two aging Volvos to Charlie for several years now and they are both running great. My cross country wagon has 215,000 miles and is a winter brute for tackling the snows of West Virginia flawlessly. My S60 is a nice cruising car and I am finicky about handling, tires, etc. but under Charlie's care it just feels like new at 175,000 miles. I don't know how they sell new ones with guys like Charlie keeping the old ones running so well!John Schmitt, The Plain, Va.

My son has an old Volvo S40 and the oil dip stick kept popping out spewing oil all over the engine, he live in Warrenton, so I called a local dealer in Fairfax and thought it was a missing washer around the dip stick, the dealer told my that from the sound of what I described it was a bad PVC box and quite involved to change; I asked if they knew anyone in that area the would recommend and they highly recommended Charles Mullin, and they were right he gave me a reasonable price and had it fixed the next day!

Needed general review of car... when cylinder was miss firing he tried new spark plugs and when that didn't work, took the new parts out and didn't charge me for it, a very honest mechanic and very fair rates, I am about to take my new car their again for some workService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
