Kathy (hope I spell right). Is an outstanding young lady. She is very personable and kind. It is so nice to go to a business and have them know your name and treat you like family. I would highly recommend Safe Harbor.

Clean, safe, climate control secured location with surveillance camera and keypad entry. The staff is amazing. Cathy is very knowledgeable and so very helpful and kind.

If you are looking for Mayberry service, look no further.Woman just inside the door welcomes me and announces that she is Kathleen, the "Manager." Kathleen is on her first day on the job. Doesn't know how to check trucks in or out. Doesn't have the dollies we ordered. Doesn't know how to take them off the order.After about 30 minutes of apologizing that she wasn't "trained" for this, Kathleen finally trades seats with Annette, the only experienced person here.As I now have no access to internet because shockingly, I am moving, I ask Kathleen if the subcontractors I reserved through U-Haul are being paid via my cc or do I need to pay cash?After yet another shout out for guidance Kathleen tells me very confidently that I need to pay the subcontractors in cash; they are not being charged on my credit card.Does it take you an hour to check out of U-Haul with half the stuff you ordered? It did for me.I now see that we double paid the movers and now everyone wants me to speak with everyone else. Lovely.Thanks Kathleen and U-Haul!!

If it wasn t so difficult to move all of my stuff I would have moved out of this place months ago. They charge more per unit than any other facility around. Their climate control units are hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The second you are one day late on a payment with no grace period they lock your unit and deny your access. Once you pay, it takes them days to give you access again. Poor customer service.

Awesome storage facility. I feel confident my stuff is safe and they were able to accommodate me with a climate controlled unit for my stuff that I needed to store following a move. I came into the office a bit panicked and Tracy & Becky were great. They were so kind to me and very professional. The facility itself is super clean, actually climate controlled, and you can do everything online to pay your bill, etc. Recommended!

Extremely happy with our rental. The staff is efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. Quick responses when you reach out. They offer hands free secure entry, but the keypad is always available. Plenty of options to fit whatever your storage needs are. Prices are reasonable. The units are clean. No roaches or mice, which we've experienced with other companies. There's a light inside the unit for easier access in the dark. I've been happy with our lease and will return if needed again.

I have known about Safe Harbor Storage for years from working in the County. They were my number one choice and luckily had a unit available. Best part of the experience was Becky ! To say she is Awsome would be a true understatement. I will probably stick my head in the office from time to time just to say 'Hi' to her.

Tracy was absolutely AMAZING to work with!!!! We were really concerned about our travel trailer, and she had the perfect solution for us. It was so nice to sit down with someone who generally cared about our questions and concerns!!!! We will NEVER go anywhere else for our storage needs!!!! Tracy is TOP NOTCH FOR SURE!!!!

Rebecca did a great job in helping us to secure a storage unit at Safe Harbor. She showed us the available units and once we made our decision as to what size unit we wanted, she physically showed us where our unit would be.She thoroughly explained what was needed to rent a unit and all the associated procedures as well as how to enter the storage units using the keypad.This storage facility is well maintained and centrally located.

Tracy was extremely helpful getting my storage space set up. She even stayed late on Friday evening to get it done. Overall great location right off the main road, very well kept area, excellent service, and a great price. Thank you again Tracy.RegardsChris

Becky was very professional and knew how to put a customer at ease right away. She wasted no time in getting me signed in and on my way. Folks, if you need to rent a storage place, come here. The place is very clean and maintained very well and staff is very friendly.

I own a moving company so i've had to rent a lot of uhauls over the years and have always had a great experience with Becky and Tracy at this location, they're always so polite and good at getting me out the door and on the road quickly, thanks so much ladies!

Becky was organized, friendly, cost-saving, and followed through. Excellent experience. Storage unit was clean, dry, and climate controlled, leaving me feeling comfortable with storing my possessions with Safe Harbor.

Convenient location. Fully fenced-in lot. Needs work regarding personnel issues. Price increases yearly. Long-term storage is not a good idea.

Wonderful service. Super clean place and also was able to turn in my uhaul when I rented a storage unit. So knocked out both things at one place. Prices are reasonable too

They were very organized and explained the processes and rules very well. Safe Harbor uses virtual tools to make the management of our account easy. The storage unit was clean.

People are great. Helped me w storage of boat, storage unit and helped me rent a U haul trailer. All with a smile. Secure place also sells boxes etc for moving.

This is a secure facility, no issues with people trying to break into the unit for 3 years or so. The prices are another matter. In the beginning it was only about $65/month. Price increases happened often enough during the 3 years to raise the monthly charge to over $100 per month, for the same unit. Seemed a bit outrageous.

Excellent customer service. Went over and above to ensure we had what we needed. The property is exceptionally clean, well lit and secure. Very happy we found this place.

Took a friend to get some stuff from her storage. Thr facility was very clean and well maintained. The allys in between the unit rows were a but steep and im not really sure if it would be safe to drive a Uhaul or truck and trailor through there. But just my opinion tho bbn it was a bit scary to drive my car thru there.

Good people to deal with very helpful good place to get U-Haul boxes and supplies they also rent U-Hauls and you can return them there they help me with the return that was supposed to go somewhere stopped at another one they acted like it was in the world these folks helped me out no problem went out of your way to do so very nice

Came in looking for prices and a unit not to big or small for my need , staff was more then helpful and willing to show me any unit I wanted to see just to make sure it was the right size I was looking for plus they day it a a great price and had the items I need to store my stuff . Even best part sold me a lock that would make my stuff even more secure and safe , thanks you, your staff great at there job and very friendly and helpful.
