These folks were absolutely wonderful! Honest about timeframe and price. The cost for welding the muffler back up (other stuff to it but I don't speak "mechanic") was FAR better than I had anticipated. Extremely friendly front desk lady and th guys who fixed it. I will definitely go back if needed!

My family has been searching for an experienced, talented, and honorable auto shop to repair and maintain our various vehicles. The team here is very honest, friendly and hospitable. We live about 45 minutes away and their services are worth the trip every time!

I seriously love this place! I've brought my truck here twice and they have always been fair and worked quickly. The other shops I've used in the area will want to fix stuff that isn't broke.

There's nothing to say about this place. This place is a total rip-off. If you have any problems with anything, do not go to S&b. They are straight-rip offs and they don't honor their word or warranties. I wouldn't take a toy car to this place because they wouldn't fix that rt either. There are some great places to take your car for quality work. (Harris Garage, D&M, Bobby) and they are all in Gloucester.

Steve is the most honest mechanic I've ever come across. I take my postal POV to him and he keeps it on the road for me. He's honest, fast and does a great job. I'd never take this Jeep to anyone else. His Mom runs the office and she's on the ball, keeping me updated and giving me the details. Great shop!

Went in for a vehicle inspection. In and out in under 20 minutes. They are very nice, very efficient and definitely a place we trust for repairs. (we have used for repairs on two different vehicles- they know their stuff and don't try to rip you off with repairs you don't need) I will continue to use them for vehicle maintenance and repair. I feel like it is hard to find a trustworthy garage and I always feel confident going to S & B They do it all, not just mufflers and brakes.

I went in the get my car inspected after repairing my windshield and they failed me due to my front brakes which are brand new. They told me they could fix them for $300.

Excellent work by great people. Took my small RV in for a modification to the generator exhaust system. The tech checked it out. Explained exactly how it could best be done and took care of it quickly. Very impressed with the quality and friendliness of the staff. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely return in the future!

My brake caliper had blown. They saw me that morning. Fast and efficient. Very kind and friendly staff.Tune up and exhaust repairs.This is an Awesome shop. Great service for my old 4x4.

S&B was great . Very friendly and knowledgeable. They found the problem with my car and fixed it. Fast service , I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up early the following morning. Plus got it inspected too. The prices are extremely fair. I recommend them to everyone.

Honest. Lady was rude when I first walked in though. Not the best first impression. Not totally bad but not taking my vehicle back due to first impression. Bennys has been the best place for entire experience in area so far.

SandB mufflers is always my go to for not only brake work, but most repairs, inspections, oil changes, etc. The thing I like most about them is the honesty. It s so hard to find honest auto repair facilities. S and B will tell you if a repair is unnecessary. They are also quick and knowledgeable. I wouldn t go anywhere else and I haven t for years and years.

Went to Macs auto to get my car inspected and they failed me for the hole in the muffler, told me it would be $300 to fix it. I then took the car to S&B mufflers and breaks. Found out that the car tie rods and the ball joints were so loose that the tire was shaking. They fixed everything for $330 and now my car is safe to drive. 10/10 recommend. Do NOT go to macs auto

Not very friendly. Don't know if they had a bad day or not. Long line of customers. Told to come back at 1 pm. Decided to go elsewhere.
