Darin Christensen was very understanding of my urgent truck problem. Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful performing the work and lending advice for future maintenance. Definitely a top notch shop and staff.

This guy is great! The tire guy has an amazing personality. Willing to work within your budget. Alway quick on duty! Great place don't over look them and always cash tip the tire guy he does all the work! 2 thumbs up!

R&M did an excellent job repairing a tire that had slow leak on my newly purchased car. NTB tire said it couldn't be fixed and I needed to buy a new tire but R&M repaired it within 30 minutes --and weeks later it is holding air with no issues. I've only used them for used tires, so take this for what it's worth. But, they've always treated me right. Decent prices on good used tires. 30 day warranty and guaranteed to pass inspection. They always let me inspect before install. Very quick service. I've never been more than 30 minutes here. Highly recommended if you need a good used tire

$115 to mount and balance 4 tires, and dispose of the ones previously removed. Brought tires and new valve stems with me. Ouch. And apparently they can balance without using weights, or my tires were perfect from the factory ..After leaving, checked inside of tire rim as well, no clip or stick on weights. No military discount.But, 2 stars for quickly doing what work was done, as I was on a time crunch and they were not busy - wonder why.Service: Auto tire replacement

Took over an hour to get one tire replaced. Only one customer in front of me when I arrived. They work at their own pace... but for $50 I accomplished what needed accomplished. Overall satisfied, not subpar service, not extraordinary.

I have been going here for a few years. The guys have been very helpful finding tires that are a proper size and mounting balancing reasonably. If they have a used tire that is correct fine, if not, they say so. When I buy online tires I find myself always going to R&M. Its not fancy but these guys have always done a very good job for me. A good local tire service store.

My rim was scratched but the owner agreed to pay for fixing. Other then that quick service no complaint unless he the owner doesn't keep his end of bargain

We had a slow leaking truck tire. Other companies said it could not be fixed. They were, of course, trying to sell us a full set of brand new tires. We decided to stop at R&M. The tech removed the tire and found the issue was not what we thought it was. A $10 fix. The folks were very honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Randall is one heck of a guy! He's a hard worker, extremely fair-priced, and will not try to talk you into work that doesn't need to be done! But, best of all, his work is outstanding... I've been going to him over the years, and have never had to take my vehicles back twice for the same thing!! Before you go anywhere else, be sure to call R&M FIRST!!!!!

The guy that did my tire was so sweet and honest about the best route for me to fix my ture and had a reasonable price. Definitely recommend them

DO NOT GO HERE. go to another used tie shopin Yorktown or Newport news, but DO NOT go here. bought a used tire and asked them if they are sure it is okay. had it blow on me 2 weeks later. which I had to pay for a tow truck and another tire. go to Newport news or go to Yorktown. wont get screwed over doing that

Went there for two used tires, they checked mine tires were fine put in two new valve stems saved me $100. Nice folk over there, fair prices.

I had a tire that was going flat. When I took the cap off to check the pressure the valve stem blew out. The person who was working there repaired the tire, removed the spare tire, and mounted the repaired tire in maybe 20 minuets. It cost me 15 dollars!
