Left a laughing react on his cheesy facebook post, and he reacted by saying stuff to my wife through messenger!! Definitly not the type of person who you should trust with a major purchase like a vehicle!! Probably clears codes and "patches" major flaws just to get your money!!

GREAT family owned business!! They will take their time with you, and they aren't your typical "pushy car salesman," which is always a relief when shopping for a vehicle! You will definitely find that You are their main priority, not pushing the sale itself. Their cars are always in Great condition, very fairly priced, and almost all have a warranty that comes along with the sale! Be sure to take a look at their selection before purchasing your next car...if they don't have something on the lot, they can usually get it for you!! Top Notch Dealer! Highly recommended!!!

They are very shady. They put "band aids" on major issues and then sell the vehicle. They are notorious for this. Most of their good reviews are family reviews.

This was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. Quick and easy no haggling back and forth. Very straight forward and honest. Definitely recommend if you want a different experience than a large dealer trying to sell you everything under the sun.

Very pleasant experience! He was upfront and honest over the phone ( I drove an hour from Chesapeake ). I've been eying his cars over the years and finally had the opportunity to purchase a clean Acura from him. Was greeted with the keys and a handshake to check the vehicle in and out. Granted I had a pre-approved check. He had the paperwork ready to go when I returned from the test drive. I strongly recommend the ride out whether from Richmond or VA Beach!

Stop by to check out a car, it was like I was invisible. Only two people spoke, and no one ever came to assist us or a knowledge us being on the lot. Saw the car we where interested in , but the gentleman out front was into a conversation with another man. It would have been nice if he had at least excused himself from his general conservation to speak with us. Bad customer service if you want to sell anything.

I went to Pruitt Auto to buy a 2000 Pontiac Firebird,...called Paul, he said there was a major (rear end) problem with the car that had to be fixed before the car was sold,...even though I waited an hour and a half for them to open I explained that I'm a mechanic and that I'd take the car as is, he said he'd call me back once he contacted the owner because the vehicle was a consingnment car, I waited un the lot another hour for someone to show up, nothing, I called back before I left, no answer, I called the same number for four days straight, numerous times a day,.still no answer,....I really wanted the car, today I see the car has been sold, Im just so taken back by this, seems sad that now a days you have to know, or be to buy a car, even when you're paying the price a man asks, they didn't respond to any of my voicemalis , or text, I'm just a guy trying to buy a classic car for a good price, extremely dissappointed!!!!!

Nothing but lemons. Crawled under two used trucks and both had frame damage. Shady dealer. Stay far away from Paul
