O'Reilly has always had my parts in stock, and the customer service is phenomenal. At least for the Gloucester Virginia store.

Thank you to the commercial account side of Orielly. I'm a new buisness and you guys are just awsome. Polite, knowledgeable, easy to work with. I own a restoration shop and my parts get really frustrating to track down and get prices over the phone. It's really appreciated and you can count on my buisness and referrals!

Needed battery replaced. Went to Advance auto, was told it required professional installation . It s held by three bolts.Went to O Reillys and the young lady changed it out in fifteen minutes. Will take my business to them. Professional, helpful and kind.

Only place to let me use their diagnostic unit to see if I had a major problem 20 minutes into a 6 hour drive. Explained the codes and how to find clarification. Addressed my specific issue and what I needed to know about the severity and time-frame to have it taken care of. 5 out of 5 Stars.

If the store doesn't have what we need, it can usually get it in a day or so. We needed a new rear wiper on our SUV and not only was it in stock, a couple of employees figured out how to put it on correctly. The old one had been installed by someone from another auto parts store who had little experience and it was not done right. Thanks O'Reilly's!

Great service but a total lack of Covid awareness. None of the four employees were masked and two appeared not to even have them. Won't be back until after I've been vaccinated at best.

Always prefer O'Reilly over the other big auto part stores. This location was clean, well-stocked, and helpful even though we didn't end up needing to buy anything.

We love OReillys ! Customer focused, friendly staff. An array of auto supplies at your disposal. We rack up points and $5 coupons with our purchase. They also enter you in for a prize of a gift certificate every time you give them your rewards number. Pretty nice. They are helpful in testing your batteries, installing them and installing windshield wipers. There was not a time OReillys has not come through for us.

Every time I called them they are always honest their prices are very reasonable their customer service is excellent I have been going 2 Gloucester County O'Reilly Auto Parts for years now I have never had a problem with these people they are very nice and courteous they are very patient with their customers

I haven't had a lot of business with O'Reilly's but they seem to have a good stock very knowledgeable help clean environment and more than helpful to their customers but sooner have a good start going for him

I went in store, 2 clerks were helping one customer. I was treated like an afterthought. I've worked in places like this. I told the other clerk, are you ok to finish alone while I help this customer.

How many auto parts places are there in GloCo?At how many have each of us shopped?My first real shopping experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts marks my last visit, anywhere else, as THE LAST visit anywhere else! Far better selection & prices & their customer service - wow - outstanding!Personable, friendly, knowledgable staff...all my questions answered, all concerns addressed.OH! And when's the last time someone carried your purchases out to your vehicle for you? Not because you bought a battery or wipers they were installing, but just because? Then thanked you for *choosing* O'Reilly (and it IS a choice) & asked that you think about them next time you have a repair/maintenance need?Personally, that's NEVER been the way of things anywhere else.Two thumbs way, way up for GloCo's #1 parts place, O'Reilly...

This parts store has more of the parts I need for my antique truck in stock than any other. Then to top it off the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I go out of my way to get my parts here.

They're usually pretty good about getting you the right parts but occasionally they screw up. Prices are decent and they can usually find parts that nobody else can.

Love the fact if they don t have it they can have it later that day if it s by a certain time and I m not sure what the cut of time is.

Awesome Staff! Unlike Advance Auto OReilys has a lifetime Database. So be showing here from now on.
