Marsha and her team go above and beyond to take care of any questions or needs I have, anytime I have them. Marsha is very responsive and helpful, no matter what. They recently helped me by faxing proof of insurance to the DMV. Great service. Michelle rocked it.

I love that they work with you providing the insurance you need. They look for the lowest rate but discuss why you might not want to go lower. Ultimately they will go with whatever you decide. They look for discounts. The staff is so friendly and personable that you feel like you have known them for years.

Marsha and everyone at Allstate, in Gloucester, are the very best in everything that you could ever want in an insurance company.They are caring, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, and outstanding in all areas of insurance. I have personally had others try to tell me their groups are better, they can do this or that, but my husband and I have been loyal Allstate members for way over 40 sum years and believe me, hands down, Marsh Weatherwax and everyone who works at Allstate in Gloucester, Virginia, Highway 17, are 100% the most intelligent, knowledgeable, honest, caring, helpful agents you could ever want. I know if I need anything, I can count on them anytime.God bless Marsha and everyone at her Allstate office.

I've been a customer here since 2004. Unfortunately I had to move out of state which prevented me from continuing to do business with Marsha's Agency. Highly recommended! Claim filing was easy and customer service was good. Sad that I had to leave.

I attempted to get credit for a new roof on my home for over three years in order to save on my premium. I repeatedly contacted this agency including at least once with the owner. I was assured each time it would be taken care of, only to find out the following year when my new policy arrived it had never been updated. I finally contacted another agency and it was taken care of immediately. So bottom line I was charged hundreds of dollars over the period due to their lack of action. I had even left voicemails and emails for the owner, asking if it had been taken of and never received a response. They always quick to sell you upgrades to policies though. I've been with Allstate since 1979 and it's a great company, this agency however does not reflect their standards as far as I'm concerned.

Stopped by Allstate for casual conversation and was treated like one of the team. I enjoy watching Marsha Weatherwax in motion. .she's like a steam train running a mile a minute never forgetting to pump the brake for a customer or employee in need.I've been an Allstate customer for 14 years for this reason!!! Highly recommend Allstate insurance. Marsha Weatherwax is my agent and I do not know what I would do without her. Recently had a tree fall through my house and she has answered all my calls and questions promptly. She has made this process so much Easier!

Bad experience with poorly written policy resulting from incorrect information provided to underwriters. Marsha failed to communicate with us in a timely manner, refused to assist in correcting a problem she caused with our commercial policy, cost us additional money/lost time/frustration. I would not ever consider placing any insurance needs in her hands.
