This is a family owned business and they are just amazing people. They have a great selection of items needed to fix or upgrade an RV , along with sales of RVs.

Fantastic service! They went above and beyond to help fix a problem for us when we were on the road! Would absolutely recommend them! And they had so many parts already in stock so we could solve our issue without having to wait!!!

I went in looking at a few trailers that I liked and and I'm really happy that I did, because I believe I may have found the one that I want.. Reese with Gloucester RV was very helpful and allowed me in and around the trailers so I could get a better look at everything. He answered all my questions and he provided information that I needed before I could even ask. If you're thinking about buying a trailer or you have questions about buying a trailer I would say go to Gloucester RV and talk to Reese

We were vacationing in Williamsburg and our converter went out. Contacted several other RV businesses but no one had one. Luckily called Gloucester and they had one left, nice lady said she would hold for me. Took the 30 minute ride to pick up. Big Thanks for saving our vacation.

Great place and helpful people. They work very hard to please their customers. We are very happy with the used bumper hitch travel trailer we purchased from them. Frank showed us how to work the oven and all the systems of the camper. It was clean and hardly used. He even took our old travel trailer as a trade in towards the one we purchased.

Paid cash up front for my rv with a promise that it was in 100% working order but then was given a day to come pick it up which was over a week away so they could check it out . If it s in such good condition then that shouldn t have been necessary but we agreed anyway. The days pass and we show up to take it home on that scheduled day but none of the electrical works, and the man fried the plug. the only thing he had to say was well it worked before . When asked if he could make the repairs he agreed (barely) and refuses to give us a time frame of how much longer they will be keeping it or when we could finally take it home.

I have dealt with Gloucester RV for a number of years and their customer service has always been top notch... I'm never one to really write a review.. but for them.. I took the time out. We have purchased campers from them, trade campers and each experience has always been met with courteous and amazing customer service... I will always support them and give them my business.. very rare to find hard working folks like these who actually care about their customers..

We live all the way in NC, but purchased our sunlite rv last year from Gloucester RV. Reese and Tommy are the best! Wonderful family owned business that care about their customers. They always take our calls and give answers to our many questions. It is worth driving 2 and 1/2 hours to get excellent service! Thank you Reese and Tommy!

We had issues with our old camper and had been wanting to trade it in. We had one more trip planned and then we were going to take it to Gloucester RV. Well the Saturday before our trip our camper flooded. We took it to Gloucester RV to trade that Monday. They had us in a new camper by Wednesday. They worked with us to set up payments, they met all of our needs, and were super nice while doing so. The customer service was awesome! As long as we are camping and we are in Virginia they will have our business.

Glad you had some really nice lightweight units the max is there lightweight not much room in them but they're great for like outings and camping and two people probably

We were in the need of upgrading and searching for a new travel trailer, made the mistake of underestimating the affordability of Gloucester RVs inventory and wasted a whole half day traveling to another establishment in VA beach, only to get irritated and leave. Immediately returned here, and bought that day. We couldn t be happier and more content with our trailer and the family owned business we purchased from! Recommend to anyone we know looking for RVs!

Great place to shop for rv. Reese was very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy very friendly answered all our questions.Clean restrooms, very clean and well stocked RV supply room very friendly staff. Felt welcomed.

We bought our camper in 2014 brand new. I couldn't have asked for a better price or service. David went out of his way to help us with the purchase. I have had a few minor things go wrong ( most was because of me, my first camper) and Reese has fixed everything and has always gave us advice even when closed. If you buy a camper anywhere but Gloucester RV you are wasting your time. Even if you find a better price you won't find better service.

Wonderful and honest people. I used them twice for repair on my camper trailer. They are an epitome on how to run a business that will attracts customer and makes them return over and over again.

Charged $75 just to push a button on our generator to reset it we nwver seen tge button other wise i would have done it myself glad tgey helped but charging $75 is a bit uncalled for $25 maybe but $75 INSANE

Wanted a part for latching an external door. Had to piece together an entire assembly from a bag of mismatched parts. Not recommended if you need any parts for your RV.

We found what we needed, but it was packaged with things we didn't need...so it (sprayer head) cost $50+ instead of $20!

Very small, dark and HOT parts dept. Not much inventory. Not sure about their sales dept.
