Took my car to fix a dent and there was an issue with the paint color so between them and my insurance co. I got another apt time to drop the car back off to be re painted, now I am happy with the re do. The staff was very helpful and professional they handled the situation stress free. Kudos to Elite for the great work. .

Elite surpassed my expectations with skilled work done in a timely manner. The owner was helpful and friendly. He also took time to explain how damage can be done by impact that you can't see on the outside. Luckily that wasn't the case. The employee in the front told me everything I needed to know about insurance and rentals. My car was even cleaned!! I highly recommend Elite for quality body work.

I absolutely LOVED my experience here!! They were very nice, & very professional! The person I worked with the most was April. She was so kind & her personality was one that was easy to get along with, very natural. They repaired my hood & painted it, fixed both of my lock buttons, fixed my fender AND repaired the broken piece on my grill. Not to mention their prices are affordable If you want any work done to your car, this is the place to go!

Everyone here was understanding when my car rental was late, flexible and worked with me. Did a fantastic job repairing the car. Very professional, courteous, and friendly staff. They repaired my car after an accident and did an amazing job. Travis Schmidt is an asset to Elite! He was in constant contact with us on the damages, as well as the repairs that were needed. Elite Auto Body is the best body shop that I have ever dealt with, and I highly recommend them!!

The elite auto team was very personable and professional through the entire repair process. I felt like they kept me in the loop with every detail from explanation of process with accompanying photos through results. The price was very reasonable and the repair was top notch in quality. We have use Elite Auto body shop in Hayes for about 8 years now, we live in Newport News and past other body shops to use them. We have used their services for 4 different vehicles and every time they have done a awesome job. Starting with the office staff, to Tom that has always worked on our vehicles, they do a professional job, great communication on what is wrong with your vehicle, the best option to repair your vehicle with great workmanship. They have always help with the insurance details, paperwork, and cost that we may be required to pay. Once again we drive past other body shops to use Elite Auto Body because we trust them to insure everything is done Right!David Dean

Elite helped me with my claim and I was super impressed with my experience. The work was performed as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of the work. I worked with Rudy and I cannot day enough about how awesome he was. Rudy was extremely accommodating, kind, and his communication was stellar. He literally kept me posted on the status from start to finish and I really appreciated how hard he worked to make this process smooth for me. Great job Elite I will definitely utilize your services in the future!

I was directed to Elite Auto Body by my insurance company (USAA) for repairs on my vehicle after I had an incident involving rapid deceleration into a deer...Rudy and the technicians at Elite did a superb job handling a relatively complex rebuild of the passenger side of my car. Though it took nearly three weeks to complete the repairs, I was very comfortable with the progress and quality of work/parts received. I received updated reports every day or two with relatively detailed information of progress, challenges and expectations for each phase of the process. When I picked up the vehicle, it was like brand new...For having an incident that one one desires, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASE WITH THE OUT COME! THNAKS ELITE!

Travis was over the repairs for my 2017 Honda Accord. I was highly amazed at his care for my vehicle. He called me often to keep me aware of what was being done to my vehicle. He broke the information down so that I could understand and he was just very helpful. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would return there at anytime as well as recommend this shop to someone else. Thank you again Travis and the Hayes team for your awesome work.

Wow! Fabulous service! My Ford Explorer needed repair, and I chose this USAA certified shop even though it was a little bit of a drive. So glad I did!All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole insurance process easy and seamless. But what REALLY impressed me was the great communication. By the time I d wonder how my car was coming along, there would be a call or message from the manager with an update what they were doing, any cost changes, how long it would take even though my insurance was covering the damage, it just felt great to be kept informed. I got updates at least every two days and never had to ask a question. They even finished a day before their original estimated time!Elite also fixed a long term cosmetic problem in the same area of my car for free (the door lining wasn t glued properly during manufacturing and had popped off in places years ago). They reglued and set it for me. How many shops would do that? My car has been serviced at the dealership for years and they never even offered!Can t say enough great things about this place. Well worth the drive from Williamsburg!

After an unfortunate accident in my nearly new truck, Rudy, Travis and the outstanding technicians at Elite Auto Body in Gloucester brought it back to brand new exceeding all expectations! Their meticulous attention to detail made the accident feel like it was a dream. They also have unmatched customer service, calling me every step of the way letting me know exactly what they were doing in the timeline of the repair. Absolutely will not take a vehicle anywhere else! Thank you again to the Elite Auto Team!

Highly recommend Elite Auto Body shop in Hayes, Va. I hit a deer at 4:00 am and my insurance agency sent me to Elite where I met Rudy who managed my car repair. He stated the he thought the repair would take 1 1/2 weeks to repair. I dropped my car off and recieved an update that same day. The next days update Rudy thought they might be done on the third day which happened. My car looks brand new. Great work Elite Auto Body I will be recommending your shop to all of my friends!!! You wont go wrong bringing your car to Elite Auto Body!!!

I was very pleased with the customer service and personable staff. The work was exceptional and very fair priced. They even went above and beyond to find a leak in my third brake light and repaired that. Thank You Elite!

I really can t say enough about how pleased I am with Elite Auto Body, Gloucester location. I unfortunately had a run-in with a REALLY strong mailbox. The mailbox was fine, but my RAV4 was not. After searching around for recommendations, this shop came highly, and I mean, HIGHLY recommended. It s no wonder why! They re amazing. I ve seen a couple reviews of people complain about the turn around time, but come on, you guys there s a reason why there s a wait, they re busy because they re great!! A simple hit with a mailbox caused significant damage to my car, and they had it looking brand new. And I was especially happy with the paint job perfection. It was also a bonus that they detail your car afterwards to keep things tidy. I think what I appreciated most, was the honesty. They re honest, trained professionals who do high quality work. Special shoutout to Travis and April for keeping me up-to-date while my car was in the shop and for explaining things clearly. If I EVER have to have any type of work done on my car, they will be the FIRST I call. Thanks again guys!

My mind boggles at how organized and smooth running this company is. Not only did they make my car look like new but they handled the entire insurance claim and the rental car company I was having to deal with; excuse me, because of them I did not have to deal with. They took over all my headaches. I never had to pick up a phone, they called me and kept me updated throughout the entire repair job which took more than a week. They even washed the outside and cleaned ther inside of my work car.

Not only did the level of their professionalism exceed my expectations but my truck looked brand spanking new when the job was done. Travis even tried to partner with my insurance fir a new security key but unfortunately that's a pocket expense to me but the total cost of my damage was not.Way to go Elite! !!! :)I'll be back soon and you can fix the clips on my back bumper lol :)

Someone hit my beautiful 2010 Challenger Drag Pack while my wife was driving. Rear quarter panel took a good hit. It was a very rare factory drag pack car so I was heartbroken. Elite took the car and over the course of 3 weeks worked magic. Called me when they found a broken bracket and instead of fixing, insisted that to do it right they had to replace which for the car involved, was the only way to do it. Blended the bright Hemi orange color just perfectly. If you want a professional team, focused on quality, to handle your body work, these are the guys.Service: Body & Trim

Bought my 2017 honda and just a few weeks later had somebody hit my bumper with a golf cart...took it to elite Monday and got it back Thursday morning to find it had not only been fixed and looked brand new but also was cleaned inside and out! They kept me updated everyday and were extremely nice!!

Took great care of my baby after a recent auto accident. Found a location that could work on her right away, got her there and back again, did a beautiful job. They are conscientious and regularly kept me informed of the progress and worked seamlessly with the insurance company. Even washed and vacuumed! This is the 2nd time I've used them and would do so again.

We ve been to a few auto body shops in Gloucester (Fox Auto Body, and Gunns Auto Body) and elite is hands down the most professional shop. Their work is top notch and they had our car back to us when they said they would. I will never go to another body shop.

We've used them twice. Very good experience both times. Vehicles were returned to new condition the first time and in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone, especially for insurance claims
