Had a great experience at Benny's. Took my car in by appt for an inspection. They got it done within the hour. They answered our questions and I felt certain they had looked under it and found the noises I had not even told them about. VERY GOOD SERVICE. Will definitely be back for my auto repair needs. (We came back after Benny helped my boyfriend fix his flat tire on the spot.) That's the kind of service we all hope for! And close to home!!

Been in Gloucester 6 years and this was my first visit. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone a week prior (I ve had issues where it was more than quoted at other places). Lady at the front desk was super nice. Great spot so far I ll be back.

I would highly recommend double checking on their price for parts. They quoted me three times what the part cost to buy. Thankfully, we had already had a quote from another mechanic so we didn't get swindled.They came highly recommend by the community and I am disappointed to have to write this.On the upside, they were professional on the phone and they returney call with their prices in a timely manner.

I bought a used car without a lot of experience. I had Benny check it out afterwards and he did a complete state inspection on it free of charge. Even let me know that it had been in a front-end collision. Benny's is the ONLY place I'll take my car now. Personable, professional, and one of the best team of mechanics.

Truly an honest and trustworthy mechanic. Totally have appreciated the effort they go to when getting the bill. His prices are reasonable and usually better then anywhere else I have been.the entire staff makes you feel appreciated. Overall a fantastic business in Gloucester.

Benny s had had my car for 3 days and hasn t even started the repair work yet. We agreed to an astronomical amount of money to repair significant leaks that have been going on a while (that went unnoticed after multiple trips to this shop). We explained on Tuesday that the vehicle was needed back no later than Friday for me to head back to school (college). We called today (Thursday), 3 days after they have already diagnosed the vehicle and ordered parts to be told that they didn t make any promises and that they would try to get to it tomorrow, again they aren t making any promises. We were told that we could pick it up and take it somewhere else 4pm the day before I need it. A courtesy call would have been amazing so that we could seek out other options. We have sent 7 people to this shop and have had multiple repairs done on different vehicles this past year alone.

Had an appointment at 3 for a inspection yesterday, showed up on time and no one else was there but It took a hour for a inspection. Also make sure you dont have any loose change in the car I had a dollar in quarters out in the open before going there and when I left it wasn't there anymore but they did leave me a dirty rag on my seat I know its only a dollar but still an hour for a inspection they knit picked my car and you steal a dollar in quarters? Come on now

Lets Just say simply amazing. They towed my daughter's car from Hampton repaired it and she came up $300++ cheaper than she would have in Hampton.Tell me those people in Hampton weren't price Gouging..thank you to Benny and his team!!! God-bless you all. My daughter will be seeing you and your team for the rest of her future repairs.

Awesome folks to deal with...my distributor cap went, and I had no idea what went wrong. Just tuned up, too...We were in VA for a family function, but had to leave in a couple days. Triple A towed me to Benny's...Who got me in quick, were fair & honest with their price, and charged me less than expected. Got my car back fast, and working wonderfully :) Communicated thru Facebook and text because we had no cell coverage near the river! Great shop, wld recommend !

Worth waiting in line. Benny and his family and employees are dedicated to honesty and integrity. There have been numerous times Benny has fixed small things for free or declined to charge labor for something. His advice has been spot on and free. He stands behind his work. I was referred to this auto shop a year ago and will do all my automotive repair here for perpetuity!

I like to work on my vehicles myself. However there are times when I can't and its those times I take my cars to Benny's. Benny and his staff is honest and fair. They work on my vehicles with the same dedication I have. Take your cars to Benny, you will not be disappointed.

Benny's is a very honest man guarantees all his work and does excellent work as well any problems he takes care of it right away no questions asked. I would recommend anyone who needs a good honest repair shop for their car Benny's is the place to go

Benny's used to be good, but now they seem to have a different philosophy on car repair that I just can't agree with.Still, they might be able to fix you up.
