Very friendly and goes above and beyond to get the lowest price without sacrificing coverage. They don't stand behind the insurance company if it's not there for their clients when it comes to claims and they will let you know about any "fine print" up front before writing up the policy. Everyone I know that uses them is very happy with them too!

I love that they will work hard to get you the lowest price on insurance. And if you use them they will treat you like family, even send you a birthday card on your birthday! Great people that care about you.

Great insurance company to deal with. Very helpful when it comes to tring to figure what kind of coverage you need and getting you a great price. They handle my cars my motorcycle and my house.

My mom's insurance was due on a Saturday but they didn't inform her they were going to be closed. An now its late and they want her to pay a late fee
