Today I bought a kx250f from Chad at Valley Kawasaki. He answered every single question I had and informed me on other things about the bike that were good to know. Very professional and super easy going! I highly recommend checking them out for all your off-road needs!

I was passing through the area with a bad tire and they fit me in right away! They had my tire in stock at a good price and do quality work. My trip would have been seriously delayed without these guys!Excellent clean well stocked shop!

Chad and his dad here sold me a 2023 RZR Pro Xp and made the buying experience absolutely seamless and easy. Great honest people and would recommend anyone interested in a new powersport vehicle to come check them out .

I searched a 150 mile radius for a Kawasaki Mule and thought I had found what I wanted several times only to be disappointed. Either the unit I wanted "was no longer in stock" or the pricing was out of line with my research as to what it should be. Pretty frustrating. At the 11th hour and about to give up, I discovered Valley Motorsports had the exact unit I was looking for. Chad had a quote to me in record time and I drove 90 miles up, closed the deal with Tim, and was on my way home all within hours. No runaround or surprises whatsoever. These guys were great and it'sgood to know that a dealership that does business in a straightforward manner like Valley Motorsport still exists.

Went in to look and left with not one but two bikes. Everyone was great to work with and made sure to answer any and all questions that we had. Highly recommend giving them a chance for your next purchase!! I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could

Service team found issue (simple problem as it turned out) and fixed it quickly with no unnecessary charges. All discussions were straightforward with no extra upsale. Good people and good service.

They got me back on my bike at a reasonable rate! I had a voltage regulator go so I ran my battery down time and time again. So I strapped it down and hauled it in to the doctor hahaa. Most of the other motorcycle repair places were too busy to take on new clients, but Valley motorsport got the repairs done in a week and a half. It's nice knowing I can use my bike with confidence again!

Had a number of Polaris Sportsman in stock. Let me test drive a few to compare power steering vs. non and H.O. vs 550. Easy transaction and even delivered 45 minutes away from the store. I bought Saturday and had delivered no charge on Monday! Very happy.

I bought my first Polaris here! Very personal experience!!! Great staff ! Helpful and friendly. I live two hours from them. The owner as well as staff accommodated me as much as possible!! Only shop I found willing to put a rear tire plug in. Hole was tiny (brad) and inside the tread valley and straight in. I dropped by before lunchtime and waited - It took them longer than they thought, but would not charge me anything! (And it only took 15 minutes or so). 300 miles later, on Interstate and with passenger - plug is fine.

Very trustworthy! I have purchased 2 motorcycles and 1 quad throughout the years and could not be happier. I also have been to them for accessories, helmets, clothing and service and will continue to use them. You will not regret dealing with these guys!

Great shop with lots of experience and honesty. No high pressure sales, and only good answers to all questions. While other dealers are closer to my home by half, I am going to travel here to do business. That's an hour and ten minutes ... One way. They are worth it!

Chad is experienced and no pressure. Gave us information and not a sales pitch when we were looking for a quad. We had been to multiple stores and Chad is the REAL DEAL. Family owned and love supporting local. Truly an extraordinary experience. We will be back for more!!!!

So, didn't get everyone's names but Everyone here was awesome. My Son's dirt bike needed rear tire tube. I called saturday morning and Rick (service manager) was able to get us in. We actually arrived earlier than our appt hoping to be able to go get lunch with the two boys and guess what....they took the bike right back.sales person there, showed us around and answered all of mine and my kid's questions (even knowing we weren't going to buy anything there).Even the person that did the service was great when he brought the bike out. Helped me get it in our van and gave me a general, overall opinion of the bike.Price wise was very fair I thought as well.Thanks guys, we will be buying "something" from you towards the end of the Summer!!

The customer service in parts in awesome called beverage tractor for parts for a older atv said everything was looking "bolts" was discontinued so I called valley the guy was busy took time to see what I needed and called me back to let me know everything that beverage said was discontinued was in stock in the store sounds like some people don't try and some go above very hard and s

I have dealt with this group of great people for many years since they were in the older shop they never forget the customer and will treat you right I took my gsxr 600 over to get fixed and they did it way less than anyone else could i was expecting a 400 dollar bill and it was only 177.00 cant say enough about these guys. thanks valley power sports.

Floored by the incredible service. Best shop around! (We tried others.) Go see these guys no matter what you ride. They helped us solve a problem on the fly while we were on the road. We couldn't have finished the trip without these guys!
