Great service only complaint is they did some work and didn t ask us first. It wasn t very expensive but they should have asked us first.

We have been bringing our cars here for years and we have always had good experiences. Mike is always nice and helpful and HONEST. We definitely trust these guys and would highly recommend them to others.

These guys are great. We've been going here for years. They say they are toyota specialists, which they are. But they have provided us service for all of our vehicles, including Honda.

TO ALL JMU PARENTS WHO HAVE STUDENTS WITH CARS at SCHOOL - MUST READ. The last thing I wanted was my JMU daughter to take her car to school. Nothing but trouble in my mind - Especially if the car breaks down!! I m 2hrs away and can t help much and don t know any mechanics in Harrisonburg to trust to do correct and honest repairs. Well - one month after the car being on campus, my daughter s car broke down. However, thanks to relationships to some JMU employees I was connected to MIKE DAVIS and VALLEY IMPORTS. Mike and Valley Imports did a great job, got me out of a jam and did an Honest Days Work to fix my daughter s car. VALLEY IMPORTS/MIKE DAVIS - FAIR, HONEST, RESPONSIBLE !!!! I m a recent transplant to Harrisonburg and when I asked around about what mechanic would fix my radiator without ripping me off, the name I got over and over was Valley Import Services. They charged me an extremely fair price and worked a bit after closing time in order to get my car back to me the same day. I can t say enough good things about these guys!

Great communication, honest, fair and if he is sleeping unable to do the work, or part of it, he has referrals that are just as good and true to their word as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done on their import cars!

everyone there was very helpful and honest, and pleasant manner, I went to find some used tires but they were just a little too expensive for me here, so I went to Big L Tires and found 3 tires that were in very good shape, for only $30! A piece!!!!! Yay big L

I have been taking our cars to Valley Imports for years now, my family drives Asian cars and we are pleased with the work and value provided from Valley Import service.

These guys are honest and get work done well and in a timely manner. We take all of our vehicles there, not just the Toyotas!

They have always been quick to accommodate me and have finished the repairs in haste. If they have given me a time the repairs will be finished, it is done then, and not another time.I recommend this shop to everyone who needs a repair.
