Took my 1991 Airstream to the body shop for them to paint the roof. They did an amazing job and I am very pleased! I would recommend them to anyone! Check out the before and after pics!

On February 19, I presented my vehicle for an oil change, and the mechanic noted a rear differential oil leak and the necessity to replace the vents on the oil change checklist. I expressed my desire to address the issue at that time, but I was informed that the leak was dry and not covered by the warranty. I was advised to bring the vehicle in if the condition worsened. Subsequently, the leak did worsen, and I brought the vehicle in on Saturday. I am now being informed that the repair is not covered and that if it had been addressed on February 19, I would not be responsible for the full cost. Dealer they always try screw you on warranty. Glitch with the fuel guages needing computer update and I was charged $516 . Which the glitch is not my fault . Manufacture fault... they over charge me for everything.

Came in to truck enterprises with a lighting issue after being turned away at two other places. Mr. Frank and his staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable. Mr. Frank took a personal look at my truck and within five minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I want to personally say thank you to Mr. Sabbatini over at Truck Enterprises. Terrible communication and even worse mechanics apparently. I was told 2 days max for a rear brake job, service, and a DOT inspection, 5 days later I had to come get the truck without them even finishing the job. If you show up and see everyone standing around not doing anything that will make sense on why nothing gets completed. I will never take my truck back to this dealership or recommend it for anyone! I wish I could give negative stars as a rating

I had previously gave Truck Enterprise a 3 star. Butttttt I had body repairs done in August. The insurance paid them for some things I had had done. Tires and alignment. Insurance company said Truck Enterprise would have to refund the amount of the work. This was also agreed to by the manager of the shop. March and the check was supposed to be in the mail in February. March and no check. The work deserves 5 stars! Eight months ago they were paid. I should be paid. Update, the manager of the shop is no longer employed by truck enterprise and now they know nothing about the refund . Doesn't surprise me with the new owner.

Really very very bad experience.There was problem only with my transmission electric kit.They put new and try to diagnose my truck engine. There wasn't any kind of problem they just want ti make moneyThat was unauthorized diagnose they put new batteries extra price 47 $ each battery and they fix wrong wires of my inverter since I pick up my truck my inverter not workingVery un professional technicians.I will claim my inverter.I will sue them

I would think twice using this company. Had our van in body shop for several months with no progress. No update unless I call and at the end I pull out our van to have it done some other place.

I breakdown I go this dealer the park for a trailer is small usually is full you have a truck stop in the corner the attention very good price is average spenive every dealer is like that fix my truck is more important.thank you.

I had damage to my travel trailer, and took it to Truck Enterprises for repair. Mr. Frank Sabatini of the Body Shop went over and above to see that the repairs were done to my satisfaction, and when finished, it looked brand new. His shop also took care of a roof leak while it was there. I highly recommend the body shop at Truck Enterprises. Frank and his team do outstanding work, and I commend them and highly recommend them!

Frank at truck enterprise helped me on two different vehicles. My work van had a higher roof and most body shops would not work on my van because it would not fit in their paint booth, but frank told me to bring it by. Long story short, it was repaired quickly and they did an amazing job. A few months later me and my wife bought a semi truck and it needed some issues fixed that another shop didn t do right. Frank was the first person that came to mind to get the job done right! Awesome experience. I would definitely recommend!

2017 kw t680 went in with dpf warning lights on dashboard and truck would not do rolling regen. Right from beginning it was diagnosed that one of the sensors was faulty but there was still ongoing issue with doing regen. Truck was taken in 2pm on Tuesday and they began to diagnose the issue, 48 hours later on told me that it needs dpf filter element which they need to order and it will take another day to get it. It took 48 hours to diagnose the root cause, 48 hours, is that a reasonable amount of time to diagnose the issue? I m not so sure Also, ASSURED TRUCK CARE warranty that I have purchased trough MHC KW dealer they do not accept 2 service advisors gave me 2 different reasons, one stated it s in house decision not to accept it, which he could not clarify for me what it means and the other one said we are not set up to accept this warranty, either case it s not helping me in any way.Both service advisers seem to be courteous and professional other than that I don t have much else positive to say. Truck is still in shop and I will do an updated review pending the job completion.

I have been working with Frank for some time on my RV needs. He is super knowledgeable, and eager to help in any way he can. He is very responsive and I wouldn t work with anyone else on RV questions or repairs. 5/5 stars. Thanks Frank!

Great shop! Ian and Nathan went above and beyond to help me with my T680 codes. Both are very knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend!Edit: Needed to get an oil change and oil pressure sensor replaced. Again these guys did a fantastic job. Thanks Jeff for getting me in and out quickly.I wish this place was MY local Kenworth shop.

I needed my pull behind travel trailer repaired as I accidentally dented it. Frank S, the service/repair manager was just super. He/his team did a great job fixing my trailer and was very kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

$550 for an oil change... did not notify me when finished either. The service guy just sent it to someone at the company who went home. Waiting and never saying anything to me. I go to find out what the hold up is and find out the PM is done. Then I have to put people together in contact for them because the service guy is gonna wait forever and/or go home not caring that I've been waiting for hours. So I eventually pay out of my own bank account because they won't email paperwork. Go out to hook up to my trailer and find out they parked a truck right in front of it... Parts department incapable of finding out what fuse goes to a plug in 12v outlet(had the vin# & photo of which outlet) Just an absolute miserable experience.

I came in to see the body shop about fixing my bumper because I took out Bambi. They were very pleasant all the way around, they fixed my truck up super quick. The only reason I don t give five stars is I had to keep inquiring about what was going on rather than someone keeping me updated, that was a little frustrating. Boy otherwise they were quick once they got me in!!!!

If anyone needs a professional vehicle body shop done to perfection, this should be the only shop you need to know.The body shop shop manager Frank Sabbatini is a rare gem in this business. He is friendly, responsive and upfront about the work progress. He does not take you for a run arounds like most shops out there do especially when you live out of state. 5+ star would be the only appropriate rating.

Great customer service over the phone! Last night, we needed a part, not only they were the only dealer to have it in a 300 mile radius from where we were but they also sent pictures via text messages so we wont drive for nothing! Super impressed, will come back .

It's amazing how Kenworth sends salesman constantly to sell us trucks,yet when something breaks it takes forever to get the thing fixed, yet I'm down a truck and out of work till its fixed,and yet with no pay coming in the labor bill is $180 an HR,plus parts which may be on back order...parking lot full of broken down trucks and lack of mechanics,makes a person wanna buy another kw...huh?
