Scheduled a 9am appointment for installation with a 1hour install time advised by the scheduler. I show up early and speak with a very nice worker there. Pull into a dirty shop/office area and find out the install actually takes roughly 4 hours. The tech/manager had never worked on the make of my car either and would have to watch a video on the install. There was one person working and multiple appointments booked at the same time(the other was for calibration). The other person there asked to use the restroom and was advised that the toilet doesn't work and he would have to take a bucket of water in to flush. While the employee was extremely nice the facility and organization of the company left a lot to be desired. Switching installation to a different company that is actually less money and seems more organized. Proceed with caution.

Jake is an absolute G. Never judgmental and super happy to help. Only complaint is toward the company in general, you can't get a hold of anyone locally, you have to deal with customer service reps

I have had my Smart Start breath device for six months almost to the day. It has been installed and now removed in a professional, timely manner by Harrisonburg's location technician, Shawn Talbert. He has flawlessly executed monthly calibrations, accurately and with a genuine cordial attitude. Shawn is a definite asset to the Smart Start Company. Thank you for having this platform to comment.
