Called to get my brand new cub cadet looked at as it wouldn t run with PTO engaged. I called on a Monday to get this issue looked at its now Wednesday no call back as to when I can get mower that is under warranty serviced. Found other cub cadet service center will never

Luis was the salesman that helped me. He did a fantastic job getting the parts I needed and looking up the price for parts I am looking to replace in the future. These guys are awesome! They made a custom gooseneck ball mount on my work truck. The quality of is top-notch in my opinion! Also just a great group of people to deal with! I'll be coming back to them with anything else related to trailers and stuff.

Been here a few times for various things. Service has always been good and they have what I need or can get it for me. My latest visit involved a throttle cable for an old 1810. Thought I needed a new one but instead just needed the right know how and person to solve my problem. Original throttle cable was fixed in seconds and I was told to have a great day. Thanks for your help and being a great local business.

I recommend shade equipment company to a friend for something that was clearly under warranty..let's say I don't recommend anyone doing any business with them I highly regret the experience my friend had

Great people to deal with. Bought blades from these folks several years ago. Had my information in thier computer so it was a snap to order new ones over the phone. The shop area is a nice clean facility. They have a large showroom. Full of mowers, snow blowers, hand held equipment, truck accessories, lights, just to name a few things. They have a good selection of Knapheide truck bodies in stock. Just a great place to shop!

We just bought a new mower from here in December of 2017. The mower broke down in July 2017 due to a fault from the factory. They fixed the mower in less then a day, cleaned it up again, and delivered it to our house!! Awesome service. When it broke down it would not move. They gave us info on how to get it rolling and even called about 30 minutes later to check and see if we got it. They had awesome customer service! Not thrilled about the massive Shade Equipment they put on the back skid plate due to I hate stickers, but the service was great!

Purchased a Western snow plow and had it installed here. I was very pleased with John Kerns and his crew. I thought the price was very good and the installation was very professional. Appreciate the help and good service!

I've ordered multiple Meyer snowplow parts and accessories from them. If they dont have it in stock they have always special ordered it for me with zero issues. I just wish they were closer to where I live? Lol

Extremely nice rest stop, however after having a discussion with one of the employees, some of the gas pumps go off pretty often. In fact, the first two we tried didn't work and after having the afformentioned discussion, it turned out a seperate two hadn't been working the previous week.

They are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If you need a mower go here before the big box stores. You'll get better service and the same or better product

Great experience at shade equipment ! John is a great salesman , didn't pressure me into a mower that I wasn't 100% about . I'll definitely be a repeat customer at shade equipment !

Tell your front desk guy to lose the attitude. I don't work on mowers for a living I'm not going to know what part numbers you all need. No patients and unfriendly.
