You are welcomed by name by a service manager and they shake your hand. Toyota is top-notch compared to other dealerships. The waiting room is comfortable and you are able to communicate with the mechanic through the web. The service is professional and I trust that the work performed on my vehicle is done correctly. Because of how I'm treated through the service I will always remain a Toyota owner. Thank you.

Brooke is a very nice person to work with. The service was fine as far as it went. My wife brought the car for inspection and routine service and waited on the service. Since it is a new car with no issues, she was expecting a fairly quick turnaround (about an hour.) It would have helped if she would have been informed as to the timeframe for the service as it took considerably longer than expected (about two hours.)Had we known that, we would have left the car for service and picked it up when called.

The visit to Steven Toyota on March 1st was our first visit to this facility. I was pleased with not only the level of communication from the dealership but also the various services provided. For example, timely reminders of the visit were texted to my phone. During the visit, an estimate was sent to my phone. In addition, and this is something I truly appreciated, the mechanic sent a video to my phone showing the different recommended services and the car parts that, in his opinion, were in need of servicing, along with the option to either accept or decline the recommended services. My daughter commented on how organized the process was, and how clean and spacious the waiting area was with lots of chairs and desks. She also said the staff was very friendly and there was no pressure to accept any of the optional/recommended services.

Friendly and efficient service! I was running late and they graciously held my appointment for me. Large waiting area with lots of comfy seating opinions. They also have places to sit and work.

I took my 2022 Kia Forte which I bought at Steven Kia, to be serviced on 4/4/2024. The service is always fantastic here and this day was no different. Emily kept me informed of the progress and asked me if I wanted an air filter replaced in which I said yes. Their waiting room is very nice as well

Work was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated Nicholas' suggestions for current and future work needed. Nicholas was personable and easy to work with as are all the service techs. That's the reason I keep returning to Steven's Toyota

Hats off to Stephen Toyota and their service department. I was able to get same day service for a battery replacement along with a tune up and oil change. Edgardo and our certified service technician went above and beyond to ensure that my Tundra was serviced completely and ready for pickup before closing on very short notice. Thank you for your professionalism and making this a pleasant experience

I dropped my Toyota GR Corolla off about one hour earlier than my appointment. They took the car back for my free oil change and tire rotation almost immediately. Tyler returned to the waiting area to explain that I do indeed get two more free oil changes because that is what the GR Corolla requires (5k mile service intervals), unlike most Toyota vehicles. He explained that I would now get my transmission and differential fluids changed at the 20k mile interval for free as well. The service was completed earlier than promised and was excellent.

Edgardo is the best. Ashley was so helpful when I had a screw in a tire and no appointment. . Really everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I ve been going there for years. Highly recommend going to see them.

the service was good but the price was ridiculous! to get a oil change, a state inspection, rotating my tires,, and changing my brake fluid and power steering fluid cost my $975.00!! needless to say, I will not go back to steven toyota!!

Allison was very helpful and thorough in understdg our electrical problem on our 2017 Sienna. I was disappointed that the technicians could not find a reason that the car battery is going bad and unable to start the vehicle.
