Service is timely, and staff are friendly. However, the replacement part for my car door that was freshly painted to match was completely scratched upon installation. Quality standards could not be lower for charging an arm and a leg for service.

I was very impressed by the ease of scheduling and how the service staff were very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is comfy, complete with donuts on Fridays!! They were crazy, busy, but I was still in and out in a little over an hour! I forgot my coupon at home, but they still honored it!! I will be returning for ALL my service needs. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My car broke down and right away they got me into a rental due to engine failure. They keep me informed for the 2 weeks about that they had my car. They installed a new engine and did some other repair work at the time, and I could not be any more grateful for this staff. Courtney was my service advisor and let me tell you, she goes out of her way to take very good care of her customers. Kudos to this crew and they will be servicing my Kia Optima from here on out for sure.Service: Engine repair

I was very impressed by the ease of scheduling and how the service staff were very welcoming and friendly. I've have used a different Kia location for my prior vehicle and was not happy. I was informed every step of the way during my service appointment. I will be returning for ALL my service needs. Courtney was AWESOME!!

The customer service I can say, is amazing I drive a little over an hour to have my vehicle serviced at Steven Kia I totally trust them I have to give a shout out to Brooke she is absolutely AMAZING. She goes above and beyond in customer service If you have a question, she finds an answer I had a dried up spider in the overhead interior light I asked about it and she got them to get the spider out of the light It was there when I bought the vehicle, I thought it would be stuck there forever .But not with Brooke She worked her magic, and now the spider is gone.Do not hesitate to work with Steven Kia and when you do ask for Brooke Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I had a wonderful experience today. This was my first time visiting Steven Toyota s service shop. I purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage in Staunton but I received a notification about a recall that could affect my brakes. I made an appointment and was able to get in the following day. Since I live in Harrisonburg this was much more convenient because I didn t have to take the day off from work. I used the wifi and continued to work in the waiting area which was very large and while there were many people waiting, everyone was spread out. Brooke checked me out and she was friendly and professional. She wasn t pushy but explained the services I would need soon. Great experience!

Went in for regular service on KIA Sportage. Check-in was fast and service advisor, Allison Headman answered our questions, with a smile. Service didn't take long and Allison came to let us know service tech's recommendation and any additional cost it would be. Car was done shortly after that and we hit the road again. Very satisfied with service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Courtney in the service department is so personable. From scheduling, to drop off, to pick up, they took great care of my KIA and had it looking brand new! Excellent customer service and very pleased with the speed with which the services were performed. The technician did a fabulous job at explaining things ( Dan) and Brooke kept me informed and made sure I had regular updates. She was great! I will definitely use the service center again and highly recommend ! This was the most thorough inspection on my new vehicle although the issue was unable to be resolved in the short time I was there. The inspection included a video detailing what was checked so I could pass along to the dealership when I returned home.
