I had issues getting my car to start last week and made the decision to bring it in. This was my first experience with Route 11 Auto and I was pleasantly surprised at the care I received! They got my vehicle right in and the gentleman at the counter had EXCELLENT customer service skills, everyone was so kind and communication was seamless. I will be coming back for all my automotive needs! Thank you, Route 11!

Awesome shop with very knowledgeable techs. We dropped our escape off for an intermittent electrical issue on Thursday morning and Nick had it diagnosed that morning and ready to go the same day. We have had our vehicles here a few times and the service team has done a great job with communicating and explaining the repairs and costs of the services needed. Thank you for your fast and accurate service!!!!!

I called to get an appointment to have my car inspected. I was delighted that they could get me in the next morning. The experience was amazing before I even stepped inside. I pulled in to the parking space in front of the building and got out of my vehicle where an employee was sweeping and tidying up outside. They directed me to where I needed to go in the building. The first area was a nicely kept waiting area with comfy chairs, coffee and water. They even had phone chargers. The next set of doors took me to the main desk area, where there sat a lovely young lady with the biggest welcoming smile on her face. She quickly took my information and keys and directed me to the waiting area, where she told me to help myself to the coffee/water while I waited. My vehicle was ready in no time. I paid and then went to get in my vehicle. It had been backed in for me so that all I need do was pull out. Wow, little things do mean a lot. Well done Route 11 Automotive! You have a new client. I have been looking for a good place to go to since the one I used to go for 20 some years closed their doors. Thank you for making my day!Lisa

We were traveling from out of state and broke down on the interstate.Thank goodness we broke down close to Route 11 Automotive Repair!!Simply the best bunch of folks hands down!VERY Professional and went the extra mile getting us fixed and back on the road.Our truck ran like a new vehicle after they were finished! Thanks again, and we would not HESITATE to return.

Great shop! I did not know that they take appointments for state inspections. I did not have an appointment. They still took my car back quick and did a great job. They even put plastic on the seat and paper on the floorboard to keep from getting my car dirty. A small touch but a great gesture. It is always hard to find a good place for your car where you will not get taken advantage. Look no further. Go to Route 11 Automotive repair! This was my first time coming here and i will always be back!

We had broke down right beside interstate. We called and they helped us instantly! They even came to us to help! We aren t from around the area and they were absolutely life savers! We cannot thank them enough! Chris was a wonderful worker and fixed our issues in no time! We will definitely recommend them to anyone! Such nice amazing workers! I would 100% go to them or call if you need assistance!

I am brand new to the area, and chose route 11 based on their Google reviews. The staff is incredible and kind. They came out with an estimate that was exactly what I thought I needed done and a great price range. They even gave me a loaner for a few hours that they needed to fix my car. Wonderful place wonderful people.

These guys are awesome! Would recommend to anybody! We had broke down about 15 minutes away from their shop and they had somebody out here in 10-15 minutes. The guys name was Chris, he definitely saved our rear end today! You guys rock!!

Route 11 has done both minor and major work on our vehicles, and we've been impressed with their fair pricing and excellent customer service. I try to DIY most of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles, but between kids and work there's not as much time for that anymore. When I have needed to have Route 11 do the work, I've always felt it was worth it due to the time it saved me and the high-quality work that they do. Everybody I've interacted with there has been polite, and when I've needed to speak directly with the technician, they've always been chill about it. Based on some bad experiences in my youth going through dealerships who separate you from the work being done on your vehicle through service writers and by taking your vehicle to a closed shop where you can't see it being worked on and can't interact with the technician, I used to have a rule that I would only have my vehicle worked on by places where I could watch it the whole time and could talk directly with the technician. While I still prefer to do my own work (if I have the time, tools, and know-how), Route 11 has earned my trust and my continued business.

As a young woman who doesn t know much about cars, it s important to me that I go to an autoshop with kind, patient, honest employees. I took my car in for an inspection this week, and the workers took me back to show/explain to me why it failed due to the brake pads being completely worn down. They were able to fix it for me that same day which was great. I ve always had good experiences here and have only ever witnessed positive exchanges between the employees and customers.

Love the people here! My husband was out of town and I had a bad oil leak in my car. They so kindly put more oil in at no charge despite my insistence to pay. Kindness goes a long way! Would definitely recommend them!

I have loved working with route 11. Now all my coworkers and myself go here along with taking our fleet vehicles for work. The pricing is fair, especially compared to a dealer, but more importantly they give you an honest assessment of what you need and are not pushy about getting things done. I drive out of my way to come to Route 11 automotive repair. The only place I'll take my truck for repairs. They're professional, honest, friendly, and fairly priced. They also offer loaner cars if its a serior repair, which is great when you only have one vehicle. Top notch!

I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs anything done! I m a procrastinator who waits until the last minute for everything. It was Monday and I was leaving for DC on Tuesday with a dead inspection, way overdue oil change, and a tire constantly going flat that I thought needed a new stem put in. They were able to get me in that very morning, (every where else was a 1/2 week wait for inspection). After a short wait the owner? I believe he was the owner, came out and got me. They did the oil change and inspection and he told me my vehicle failed inspection because of one of my tires. And my luck, my car is an AWD drive meaning I needed 4 new tires not just 1. I barely had the money for what I needed done, nonetheless, a grand to drop on tires. I immediately started crying and told him no I have to be in DC tomorrow. I walked outside for a few minutes to gather myself and I came back in, apologized for losing it, and told him please just put a rejection sticker on it bc I don t have that money right now. He offered to call around for better prices and promised he d find something cheaper but he couldn t put them on til they came in. I told him I really appreciate it but I can t wait. He said ok and told me to wait a few minutes while they put the sticker on and he d call me back in to pay. A few minutes later and he came out with the papers and handed them to me and said have a nice day. I said no sir I haven t paid yet and he smiled and said I said have a nice day Again, this man had no idea what I was dealing with other than having to leave the next day. Little did he know, he really really saved me that day. My son was just diagnosed with brain cancer and we are traveling back and forth to Washington DC for his chemo and radiation. That Tuesday was our first day of treatment. As a business owner, he took it upon himself to take that money loss and was okay with it, even after I insisted on giving him something. As a person, he healed all bad thoughts I had in my head that day, simply because of the caring heart he has. It might not seem like much to some people, but this place will forever have my business.

I was able to schedule my state inspection same day! Quick & very professional service! Even better, they put my inspection sticker on very precise (not crocked or sloppy). This is huge to me! 5 stars!

I cannot say enough about the team at Route 11. My son and I broke down on 81 and were towed to Route 11 last Friday afternoon. 2 hours later we were back on the road with a new radiator! Truly remarkable people and wonderful service.

Route 11 Automotive treats their customers with respect and satisfaction! Customer Sevice folks are very professional. Whatever issue arises they let you know before they decide to move further with any maintenance.Chris PollockI recently took a 2002 Lexus in for repairs and was told it be a day to complete. However it lasted to be a week and a half to complete. I was a mechanic in the military and understand how things work as far as maintenance. All I can ask for in the future is if there is better communication.

They took my car in, diagnosed my problems very quickly and had me on the road over the weekend! All of the staff were especially friendly and they even sorted out a loaner car for me while they were closed over the weekend! Will be coming back for future service/inspections.

A++. I went in with a rumbling/whining sound coming from the front. I'm not a mechanic, but figured it was an axle, bearing, tie rod, etc. It was a dry bearing. They replaced it, and two hours later, I was on my way home. The sound is no longer there and the problem is fixed. Thank you..

On a road trip and wanted an inspection done. They got us in FAST AND WITH NO APPOINTMENT and gave me no hassles with the inspection either. Would use them for sure for more work if I lived closer!!! The best mechanic! They were very informative and helped me decide what needed most priority to help save money. While waiting for my car they also offered me a free rental car to drive around and get the things I needed to get done. You gotta check it out! Good prices and good service!
