Was told they could provide a CPU. First one I got had a Manufacturer error- they replaced it - next one just plan doesn t work- I m told by several mechanics the CPU is just an inferior product incapable of doing its function. These mechanics of mine understandably wanted money for their time messing around with these faulty CPUs so lucky me I m out several hundred dollars with nothing so show for my money but lots of wasted time.. the staff at this Orielys didn t even bother to feign sympathy when I relayed this CPU saga of mine to them BOOOO! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I've only bought a few things from here and I can't remember any of the names but every employee here has been friendly and helpful! The last time I was here two associates explained in detail what could be the reason for a check engine light to still be on in my fianc�'s vehicle after trying one fix.Also, they can print you out information on the issue. For example the last time I went in the associate (Cam I think) gave me a print out that had a list of repairs people made to the same vehicle for the check engine light and how many times it fixed the problem.Friendly and knowledgeable associates will keep me coming back.

O'REILLY'S is a great auto parts store. The employee that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable about what I needed. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Sept. 7th, 2022 - replaced alternatorFeb 6th, 2023 - replaced alternator@no cost for parts due to it being under warranty and no cost for labor because I forgot how much fun it was the last time I changed it at home. This time it was bitter cold, which always helps to speed things along with the replacement. I've found that it's always best to call ahead of time and have them pull everything you need. Walk in, chit chat, warranty, great, walk out. Eazy peazy
