Very helpful staff. They didn't treat me like I was stupid because I'm female which is great for an auto parts store. They are always friendly, efficient and always have whatever I'm looking for in stock or within one day. Highly recommend for all of your auto parts needs.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They rarely don't have the part that I need and they are good about honoring warranties. NAPA tends to be my go-to and it's nice to have one near by that employs ACTUAL mechanics instead of teenage flunkies like the competition does.I'm a stickler for mechanics and parts shops, believe me when I say I will update this review of my experience changes.

We liked browsing around. Prices seemed fair. Staff was friendly. We were there at closing so we're going to go back when we have time to spend.

Always knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down best no nonsense customer service when it come to warranty issues. Still. My first go to for anything automotive.

Caveat emptor: friendly guys there, but go to the NAPA website and place an order online to pick up at the store. It'll be significantly less costly. I was charged over $120 for a set of front brake pads + rotors for our Subaru in-store. I returned the rotors because they weren't needed, and only got $68 or so back. I contested this because the pads are $27.99 online. I paid over $50 for the pads in the store. They wouldn't honor the online price. Lesson learned. NAPA's pricing is inconsistent.

Good guys. called and asked uf they had the part I was looking for, they said yes, I said I will be there in 15 to puck it up. Got there abd the part was at the counter, ready to go. Great job guys.
