I ve been using Midas for about 15 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are timely, can usually get you in same day, and have hard working honest mechanics. Jon is great as an advisor. Thanks Midas for the years of great work!

I had a screw in my tire. I was close to our local Midas. I called from the parking lot. A very nice gentleman came to look at my tire. I was extremely pressed for time. These guys helped me out! I was back on the road in no time! Thank you so much!!!! Customer service is everything and today I was was one happy customer!

My son was traveling through the area when his check engine light went on and was unable to get service at the first place he stopped but this Midas shop quickly diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes and had him on his way in a little over an hour after diagnosis. What a blessing. Thanks Midas!!

My son is in the military and driving across the country to his new base. He got a nail in the tire of his U-Haul he stopped in to get some help. The gentleman refused to help him saying he didn t want to work on it and if could he wouldn t get to it for a while. I am very disappointed with this company. I have used Midas in the past and they usually have great customer service.

Communicative and Up Front with service fees, flexible with schedule and work in times. Had one slightly off handbrake repair with them that they fixed on the spot for me.

No stars if I could my husband has taken my car her a few times each time it's cost me more time and money. And the second time they have damaged something else repairing one of my vehicles. This time the broke a part while replacing wheel bearing. Causing them to have my car for 24 hours vs the 3 they should have had it. They replaced what they broke for free but that's it. No discount or anything even after explaining my husband had to find a way to work and home and were out more money.so 768 dollars and over 24 hours later I had my car back. Then when my husband got home he noticed that they charged him twice for the 180 dollar part(which we swear was done on purpose hoping we wouldn't notice to get money back they lost replacing the part they broke)he went in they fixed that but still refused to discount anything else their way of seeing it is we fixed what we broke and we don't care that our carelessness cost you more money but we hope you come back to see us. NEVER AGAIN.

Worse service ever. Took my car in for an inspection it failed 4 things I took and fixed 3 myself then was told oh no you can t just weld the muffler back on it won t pass. Never offered to look at it nothing just told me basically to kick rocks. Take your car else where s these people just want your money.

I was halfway through a twelve hour trip when my car started rattling and then kept shutting down on me. Somehow I made it to the shop at a crawl. Jon at the front desk listened to me and assured me they'd take care of it. They had to push it into the bay. It needed a part no one in town had so one of the gentlemen there drove 20 miles to get it. It took a few hours but they got me on the road again. I was stressed and in an area I wasn't familiar with but they took care of me and made the situation so much better. They really went above and beyond. Thank you guys!!

I was on vacation when my brakes failed due to a rusted brake line. I dropped off my truck in the Night drop and they called me the next morning and gave me an estimate to replace the brake lines. The job took the entire day and was priced just as I anticipated. I was back on the road again and my family was safe. Thanks guys for the great service and immediate attention.

I really like the people I talked to while coming here but unfortunately I ve spent $1500 in the past two months just for the issues I ve had to not be fixed, if not, gotten worse. Last week I spent $360 for them to fix something with my emergency break. I was told today by another mechanic that the problem was not fixed and my e break was still almost hitting the ground again. I also asked the people at Midas to look into by breaks seeing as my car would squeak anytime I would break. They said they were fine and it was probably just the rotors. One of my breaks was bent and one piece was nearly able to be pulled out. New breaks and everything. I had spent over $1000 two months ago and have had nothing but issues since then. Most of the negative reviews have come from women, so take that as you will. I d say this is a good place to go for oil changes or things you could easily look up how to fix on your own, but not to trust them with identifying larger issues or fixing them.

Quickish at service takes them an hour to out 2 tires on. Expect to pay triple the cost for any services and don't expect them to be polite and helpful

I was last minute on my July inspection, and they got me in. But I was told it was first come, first serve, and they had everyone who came in behind me out the door 30 minutes before they completed my car. It was just confusing. Still good service. I just wish it had been done a little sooner.

I called Midas to see if they did certain maintenance on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. And they looked into their system and told me abt the service they performed one year ago without me doing any business with them.If their customer service is this good to non paying customers. I can only imagine how good their service is to their paying customers. A true asset to the auto care service industry

These guys are professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. Our go-to place. Additionally, if you want to, you can sit outside in the shade (position of sun permitting) and enjoy fresh, breezy air while waiting ... which is totally up my alley, these days. :-)

DID NOT PUT THE LUG NUTS BACK ON MY WHEEL RESULTING IN THE WHEEL COMING OFF EXCEPT FOR ONE NUT. TOWED BACK TO STORE WHERE IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF.

Great shop with kind and knowledgeable technicians. Fair prices. They do a great job explaining what is needed and why, which as a woman is hard to find with some mechanics! Great service all the way through. We were suggested to go here by a competing company because they did not have a diagnostic technician that Midas has. We were there 20 minutes before the posted store opening to find the owner opening up and saying if I am here we are open . He was friendly, direct, and helpful all the way through. We were the first to see the diagnostic technician. He determined it was our spark plugs that were misfiring and causing the engine light to go on. He replaced the spark plugs and even reset a headlight bulb we had put in a week before but were afraid we did not have it set in perfectly. We were back on the road asap. In the time we were there they serviced a varied group of customers all with friendly professional service that got the job done.

I had a power steering belt making a noise I purchased my belt at advance auto called Midas discussed my issue I was having with the auto tech . With him saying no problem bring it in . I waited for replacement of my belt .left to only still having same problem. I call back the guy says bring it in we will adjust it so next day I took it back . Only to continue having same issues.I decided this is poor business. I call get my mechanic to look at it to find out my belt was never replaced. I would never recommend Midas my experience was a nightmare.from start to finish. Money spent for nothing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

While on a national tour, we stopped to get the fluids checked on the truck. The service was excellent. They went above and beyond our expectations. Very satisfied and highly recommend this team of good and honest mechanics.

I've been to a lot of places around town to get my cars worked on over the years, and Midas has been the best out of all of them. First of all, the owners and management are super friendly and they don't try to upsell you on anything. They simply ask you what you need done, and will do it for you.If there is a problem, they come and ask you to follow them out to the shop and literally show you the issue. They then give you honest advice. For instance, if your tires have a little bit more mileage on them but the tread is wearing, they will honestly tell you that you can wait until next time to replace them or if they won't last, they will tell you it's not safe to drive. They aren't trying to make an extra buck out of your hard earned cash.I've overheard countless conversations the owners have had with others on the phone while I had my vehicle being serviced, and they shop around for the best price if they need a replacement part to order for you, and various other things you'd expect a well established business to do.The service is always great here!

My husband and I were on a road trip driving through the area when our tire almost fell off of our vehicle. We got towed to Midas and they fit us in without hesitation, ready to help. The manager and mechanic who worked on our car were efficient and triple checked that our car was safe to drive. They did whatever it took to get us back on the road for our trip safely! They made what could have been a nightmare situation into a pleasant quick experience. We were back on the road before we knew it. Thank you so much to everyone at Midas who helped us out!! I highly recommend you take your vehicle here for any services!

Made a appointment the day before and was able to drop it off next day. I had a issue with my oil leaking, they found the problem and fixed it up for me with no issues! I called to get a state inspection and they were able to get my oil changed and replace all 4 tires (that needed it!!). Super friendly, great price and awesome work! I have been taking my vehicle here for about 3 years now. Everyone here is extremely nice, and helpful. Starting from talking to John about your problems and scheduling to the mechanics working on your car. The prices are a little higher than other places I used to take my vehicle, but it is worth paying the extra cash. If you need work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Midas.
