What a Great Day for European Cars. Mid America Motorwerkes out of Harrisonburg, VA sponsored this event at Blue Toad Hard Cider Grounds in Virginia this September. What a great turn out, allot of great cars and good time. Everyone was awesome and their Staff on site couldn t have been better. It was especially great for me to Win the First Prize Trophy in the Porsche Division with my 1971 911T (Track Car back in the 70 s rescued for the streets in 2012). Thanks to Greg Shaffer and his crew who ran this event. Will be relying on MAM for my future purchases and service needs. Thanks All.

I have dreamed of a Porsche 911 since I was eleven. Many decades later, I was ready to buy and scoured the nation for the perfect addition to my family. I live in Washington State and the beauty was in Virginia, of course. Fortunately, I connected with Dallas at Mid Atlantic who was amazing to work with.Buying remotely presents certain challenges. While you can check the boxes on your list, you need someone on site for "a little more help." Trusted relationships play a key role here. Dallas was a champ, even crawling under the vehicle to snap some pics. And equally important, he was on site to carefully monitor the load into the transport, which went smooth as butter. I had a specific model, color, and type of BMW in mind and knew that Greg would go out of his way to find the right one. He updated me on potential buys but was very open and honest about how he thought of them and always erred on the side of caution if it didn't seem spot on. He was patient and ended up finding a gem that was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in the office went above and beyond and was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would go no other place if you are looking for the very best in European cars!

just completed a long distance sale from Mid-Atlantic Motor works of a beautiful 2013 911 c4. Greg was incredibly communicative throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was getting since I couldn't see it in person or drive it prior to buying. he also coordinated an excellent enclosed transport delivery.

Greg Shaffer at Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes assisted me in the search for the right Audi A7 for me. Greg was very patient with my questions as we honed in on the the right car to act upon. He has a wealth of knowledge about the cars he sells, and also makes the search and buying process virtually effortless for the buyer.Ultimately, I found the right car for me and purchased directly from the owner. Greg happily curtailed his search and promptly refunded the earnest money we had agreed upon. He possesses the perfect balance of car knowledge and ethical customer service.I highly recommend him and Mid Atlantic Autowerks to anyone purchasing a pre-owned european vehicle. I will be taking my Audi A7 to him for service as well.

They've serviced my Benz twice. First time they were honest and true and the timing chain it needed was too big a job for them. Fair price and good work for what they did do. This time it was run ing rough. Needed a coil pack, oil change and a few others. Again, fair price. Quick, honest work and timely service. I'll be going here from now on for all my service needs. I recommend them highly

Set my heart on a low mileage 2020 X3M40i and Greg and Dallas came up trumps.Not only did they find the perfect vehicle in double quick time Greg also arranged to have it sent direct to us in Florida ready for Christmas.This is my third purchase from MAM, first a BMW 135i motorsport manual, then a beautiful Cayman S and now my X3.Call Greg and Dallas, you won t be disappointed

My purchase of a 2011 BMW 335is from Greg and the team at Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes could not have been a more easy and stress-free process.I knew that Greg had a rare DCT 335IS convertible in spotless condition, with low mileage, and a very competitive price. What I didn't know is that the buying process would be so smooth with Greg and Dallas being helpful and transparent every step of the way. Buying from out of state, I wanted to know that the car was as clean as the ad stated before I traveled to pick it up. On the phone I could tell that Greg knows his inventory inside and out, is honest and clear about the condition of his vehicles, and is passionate about all of his vehicles and making sure they are the right fit for his customers. It is clear that Greg values his customers and runs Mid Atlantic to help people find and get into cars that are a great fit for their motoring goals, needs, and budget.I cannot recommend Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes enough - thanks for my new (to me) bimmer!

I had been shopping for a low mile clean Z4M. I found MAMW online and they had what was advertised as the near perfect car. I emailed and spoke with Greg about the car. His description of the car and it s history put me at ease. He went out of his way to be transparent, sending me pictures of every scuff on the car, most were almost invisible. But Greg said he wanted me to understand every imperfection before making the 6 hour drive to see it. When I finally arrived, Dallas helped me with a test drive. The car looked like it was brand new. I consider myself critical of used cars, but it was immaculate and the folks at MAMW were more critical than me. I bought the car and left very happy with my experience. You can trust MAMW, no BS sales, honest, accurate, I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

I have been enjoying working with Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes for over 10 years now. They have provided an above and beyond buying experience which has kept me coming back for multiple purchases. Every time I visit their show room I they make made me feel right at home with a casual yet very professional atmosphere. This extends beyond just the sales team and to the service team who is second to none with their expertise servicing these very sophisticated machines.That being said, I would like to send a huge thank you to the entire MAM team with my recent purchase. The buying experience with this car was incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Greg for this sale, who s enthusiasm for this car matched my own. We discussed features, equipped options, mechanics, technologies, and most importantly performance :). After seeing this car first hand and being supported with a wealth of knowledge from Greg, I knew this was the one for me. Just like every purchase over the years, the buying experience did not stop once I drove off the lot. Later that same evening, I was greeted with a follow up email from Greg checking in to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and that I was thrilled beyond belief driving it home . Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back when the time comes for another purchase.

Greg and crew are a standup group of car guys. I have never bought a car from a boutique dealer (if that s what you would call it), but I would absolutely do it again, no questions asked. There was very little negotiating that needed to be done. All of it was done over email or phone. Greg was very fast about getting back to me whenever I had any questions and never did I have to email him to get a follow up. He was the one to always follow up with me. The price was very fair, especially given the condition of the car. The few little things that needed to be done to the car before I bought it were handled in a timely fashion and with great expertise.I bought the car sight unseen (I live about 14 hours away). I coordinated with them when I was going to be coming out to get the car, which was about a month after I put the deposit down for the car. The car was in condition as described and was clean through and through. Everyone is always blown away when I tell them how many miles are on the car. They let me take the car for a little spin with my girlfriend before I handed over the final check. The whole finalization took all of 15 minutes to do, and we were on the road back towards Illinois. The car performed amazingly well through all the twisties of the East. Absolutely in love with the car. 10/10, would buy again. Thanks again guys!

Mid Atlantic just repaired my friend s Ferrari so we can take it on a rally this weekend. We were really in a pinch and they fit us right in a did a great job. Highly recommend their customer service and technical capabilities.

They re amazing!! My BMW had been overheating, and I took it to Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes, and they had a clear diagnosis in a couple of short hours. I had my car back by the end of the week, and it s been running great. No shady business, just honest good work. Plus, everyone was so kind and helpful! My husband and I will be bringing our cars here in the future for repairs. Thank you!!

Had Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes do some routine maintenance on my Porsche Cayenne and they absolutely nailed it! Finding a knowledgeable place to work on higher end German cars can be challenging - fitting in their schedule can be even more frustrating, but Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes got me in, performed the service I needed, and did NOT try to pull extra money out of my wallet along the way.Had an oil/filter change, brake flush and check, new plugs, and air filters (engine and cabin) put in. They use top notch fluids (Liqui Moly) and gave me an accurate write up about the whole process and the state of the car. Only downside was that it was also time for a new state inspection sticker, which they don't provide on site. They went through the car with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was ready to pass, then sent me to a shop across the street that was able to go through it again to make sure the state items were all correct and got the sticker, no problem.Had to plan about 2 weeks out to get in their schedule, but if you know how hard it can be to find a good shop to work on a Porsche, that's absolutely nothing.Has a really cool showroom with a few absolute rocket ships on display, too, so there's some fun things to look and and talk about while you're there. The guys running definitely know their German cars and are fun to talk with about racing, too. Overall, if you're in need of a solid shop to keep your German baby in shape, or to get it ready to thrash a track, I would definitely recommend Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes.

It is never an easy decision to part ways with something that holds deep, sentimental memories, but Greg helped by taking control of the process. With little time to deal with all the intricacies of putting a car like the Z4M Coupe up for sale, Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes was the absolute best option for me and I was surprised that the car sold within days of being listed. Sad to see this car go but many thanks to Greg and all the staff at Mid Atlantic for their support throughout the process!

They made the buying process SO easy. I live out of town and they delivered it to my door for me.I called a repair shop nearby to make an appointment to be looked at and the repair person actually told me that they have such a good thing going that he wouldn t even need to look at the car to know that it s good. He said they only have quality cars and take care of any problems.What a great reputation! I m happy to have purchased with them -seamless process! Thanks to Dallas and Greg for helping me get my dream car to my driveway.

Greg is a personal friend and because I respect/trust his judgement he s the one I reached out to in 2012 when I was ready to upgrade vehicles. IMy experience with MidAtlantic Motor weeks was excellent. I purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayman one owner very low mileage. Greg was responsive and very timely with my request for cars background. They apparently specialize in specialty cars and really know luxury cars. I would recommend for any serious car buyer.

I could not have imagined a better experience in selling one car and buying another one than I've had recently with Greg and his staff at MAM. Greg sold my 2005 911S for me last fall and helped me replace it with a 2014 Panamera S in recent weeks. I had been looking for just the right car and when I found it online at a dealer in California, I asked Greg if he would help me get it and get it shipped here. He got on it immediately and applied all of his knowledge and skill in getting me a very good deal, making sure the car was a good one to buy and then arranging for it to be shipped here. Once it arrived, he had his mechanic (Jason, who I trust completely from years of experience with him) go over the car completely and recommend anything it needed (brake rotors and pads and oil change) and do the work in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Jason always looks for ways to reduce the price on quality parts. And Dallas was very efficient and helpful in completing the paperwork and taking care of other requests and questions. The whole staff is very skilled, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car or maintenance on a car.

I was referred to Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes by a friend when the transmission went bad in my car. I m not from this area, so word of mouth referrals are extremely important to me. Although they weren t able to service my Infiniti, Greg did give me an excellent referral to a different shop that could. He could have just said no he couldn t help me, but he went a step further and made a strong recommendation that really worked out in my favor.

My 2000 Boxster blew a water pump in McGaheysville. I found Motorwerks on line and called them explaining my problem. They quickly said they could fit me in since I lived over three hours away. My car was quickly repaired in two days and I was on my way. Jason and his staff were terrific and responsive.

Bought a BMW M235i here a while back. We were attracted by the price, and amazed by the customer service. They really went above and beyond. I've been a client of Mid Atlantic Motorwerks for several years. Greg and his team have serviced several BMW's and Porsche's for me during that time and always do a great job. Recently I purchased a vintage Porsche in Los Angeles and Greg arranged transportation for the car, having it picked up in LA and delivered to Virginia, in less than a week. I totally recommend them for any BMW, Porsche, Audi work you might need.

I want to Thank Greg Shaffer and the staff at MidAtlantic Motorwerkes . I recently purchased a 2013 Audi S7 from them. I am bit perfectionist when it come to my cars. I know what color what options and what drivetrain I want, before going into the purchasing of a new car. I gave Greg a comprehensive list on the car I wanted and he searched high and low to get the exact car I wanted. Not only did he deliver on the car, but he got it at an unbelievable price. Mid Atlantic Motorwereks really does care about their customers and their needs. They will not try to sell you any more than you need and are up front and honest. They are extremely knowledgable in this arena of high end cars and SUV s and have the techs on site to be able to fix any issues. Great company, Great experience, Highly recommend TEAM GS and MAM! - Eric Regan
