So I ordered a components system from then on 02/20/2018. I was guaranteed delivery o.02/26/2018. The day after purchase I received a call explaining that they did. Not have the part in stock(3even though it was advertised as 2 available ) they informed me that it would take 2 weeks to build. 2 weeks later I call back and they explain that they need to send it to polishing phase. I believe it was a Tuesday. They tell me it will ship Friday. I call Friday 03/09 and they said it would be shipped. I confirmed with them that they would include an optional item (chrome reservoir) and he informed me that they would. When I receive the package one part is missing (a power steering pump and the chrome reservoir). I also did not receive instructions or a packing list.I call back (numerous emails were sent as well as pictures) I tell them I am missing items and he explains that they were out of stock but all of a sudden would overnight them since it just arrived in stock this was 03/16. I received no information or tracking number and the part did not arrive until 03/20. The part (power steering pump) was supposed to have a. Chrome reservoir as we agreed to and it have a black plastic instead. I attempted to follow instructions and the bolts provided did not work so I have to run to store to find correct size. This was a $1300+ purchase. I really expected Better service for my money. I missed a car show over this deal and I will never recommend or use them again. I am still trying to communicate with them and they will not reply. Horrible customer service. Stay away.Jesse

I will definitely use jL fab again ordered 2 doors for my c10 truck a very nice young woman called me the following day and confirmed delivery address and told me my order was packaged and ready to ship I received the doors the next day very well packaged and in perfect condition. Do not believe the negative reviews my experience was top notch and very professional

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Found a hood on their website that said it was in stock so I contacted them for local pick up. So I emailed them and said they could have it in a couple days(no big deal at first, because it would save me in shipping) They sent over a PayPal invoice, that I paid on 4/22. 4/29 I contacted them asking the status, they say it was never paid. Immediately I take screen shots of both my bank account and PayPal invoice. They then say it ll be ready for pick the following week. Here it is 2 weeks now from the original conversation on 5/6, they say it ll be ready within the week, AGAIN! So 5/11 comes, I email again, any update . I get back some excuse about their supplier. At that point I m ready for my money back so I asked for my refund. They said it they issued it on the 14th of May. So a week goes by and I don t see my refund. I notice that PayPal can take up to 30 days. Well here it is now, June 15th and no refund. I contacted PayPal and they said the Merchant as in Jl fabrication never even issued the refund. Who knows when I ll get my money back at this point but any one looking to buy anything through it This company, please don t make the mistake I did. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible company.

Ordered a fuel door for my square body through eBay this is the company it came from I have sent several emails to the email address listed on the thank-you letter that I received in my empty package with no response back I received a package with two stickers and a thank you for my purchase letter but no parts so now they have $50 of my money and I have no parts I'm not very happy with the response time and I still don't have the part for my truck.

If I could rate this less I would, JOKING! The atmosphere is very inviting and they even have friendly 4 legged companions to greet you at the door. My boyfriend is In love with chevy trucks that they were able to help me surprise him with a custom sign. (So many options) I won cool points that year!! I m not sure why people always want to rate companies so negatively all the time! Not to mention it s not like a typical parts store, they had a very modern look to the shop and you can tell they take pride in the products they sell! Definitely worth a trip if you are in the area Thank you for helping me out!SL

It is interesting that many other people have the exact same negative reviews against this company as I have personally experienced. The people in this company know absolutely NOTHING whatsoever about the art of 'Customer Service'. They are shockingly immature like a 5 year old child, have never grown up, and literally do not care about losing business. It doesn't matter if the product is $1,500. They treat it like it is pointless and worthless. They blatantly ignore emails, refuse to answer detailed technical questions, or email detailed diagrams of their products. Service from this company is absolutely non-existent. This company NEEDS to be shut down and go out of business!!!

Very poor customer service, we ordered a speedmaster front runner kit that came with the wrong alternator pulley. They said they would send one later that week, I have left voicemails and emails with no response and two months later still have no pulley. The kit was horrible fit and finish, required many modifications and with no avalible instructions 3 to 4 times assembly becuase somethings nexed installed before others. The supplied belt doesn't fit the kit either. The parts are junk and they don't stand behind them.

Scam artist: you buy from him on eBay then he sends a letter without the part you ordered so eBay thinks he sent the part. Just look at eBay reviews and you ll see this complaint over and over. I can t believe eBay allows this to continue

Fast shipping,the right product,and communication was not a problem.They have some negative reviews but I don t see it.Very professional and now what they are doing.I will be buying from them again and will recommend them to my friends

Theses guys know there stuff. 2 weeks ago they help me over the phone with doing a LS swap in my 69 c/10. I would have ordered the wrong stuff if it wasn't for them taking them with me. Thanks guys!
