DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! They will fix things only to mess other parts up and have you come back for things they messed up! I had an alternator installed and it messed up the next day. They fixed it, but went back to them because they didn't install a valve to the AC compressor (a part they had to take off to reach the alternator) correctly for which they charged me $120. The very next day alternator that they repaired went out. again. I just got off the phone arguing with them because I told them that I need them to return alternator once I get it off to AutoZone so I get my money back for the part. They laugh at customers, don't give receipts and probably, if not already, will have police involvement and lawsuits in the future. The positive reviews are probably from extended family or something. NEVER GO HERE!

***WARNING*** DO NOT GO HERE!! They guaranteed they could fix my truck, asked for $1,000 which I paid then 3 months later says oh never mind it needs a new motor ang now I have to take him to court to get my truck back,! Horrible place horrible people

These people are horrible mechanics that don't know how to run a business. The owner ("main mechanic" ) is never there leaving people who don't know what they are doing to work on the cars! They took my money and I had to get the police involved to get my car out! Save yourself the headache go to the place next to them Lopez auto repair. They fixed all of jaydays mess upstairs!

Horrible have a lawsuit coming just about cause a fatal accident with my son car bad bad warning do not go to him if you do keep a constient eye on him especially he will break stuff on your vehicle charge you for it and never fix it my son tire flew off his car lucky he wasn't driving fast and on a non busy street just great ful he didn't get hurt warning don't do it ain't worth no one life but put in more money to fix the vehicle and all I need was tires changed now cost more to repair whole vehicle CAUTION!!!!!!!!!

If I could give them less than a 1, I would. Took a relatives vehicle guaranteeing they knew what was wrong. WEEKS later, the truck is torn apart and they are saying it's something else. My relative has asked for the vehicle back and to come to an agreement on payment for "work completed" and they are denying her HER vehicle. Now she's having to take them to court. Awful way of doing business.

1,200 miles into a 2,000 mile roadtrip our van's water pump quit and left us leaking coolant and overheating late on a Sat night.Called Jaday first thing on a Sunday morning, when no other mechanic would even answer the phone, and they got us fixed and running same day.Thank You Jaday Auto!

Wow. These guys literally saved us. No exaggeration. On a 1k mile road trip to say goodbye to my very sick family member and our truck started barely going and making a loud noise. It was 7pm Thanksgiving week, 1k miles away from home. We thought we were gonna be trapped there for days. We called 30 places and they all said no. They could get to it in a few days. Jadays told us to come in and immediately got to work. They figured out the problem and and started working on it. They had a warm place for me and my 2 year old to hang out while they worked and when it got around 9pm, they let us use ONE OF THEIR PERSONAL CARS to get to a hotel. They worked until 1am and got our truck good as new and charged us very reasonable price, much cheaper thsn I was anticipating after they worked so many long hours. We were safely on the road the next morning. It was absolutely amazing and I seriously owe them for saving us this trip. Nothing scarier than being broke down with a baby in the dark. I will forever be grateful to Jadays. Please don't hesitate to use them!Service: Tires

They were kind enough to fit me in last minute, but I had to get further work to finish the repairs, because the job done was not good. Possibly, they were missing the tools needed, but regardless. It worked well enough to get me home to a familiar mechanic (an hour and a half away), where that person told me they had no clue what was attempted here, but it seemed there was some improvisation going on. Giving two stars because of the interactions and making something happen for me immediately.

We were on vacation at Massanutten. Found our tire leaking badly the night before we checked out at 7:30pm. Nobody was open. I was afraid it wouldn t be drivable in the morning. Best shop in Virginia personally. Had 3 studs break off my wheel and called for an emergency fix when all other shops were closed and surely enough, he got the job done and with quality work for unbeatable prices. This is my go to shop now, I ve got my coilovers installed and tire patches. For the customer service and the quality work , this has become my go to shop .Service: Steering & suspension repair

Today was driving back to NJ from a weekend vacation. In a rush, diesel was used instead of regular. Half a mile past gas station in the middle of Virginia, the car stopped. 4pm on a Sunday, 45 minute from Harrisonburg. Figured I was dead in the water. Called Jaday & Tire and said they were not only open but would fix the problem if we got there by 6.Called AAA, got towed, and Jaday & Tire delivered. Excellent service with an even better temperament. I couldn t thank them enough!Next time I m stuck in VA, I m calling them
