Very friendly people to work with. Very high labor costs. Took our vehicle somewhere else and got much better service and more things fixed for cheaper!

The service staff is great. Had some trouble with our Odyssey having a really bad vibration when we hit 60 and completely resolved the issue super quick and same day. Also another time when we took our CRV to a quick oil change place and they forgot to put the crush washer which led to an oil leak. They took care of me no charge. They ve earned my loyalty. Shout out to Nathan and Melissa you both have been super awesome.

I was on a 20 hour road trip when my splash guard started dragging (my normal dealer didn t correctly reattach it after an oil change). I called when I was 30 miles away and they said I could swing by. They immediately took my car back and I was all set within 20 minutes of arriving. I know it was an easy fix, but I was blown away by how fast they were. I wish I lived in the area to visit again. Thank you, Matt, for all of your help!

Always check your appointment with them before you go there!Take it easy if they told you sorry come back later! You don t have appointment!!!!

Everything seemed to go well with my routine service until I got home and discovered a problem. An access panel that had been removed to do a recall service had not been replaced. Then I discovered that a 12v outlet that was part of the recalled circuitry, and which had been working just fine before I took the car in, now was not working. So I need to make another trip to the service center (an hour each way) to get it fixed. Better quality control needed!

Amazing service! Very friendly staff. I brought my car in to have a new license plate bracket installed, and they went above and beyond and replaced my plates and plate covers without being asked. Will be coming back!

The service manager Matt is very professional and customer oriented he runs a well organized department which enables quick turnaround time on your service so dropping off or leaving really isn't necessary . His whole staff , from the technician's, service personal and cashiers are exceptional....always professional and extremely nice which is a true refection of Matt's management style ... FYI good people will not work for bad management. . So big Kudos to MattThank you to the whole team at Harrisonburg Honda Service !!! I am a truly satisfied customer. :)
