Josh Fleming was wonderful during the purchase of my Honda Ridgeline. Bryan Horne GM of the dealership was also one of a kind who made us feel like we were appreciated.I had very specific wants in the truck and Josh made it easy! We put the deposit down on the truck they had coming from the factory and waited patiently until it arrived to their dealership.My family and I were in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. The truck was outside in the delivery area beautifully washed and detailed. I couldn t be more happy and thankful with the way everything happened. Thank you Josh and everyone who helped me and my family make this possible.Honorable mention: Collin Dreelin Master Honda Service Technician.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh Fleming at Harrisonburg Honda and I must say, he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey 2021 and patiently answered all my questions. Unlike other salespeople in the past, Josh didn't resort to high-pressure tactics or make assumptions. He was genuinely helpful, kind, and down to earth-throughout the entire process. I'm so grateful for his assistance in helping me purchase my new vehicle.

From checking the online inventory to driving my new car off the lot, Tony went above and beyond! He made what could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience incredibly simple and smooth. I ve always heard how people dislike buying vehicles because they feel pressured by the dealership. I m extremely happy to report that there was absolutely none of that for me. Tony was sincere, helpful, and professional and I could not be any happier with how I was treated.

Thank you, James Staton, Sales Consultant and everyone at Harrisonburg Hyundai & Honda for a wonderfully fun experience! I have posted James' photo so you can recognize him when you stop in the Hyundai dealership :-). James is as kindly as they come and, most importantly, listens and hears what your wishes are. I live in NC and spend time in the "friendly city". I had been searching for a specific used SUV in exemplary condition but gave up several months ago as I could not find one. James found the perfect one that had just been traded in. He grabbed it for me and held on to it until it was serviced and cleaned up (very well done - thank you!). It is now back in NC with a very happy new owner! I cannot recommend James and Harrisonburg Hyundai & Honda enough!!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tony Morris-Cousins for his patience and professionalism on working a great deal on a 2024 Civic. Not only did he close a deal on a civic but he got me what I wanted for my trade-in and also snuck me in a slice of pizza from a local pizza chain that the dealer orders from occasionally on Saturdays. While we worked up a deal he had the car cleaned, fueled up and assisted me in swapping my tags and cleaning out my trade. Very efficiently ran dealership! Went in to look at a car on there showroom floor and from the moment I walked in the guy that was helping me(trevor) treated me like I couldn't afford the car and wouldn't let me drive it. At any time he could of contacted me and I would of put a deposit but b4 I got to my appt they sold it. I feel like he could of handled it better instead he made me feel a inch tall. I was driving my old truck and he said are you trading that thing in. Very unprofessional but nothing will get done bc hes one of there top 3 salesmen.

Tyler Rich was the absolute best salesperson I ve had to deal with for a new car! I drove from my hometown to Harrisonburg Honda for the perfect car that stays on the lot for about 5 seconds! Tyler answered the phone quickly and through facebook messenger where I saw the car posted. He was on it! He pulled the car up front for me and had it waiting when I arrived, ready for a test drive! He was a no nonsense sales person, honest and straightforward! Would give more stars if I could!

I looked to purchase a vehicle here, but unfortunately they are still trying to get Covid prices. They were polite. Other dealers in the valley are much better priced, however.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh Fleming on a purchase of my 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback EX-L. He was Genuine, Knowledgeable with our questions, and Highly Professional. This was my first time at Harrisonburg Honda, and I was not expecting to find the exact vehicle I was looking for due to supply issues; Marcos Wells pointed me in the direction of my dream car! He was super communicative with me throughout the entire process, and made things super easy and navigable. They thoroughly explained everything to me and were super helpful with everything. What another great experience Harrisonburg Honda!Just want to say how amazing our experience has been with this dealership compared to the other local Honda dealers. We have bought 4 new vehicles here and Antonio Rodriguez always goes above and beyond his job to get us the best deal and has always made these large purchases easy for us. Buying a new car can be a long process especially when you are trading in a previously owned vehicle and you want to be at a certain price point. Of course bottom line numbers are what counts, all of the times we have dealt with Antonio he has always been able to get the bottom line numbers that make sense and gets us into to the new car that we want! Also Tyler Rich and Chuck Nichols was great to work with. Thank you Harrisonburg Honda for another outstanding experience and another new car!Don't waste your time with the other local Honda dealers and go see Antonio and his team at Harrisonburg Honda

Marcos Wells was great to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. He even helped my mom pair her phone to her car. Definitely didn't have to do that even if I did buy a car. Good selection of vehicles and they made me a great deal.

Came in a few months earlier for an inspection and skylar came out to assist me, I said I wasn't looking for anything besides a Type R and she'd let me know when one comes around. Soon after, she hit me up saying they have one in stock and worked with me through the process of attaining one of my dream cars. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and felt no pressure. Incredibly happy with my entire experience buying my CRV here! Salesman was helpful and went above and beyond to get me a car I would love. Straight forward and honest. Took it in for a small fix today and they washed my car without me even asking. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a Honda!!

Jhonny Clavijo is the man! He made the process seamless and easy! Came to them after bad experience at Staunton Honda and will always use them in future!They gave me $3000 more equity in my old vehicle than Staunton and lowered my monthly payment by $150 and they do oil changes and tire rotations complimentary.Great place to deal with. Very Pleased.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service I have been getting at Harrisonburg Honda. I purchased a 2018 CRV July 18, 2022. I am 73 years old and love driving to see my children and grandchildren and need a dependable vehicle. Thanks to the people at this dealership I feel confident driving anywhere.

The quality of service was great. Every employee, provided me undivided attention and quality services. Tyler Rich was professional, efficient, and was very personable. He managed to introduce me to my ideal car that fit my needs and sent me on my way with no hassle. Tyler was also very understanding and flexible in answering every question I had along the way. I bought a Honda CRV from Harrisonburg Honda about a month ago. Tony Morris-Cousins helped me out with the purchase. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and above all, honest. I really appreciate all the time he dedicated to answering my questions and having everything ready for me when it was time to pick up my vehicle.
