This dealership was EXCELLENT from the first phone call until delivery. Every person we came in contact exuded excellent customer service. Tony is the man you want to deal with. He went above and beyond to surprise my hubby for his 50th birthday. Thanks Tony for hubby's Honda Civic!

So we bought a used car from this place. Our daughter goes to JMU and thought it would be a good idea to go and buy a car here. What a good idea. They are amazing and so nice and so helpful. If you live in Harrisonburg I would suggest not going anywhere else.

Popped into the Honda dealership when my check engine light came on during a lengthy drive. Folks were friendly and made me and my spouse comfy while we waited for the technicians to get back from lunch. Diagnosis was okay and we were on the way again quickly. They followed up with an email to check on the service. Very nice.

Great place to buy your car at. They will spend hours with you to show you everything you want to see before you buy a car. Also, they give you many great offers with it unlike the Honda in Staunton. Life time state inspections and life time power train warranty who can beat that.

Had a great experience here. I worked with Austin Rasnake and he was absolutely AMAZING! I went in there with a budget, first car I was getting from a dealership, and needed it in just a short amount of time. The first day, Austin test drove many, many cars with me for hours and I just didn t feel like any of them were the right ones... a few days went by and Austin had steadily kept in contact with me and sent me cars. He ended up sending me a car I absolutely loved, and he worked with me and my schedule for me to come in for another test drive.. I ended up getting it, and would 110% work with Austin again! Totally recommend him when dealing with Harrisonburg Hyundai/Honda.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I own a Chrysler whose check engine light came on during our drive to Christmas vacation. We brought it to the Chrysler dealership down the road but they were of no help. We drove down the road when it broke down with the only place to pull in being Harrisonburg Automall. It was our last chance. The salesman came out and immediately asked if we needed help. We explained what had happened and everyone was quick to jump to our assistance. They checked the car out, replaced the alternator and got us back on our way, a Christmas Miracle! They couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating! I would would definitely recommend.

Everyone is very important to them .. service dept will be the first stop of greetings so that tell me how it's going to be. A okay they have been GREAT working with me and that's important to me .. Thanks Harrisonburg Honda .. Lisa was super nice service department person .. .. Thanks LISA .

MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT TO TEST DRIVE A CAR AND IT WAS A ABSOLUTE AMAZING EXPERIENCE - JULIO AND TRAVIS TOOK THE BEST CARE OF HER THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. SHE WAS IN AND OUT AND DONE IN 45 MINS WHICH WAS FANTASTIC - AND TOPPING THAT WHICH WAS HARD TO DO BECAUSE JULIO TOOK HIS TIME AND EXPLAINED THE FEATURES ANSWERED HER QUESTIONS AND WAS SO ATTENTIVE - THE DEAL WAS DONE AND TWO DAYS LATER THEY CALLED HER BECAUSE THEY GOT HER A BETTER INTEREST RATE SO EVEN AFTER THE DEAL WAS DONE THEY CONTINUED TO HELP HER AND THAT IS FANTASTIC. GREAT SERVICE.
