Saved my butt.Day before 900 mile ride home, found out rear tire had gone bad.They took me in first thing the next morning and had me back on 2 wheels in no time.Price was very reasonable.

Went through the whole process of getting an approved loan for a bike only for them to cancel the sale because somebody came in with money for layaway. Stay away. By elsewhere.

I was about 900 miles into a 1300 mile motorcycle camping road trip when I realized my rear brake lever was sticking/not working and had too much play. I stopped in without an appointment and within an hour they were able to put a new washer and c clip (that they had to go to a store to get the right size) to fix the issue. I made it another 1700 miles that week with no issue. Thanks a lot for helping keep me safe on a long trip!

Let's start off by saying Tom is awesome. He worked on my gsxr 1000 for me and worked on my pops busa. This guy is the best.. he done so much work on my bike I'm not going to list it.I'm 4 hours away from him but he is the only one I'll let work in on bike. Thanks Mr. Tom

Father does the muffler shop and the young man does scooters. Don't let his age fool you. He is very knowledgeable. I myself was a mechanic in my past. I don't even bother to ask questions or double check his work too hard. I trust him to do a good job and he always has.

This place has the best customer service, the best prices, and is without a doubt the best shop in town. I have been going to Tom for years, and you can talk this man is truly passionate about working on bikes! He will charge you for an honest hour (which is rare nowadays), and he works his buns off to deliver the best product in town.

Excellent service from professional people! I had bought my moped from out of state and had way too many issues with it. Taylor is the reason I'm able to get that thing on the road and make it from place to place. Wish I had known about these guys sooner!

I will never deal with this place again. After driving 45 miles to come in to find out I had been lied to again. This time over a cable the young kid said he would order and then never did. This is probably the 4th wasted trip I have made to this establishment since june of last year....never again! Young kid got a lot to learn about saying and then doing what he says.

This place is amazing. They take the time to figure out the problem and communicate their findings. Professional. Trustworthy. Nice. Knowledgeable. I can't say enough things about the team at Cycle Works.

Tom and all the guys at cycle works are just great. Not only did Tom do in shop work for us he delivered the scooter to our door!! Just went back to purchase another scooter from Tom I would and do recommend cycle works to all my moped friends.

Best shop around, it's family run and they have always gone above and beyond for me as a customer. I have shops closer but I gladly drive an hour out of my way to have Tom work on my bike. Satisfaction 100%

This is by far the best shop that I've dealt with.The owner is highly skilled in the repairs. He will tell you whats wrong with your bike and then tell you the best and cheapest way to get it done. The prices are extremely fair at the shop. So if your looking for a place to do a repair or upgrade, this is the place that you want to go!!!

So a lot of bad things here. I took my 2008 cbr600rr here for a diagnostics test. They said needed a new fuel pump. In which I said okay and they did the switch. Not even a month after the same problem happens again. Well supposedly I have a lifetime warranty on the fuel pump so I should get a new one free. I don t know why they order where they order from but goodluck ever getting them to help you get your new fuel pump free. So after I got fed up with cycle works not helping I took my bike to the place I should ve in the first place, Blue Ridge Powersports. Oh my was I upset when I heard that whoever put my fuel pump in before damaged a lot of pieces that the fuel pump connected to and the gas tank connected to. So not only did they screw me out of a fuel pump, they also damaged my bike in the process. Before you consider even going here you should take a look into the real professionals in town, if you actually want your bike worked on by people who care about your safety and your bike. This might be a little of a rant but hey if it helps someone make the right choice then that s all I care about. Btw bike runs like brand new now that Blue Ridge Powersports fixed all the problems.

I had a breakdown while traveling on vacation. The guys at Cycle Works went above and beyond to get me taken care of by the time I needed to head back home. I can't say enough good things about them. They were a life saver for me.
