I really like going here for my auto body needs. They discuss with me different prices and give me different options and actually show me things that need to be fixed so I m not being deceived. They have an awesome waiting room and a very friendly and wonderful secretary. She s the best. They also speak Russian which is a huge help!

Made an appointment for an oil sensor replacement a week before the snow storm. Even with that, it was completed in a couple of hours. Clean. Managed well. Itemized and transparent billing!! Good mechanics!Good location.

I was on a road trip 6 hours from home and experiencing engine misfires. I came in explained the issue and they took care of it for me right then without issues. Wonderful customer service, friendly, professional, and honest. I'm glad I stopped for help at this particular shop !

These guys are life savers. I was driving from Philly to Nashville for my cousins wedding tomorrow when I broke down. The Honda dealership told me to go pound sand but these guys said they could get me fixed and back on the road today. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Vadim recommended some BG products during oil change. He showed me my old oil and explained what the BG products do. I feel better protected, especially since my vehicle high mileage (122k). During tire rotation, they checked my tire pressure and topped off my fluids. 5 star service! Made recommendations and explained why he made those recommendations but didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. Prices are fair and service is top notch! Will be coming back again

Set an appt yesterday, went in 8:00 a.m. today, and they were done by around 9:15 a.m.! Rear brakes: rotors & pads. These folks are good, honest & fairly-priced. Needless to say, they are my go-to place for auto repair for now on.You really can't beat 'em.Service: Auto brake replacement

My daughter's windshield wipers stopped working in the upright position. Car ER was able to check it out that day and replaced a blown fuse for her at no charge. Very grateful for their assistance! It's nice to have people who are willing to help young adults who are living away from home and learning to deal with the curve balls life throws at you sometimes!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Car ER has always provided me with exceptional service. I consistently recommend them - to those searching for a shop, but also to most people who are already loyal to a different shop. Car ER combines the best aspects of the numerous mechanics I have used in the past:- Vadim and Mark carefully explain, in understandable terms, what services they recommend and why. This includes an estimate that is almost always spot-on, and I have often ended up being charged less than the estimate.- Their customer service is solid, and they go above and beyond to ensure that you are pleased with the service you have received.- Car ER has the personal feel of a small hometown shop, with the equipment and support of a larger shop.It is immediately evident that customer satisfaction and quality service is very important to them. I've been a happy client for multiple years.

As a female, I've always been wary when it comes to auto mechanics. I have been victim of over charging and being treated like a dumb child by other auto shops before. Car ER was the best experience I HAVE EVER HAD at an auto shop!! I was having brake issues (rotors) and received an estimate from another shop that was exorbitant. I emailed Car Er, and within 10 minutes, Reuben responded with an estimate that was beyond reasonable and with appointment times. They were able to get me in the very next day! The after-hour drop off makes things super convenient. Reuben kept me informed of everything that was happening with my car and pricing. Car ER even saved me money because they didn't charge me for new front brake pads because I didn't need them! Car ER's service was excellent. I left feeling like I was in good hands. I will only take my vehicle here from now on!

The owner, Haveem, was super-friendly and super-honest. He worked hard to figure out the root causes of my vehicle's problems (which took a little while, but was totally worth it), and explained them and the best solutions to me. His prices were very reasonable, and he provided a written guarantee without being asked. After he fixed my vehicle, I brought my wife's in, too. In short: Car ER is our new family mechanic, and I cannot recommend it enough!

My daughter has had problems getting her car started. Based on the positive reviews, I told her to get it checked out at Car ER. I'm glad we did. Found out it was battery issues and not some other problems. Very honest people and did not even charge her for the diagnostics. Go with confidence to get your car fixed. A++++

Awesome experience! I could not be happier. Everything from the second I walked in the door to when my car was returned to me (vacuumed by the way, thanks guys:) exceeded my expectations. Reuben was more than helpful, thoroughly explained what services he recommended as well as what could wait. Price was fair and stayed what he quoted me a week prior even though he pulled a screw out of one of my tires I didn't know was there and patched it up for me. As long as I live in Virginia, I will never take my car anywhere else!!!

Friendly, professional, and fast! I am amazed how fast my car window was repaired, and how pleasent the while experience was. My car was completely fixed the day after I dropped it off when they were fully booked. The staff will ease any anxiety you have and turn your day around. If you are looking to get your car fixed I strongly suggest Car ER!

I was recommended here by one of my friends, And I'm very happy that i came here Car ER is been wonderful in helping me with my two vehicles, Car ER is a very professional business, very knowledgeable i brought them my Ford Explorer, and another vehicle and they work on it at a very reasonable rate!! Car ER staff even came to my House when my Vehicle wouldn't turn on and troubleshoot the issue for a very reasonable rate again!! I met Ruben by Name and talk to some of the Mechanics and they are all just Great, Trustworthy hardworking people. Car ER treats everybody with Respect. Thank You Car ER you help me with my vehicles at a great rate! Thank YOU!!

After mycar started breaking down, I took it to Car ER (after an initial shop had incorrectly replaced the ignition coil) The owner was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure my car was road worthy. Reuben explained the issues with the parts causing the problem, and I walked away with an actual understanding of what was wrong (unlike corporate repair shops that don't even bother trying).Prices were extremely fair, and they were more than generous with their time. You would be hard pressed to find customer service as good as Car ER if you're in need of repairs. Highly recommend them, and would most definitely trust them to take my car back to.Thanks for saving my car guys

I never thought I would be able to find a mechanic that I trusted and who was honest, but CAR ER was a dream come true.I recently took my car here for some serious issues with the steering and CAR ER communicated professionally and efficiently. They schedule me for the day after I called which was awesome. I have been to many mechanics in Harrisonburg and was always uncomfortable and worried about the service that I had done.I wish I could give them more than a 5 -star because they deserve it. Every time I go there I am never worried. I feel the service that they charged me for was fair and way cheaper than what I had imagined it would be.Thank you CAR ER for your above par customer service!

Car ER is a great car repair business. The service is unbeatable! They always have low prices and are up front and honest throughout the entire process. I've never felt like they've tried to take advantage of any situation, even when my car broke down and they had to come tow me. I never want to take my car anywhere else!

We have taken both of our cars in for service and are extremely pleased with the service.They are knowledgeable, HONEST and quick.They take their time in explaining everything and stand behind their work.Highly recommend this garage as it has top notch mechanics, owners that care and excellent customer service. Their prices are fair and I trust them.

My daughter had the car for a couple weeks at school. It started overheating on her. Car ER got it in the next day, fixed it all up quickly. Price was very fair. They communicated during the whole process. Never had to call to get a status. Will definitely use them again once she has her car full time at school. Great peace of mind for a far away Dad.

I was so impressed by Car ER! Not only are they friendly, have fair prices, and efficient, they go out of their way to take care of their customers. Very few businesses now a days worry about the little things, and it was refreshing to work with a business that does. When I stopped in to have my car looked at there were fresh baked cookies and coffee. And when I came back to have the work done on my car they took the time to vacuum out my car too! This is the only place I am will be taking my car in the future.

My son s car broke down this morning (a Friday) in HBurg. Called these guys at 9. By the time we got the car to them it was after Noon (again in a Friday!). We needed the car (Jeep) fixed ASAP so my son could get home for a family funeral on Monday. They prioritized my car - diagnosed the problem, got the part and fixed it by 4:30! I m between I had 2 calls with them to let me know how it was going. Icing on the cake was an extremely reasonable charge for the service. These guys are excellent!!! Can t say enough good. Go there - it should be your first stop. Honest and reasonable!

The Car-ER takes out all the nervousness out of going to a car shop. I went there because of the good reviews I read here, and they proved to be true. They quoted me $20 for a computer diagnosis for my car which was beyond reasonable, but then didn't even ring me up when they explained that the fix was unnecessary right now. They were very nice along with very fast work, and I will not hesitate to go there again. Great experience!

I have used Car ER for several years now for anything that my car needed. They are friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, trustworthy, and overall completely reliable. They are customer-oriented and will make sure to find the best price and quality for any maintenance. I have never found a better car place, and therefore, I highly recommend Car ER!!

I moved here a year ago and was apprehensive about having to put my car into a new shop, but I was so relieved after my first experience here. I was having issues with my brakes and rather than the technicians at Car ER telling me I needed brand new brakes (which many car shops would have done), they told me if I wanted to replace them they would be happy to do it for me, but I still had about six months of use left on them. They suggested cleaning my brakes well, which they did, and the issue went away for a fraction of the cost of new brakes. I absolutely recommend!

A diamond in the rough!! Honest, reasonable, responsive, and friendly. My son broke down en route home from college. Vehicle was towed to the local Ford dealer there. They attempted to take advantage of the circumstance quoting us an astronomical fee. Car ER retrieved my son s truck and literally repaired it for half the cost. Through out the process they kept us updated. Their repair guarantee is tops in the industry. I would recommend them to anyone. Class establishment.

My son @ JMU has taken his car in to Car ER twice now. Once a couple weeks ago for brakes, and recently for a headlight that was out. He is a senior, and I wish I had found them a couple years ago. Dropped $1k+ at another shop in Harrisonburg on his car and they never really fixed it. I brought a trailer down and brought the car back to NOVA and got it fixed. I bet Car ER could have fixed it right for half the price. Thanks guys for running an honest affordable company.
