I have bought two vehicles through Bob wade and was considering a third. Six months ago I bought a 2015 Chevy suburban and after having it a month I got a check engine light and took it to them. They said it was fine and sent is on our way. Not long after their warranty the same code came up and they want $5200 to fix the issue and will not honor the fact that I brought it to them under warranty. I would not buy another vehicle or recommend them to anyone.

Took my car in for oil change, came out with an oil leak!!! Funny, didn't leak oil when it was taken in. Called to talk to someone about it and was left on hold for so long I called back and it happened again. Bought my car from them as well. This was back in April.

I live in New Jersey. I drove to Virginia to visit my daughter at school when my car started making a terrible noise. I had taken my car to my car dealer in New Jersey the day before, so I was upset when I was five hours from home, and my car was sounding terrible. I called Bob Wade Lincoln and asked if I could bring my car in quickly for them to look at. It was Friday at 3:45 PM and they said bring it over. Well, I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the service department is. They took me right away and they went out of their way to help me and to troubleshoot and fix my car. The gentleman even brought me a cup of tea. I have never been to a nicer dealership in my life. Thank you Bob Wade Lincoln service department you guys are awesome!!!!!

I bought a Subaru Forester at Bob Wade Lincoln/Subaru and Chris Hite and Candice Stearn were absolutely amazing by getting me into my new vehicle with ease and kindness! They Rock!!! I commend the professionalism and friendship during the processx

Would recommend this dealership to everyone. Kevin the sales manager was so funny & warm, made us feel very comfortable during the process of buying our new ascent. Kyle our salesperson was really knowledgeable and sweet, and took so much time to teach us all about the car and its dozens of tricks, secrets and abilities. The dealership is extremely clean and comfortable, the fireplace in the dealership is beautiful. Everyone is so nice and the whole process was really easy. The finance gentleman was very nice and explained sll our options and helped us choose what was best for us without any pressure.

Kevin Knott and Steve Gillette were very helpful, patient, and went above and beyond my expectations. I was having some issues with my recent purchase and Steve immediately offered me and loaner so that I didn't have to wait for my car to get fixed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Chris Kite in sales was great. Got me the car and price I wanted. He was straight forward and honest, plus helped me set everything up in the car. Everyone I spoke with was kind including Jay the Manager and Karen in processing. They made the process smooth and easy.

My experience at Bob wade Subaru recently was great! The absolute best customer service ever! The technician working on my car explained everything that he did and why. Comfortable and clean waiting room, waiting time was reasonable. Highly recommend them!

I love Bob Wade Subaru!! They Care about the Customer Not the money like some Car Dealerships. I own a Subaru. I Love the Service Dept. There. Can't get anyone any nicer or know more about a Subaru then the Service Men and their intelligent Mechanics.

Went there to sell back a Town Car now that my mother has passed. John was very courteous and efficient and we negotiated a fair deal for all concerned within 5 minutes. Pleasant experience, indeed!

Service department miss diagnosed my MKZ's transmission issue. Looks like it going to cost me for their mistake. I told them what the problem was, multiple times. I was told the transmission had a 24 month unlimited mile warranty when I had it replaced the first time in March 2021. Took it back in December 2021 as it was making another noise in the transmission, but they told me it was $600 wheel barring. However, it's June 2022, and I am being told that had I paid for the transmission, it would have a warranty for 2 years with unlimited miles, but because Lincoln replaced the transmission it now only has a 1 year warranty. Makes a lot of sense. If I pay them thousands of dollars to put the same transmission in, the warranty covers you for 2 years unlimited mileage. But if lincoln replaces it, it's only 12 months. The vehicle was taken back for the transmission issue 8 months after the 1st replacement. Sad. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Probably my best dealer experience.Bought a CPO MKZ. Communication initiated through an online inquiry with a quick, no pressure response. Asked for a quick no-see trade evaluation to obtain a ball park figure prior to driving an hour and a half to the dealership. Provided this without issue unlike some dealerships that refuse to consider this without having the car in front of you (this isn't practical if you live hours away) as you need to set basic expectations. The dealership itself is a little on the smaller side, but provides great customer service. Negotiations and financing were painless with no pressure for add one. Highly recommend. Salesperson was Chris Hite along with one of the managers who was excellent as well ( I apologize that the name escapes me).

I have bought at least 3 vehicles at Bob wade. They have treated me very excellently! I would reccomend anyone needing another vehicle to see Chris Hite, tell him what you want, and if don't have it, he will try to get it! They will treat you like a human being! Respectfully!

Bought a certified used 2014 ford fusion back in July from Travis! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase another car. Was willing to work a deal on the car and gave me answers to anything i asked of him! Really a great experience altogether. Would come back again.

It all went great. The car is doing well so far. The best compliment I can give is the offer of a loaner while it was being fixed and we were waiting on a replacement part. The initial part that was sent was defective. That loaner made all the difference in the world. Thank you so much.

I purchased my first car here, a 2011 Ford Fusion SEL and the experience was great. Everyone was very helpful, not pushy, explained everything I didn t know. Our salesman was Chris Hite, he was great. Would recommend buying a car from here.

It was extremely easy and convenient to make an online appt and I received a 10% discount for doing so. Jeff Spencer (service advisor) was polite and helpful in advising me on the service suggestions and the car was even ready before promised. It was given a car wash as well. Even though I no longer receive free oil changes (due to moving to a different area), the service which I received will keep me bringing my Forester back to Bob Wade Autoworld

My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with Nathan and Kevin Knott! The whole staff was very accommodating from the time we walked in, until they handed us the keys, they were on top of things!After looking at cars on the Toyota lot, across the street, we noticed a Toyota on the lot at Bob Wade Subaru. It was nice to know that Kevin and Nathan wanted to help with what we wanted, instead of the guy across the street trying to help with what he thought we needed!*****R-E-C-O-M-M-E-N-D-E-D*****

This is my first Subaru and my first purchase from Bob Wade. Got a great deal, everyone friendly and helpful. The Forester is comfortable, rides well and feels very safe. 31 mpg is astounding!

Service staff squeezed me in bc my care wouldn t start.Had it back the next day, washed and ready to go. Grady does a great job with explaining status reports on repairs.

Great team. I tend to haggle but never really felt the need to here. Never felt an ounce of pressure and never detected a single hint of phony. A great place to do business and I would definitely go back.
