I bought a wonderful Subaru Outback from Bob Wade Subaru yesterday, Wyatt Fillman was a phenomenal salesman and I knew from the very first conversation that I was going to buy the car from him there was no doubt about it. He was very professional, helpful, friendly, and over all just a very nice person to work with! As long as he s a Subaru salesman and when I need another Subaru I will without a doubt buy another one from him! The process was faster than usual. Ryan is such a professional & exceptionally personable salesperson. He came highly recommended to me & I know why. He is so polite & courteous & knows how to find the right vehicle for what you are looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products & listened & communicated so well with me through the search process & to the very end of the sale. Then he followed up with me several times to see if I had questions. He went over & beyond accommodating me with transportation to pick up my new vehicle. He is the reason I chose to buy a 2024 Subaru Outback from this location after visiting at least 6 other dealerships. And I must say that ALL the personnel in this dealership was extremely friendly & accommodating, as well (service tech/mgr, loan vehicle processor, dealership mgr who finalized the purchase with me & the final paperwork processor). I even received a call from the receptionist, I believe, who followed up to see if I had any questions as well. This was the most pleasant car buying search & experience I have ever been through & will highly recommend Ryan & this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru!!!

I'm a native New Yorker, my wife and I moved to the Shenandoah Valley about seven years ago.I have brought and leased many cars during my lifetime and it was always a wonderful adventure just like going to the dentist to have root canal preformed on all my teeth at the same time. I always dreaded the experience!Then I happened by chance to walk into Bob Wade Subaru in 2018 and metMr. Kevin Knott , Sales Manager.Since that time I have leased Three cars from Bob Wade, my latest a 2024 Forester Wilderness only two days ago.Mr. Knott has always been a true caring professional and coming from a New Yorker ; that's high praise indeed.I have found the service and sales at Bob Wade Subaru to be the apex of Great Car purchasing and Mr. Knott is a true jewel.We have already decided that when our present lease is up we will be buying our next vehicle from Bob Wade ( as long as Kevin is still there ).Until my retirement, I was an Executive Director for some large Nonprofits and your team at Bob Wade would have exceeded my expectations of what a hardworking, professional team should be.The entire team that I met were Great, Friendly and Professional including Tara and Jamey ,The financial Advisor.

Bob Wade's Autoworld is known to back up Each Vehicle that is Sold off Their Premises. I Brought a Mercury Sable in 1999 and it lasted til 2016, with 115,000 miles (I drove my Mercury from NYC to Florida no problems) it was a Wonderful Working Car. My Dad always Told me, their is No Car or SUV like a Lincoln or Subaru ~ They hold up and Out last the Most. He was Right. I own a Bob Wade Subaru.Bob Wade, as You drive onto Their lot, not many New Lincoln's are left because the Sales Team didn't let COVID Play Them .. They Kept Working through it and Sold almost Every Lincoln They had available.4 are left!!!!! On the Right of the Lot, are Used Vehicles but All have Great Deals Available too.Different Colors & Models Avail. ~ ranging from A Chevy to a Toyota. Most are Trade-ins with Low Mileage. Come See us!!!

A couple months back, I took my car to a shop in Harrisonburg to get my tire plugged. Come to find out, my tire could not be plugged. I then took my car to Costco for new tires - they called me and told me that they could not put tires on because I had lug nuts missing and damage to studs. (Liberty Auto apparently didn't put my 4 of my lug nuts back on) I then was referred to Bob Wade Autoworld by a coworker. I have never dealt with Bob Wade Autoworld but they helped me and treated me like I was a returning customer. They provided a loaner while they serviced my car. Just a few days ago, I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and they called me and mentioned that my back breaks and rotors and they weren't sure how my car passed inspection (inspected by Liberty on Market Street) and said they could fix them. They again provided me with a nice Lincoln Aviator as a loaner for the weekend. Paulo is wonderful and will go above and beyond to help. I 100% recommend this shop for service on your vehicle.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Normally I dread going to purchase a car. However, Chris Hite was totally awesome! The environment is very laid back and they are very accommodating. Chris went over and above taking care of us. I brought the car back a few weeks later to get it detailed and the extra interior and exterior protection treatment. They gave me a loaner car while the work was being done. And then when I went back to pick up the car Chris said 'I noticed you're about empty on gas. Let's run up to the gas station and let me fill it up.' We definitely will be back to Bob Wade Auto world.

Terrible Experience: Avoid Bob Wade Autoworld!I cannot stress enough that my experience with Bob Wade Autoworld was a complete nightmare. Let me paint a picture of the nightmare I endured, so you can understand why I'm vehemently warning you to stay away from this place.During my trip to Harrisonburg, my 2005 Ford Mustang GT's transmission suddenly gave up, leaving me stranded. Desperate for help, I called Bob Wade and they informed me that they could fix it in two weeks' time. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a series of disappointments.When I reached the two-week mark and called for an update, they had no clue when they would be able to work on my car. As someone living in DC, it was crucial for me to coordinate transportation, but the dealership showed no concern for keeping me informed or updated.To make matters worse, throughout this entire ordeal, Bob Wade Autoworld failed to offer a loaner car. As i have a full time job, I had to rely on expensive Uber rides to get to work in DC while my car sat in their lot untouched. They never once bothered to keep me informed or updated, forcing me to hound them for any ounce of information about my car.After nearly a month of waiting and persistent phone calls, they finally fixed the transmission, or so I thought ...... Due to their poor installation, the transmission broke down again, forcing me to pay $250 for a tow truck back to Bob Wade. In round two of my experience with Bob Wade, I experienced the same lack of communication, poor customer service, and frustration. After continued frustration, I asked about a loaner car which they provided at week three of them having my car.To really put the icing on the cake, when I went to pick up my car, they only reimbursed me up to $200 for the tow truck expense under the warranty. It was their mistake in the first place that I had to return to their dealership.To sum it up, my experience with Bob Wade Autoworld was a complete disaster. The dealership showcased horrendous customer service, exhibited rudeness, failed to perform quality mechanical work, and left me with an overall terrible experience. I strongly advise against going to Bob Wade for any automotive needs. Spare yourself the headache and find a dealership that actually cares about its customers.

This was my first time buying a car online and they have been completely amazing! They are always there to answer any questions I've had or handle any problems that I've encountered! I live out of state which has made thier job a lot harder. Regardless they have made every effort to take as much work off my shoulders as possible. I couldn't have had an easier experience, nor can I fully express how grateful I have been! Plus not to mention the car is an absolute dream!

I visited the dealership several different times, and drove a few different cars. They listened to my needs, and didn't try to take advantage of me or sell me something that wasn't good for me. (Unlike some other places I have dealt with in the past.) Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly...especially Joe. He was also very upfront and honest, about all the vehicles. I happened to come in on a day that Joe was off, and Jay was able to step in and get the purchasing process started for me. Candace was amazing as well. She explained all the paperwork to me, and made my transition into my new car a great experience! They assisted me every step of the way, and were able to answer all my questions. Joe, Jay, and Candace made me feel very comfortable and were great to work with, and I couldn't be any happier! The lady at the check-in desk was awesome too, but I did not get her name. I could go on and on about how great my experience was at Bob Wade with the staff! Thank you all so much for all your help, and for making my birthday car purchase a complete success!!

I used to go with my dad to get the oil changed in the Subaru... And the employees always went above and beyond. My dad passed away from stage 4 adrenal gland and lung cancer in Sept. Since then, it's up to me to take the Subaru for any service it may need, as mom isn't well..Without my dad, going to Bob Wade's, isn't the same. The staff is still courteous, thorough and even provided me with an estimate of a little damage done about 2 months ago when the wind was blowing so hard I got blown off the road. Didn't ask them to do an estimate, but they go above and beyond

This is my second Subaru. In 2011 had a similar positive experience at Bob Wade. Over the years I have heard comments from others about their honesty and personal interest in their customers. I have never been disappointed. My son had spoken with Aaron Baldwin - said he was very friendly. When I went back with my son, Rachel Gioscio helped us. She was kind, friendly and patient. It was nice to see that the employees together have a great rapport. Their manager Steve was also very helpful and friendly. When I went to finalize the sale, Brandon Mitchell helped me. He was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. He made the deal very fair and desirable. I was happy to learn a little about his background and family. In the crazy world we live in, it was such a pleasure to deal with kindness, fairness and friendliness. I recommend Bob Wade Autoworld very highly. Thank you. Kathy

I just purchased my dream SUV!!!!Alan Click is by far the nicest salesperson I have ever met.He was helpful, not at all pushy, and allowed us to browse and ask questions without feeling pressured. All of the folks at Bob Wade were exceptional...Special mention to Brandon who was a charm as well. My experience was excellent and I would recommend anyone to Bob Wade. Great team of people!!!!Great cars!!!

Very friendly atmosphere, and professional sales team,. Bob Wade offered me the lowest price of 4 Subaru dealers that I checked pricing. What I liked the most is the salesman had no persuasive conduct and did allow me to make the decisions and offered assistance to my concerns. They followed up a few days after the sale to make sure I was satisfied. Great team. I will buy from them again.

My BEST experience EVER, in purchasing a vehicle was at Bob Wade! I will be a forever customer. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. They listened to my needs and wants. Brandon was great. The entire staff was wonderful. I was treated respectfully. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and wanted and they knew how to accomplish it for me. Candace in financing is a wiz, confidential, and great to work with. The rest of the staff, throughout my purchase, were very attentive and friendly. Truly, you couldn't ask for better people. I have had some terrible experiences at dealerships and some I wont return. Not this time! John Wade has a class act dealership. And I love my new car!! :) :)

Joe and the staff at Bob Wade were very nice and I do believe I met all that worked that day, very helpful. Joe was very knowledgeable as a salesman and on the information on the Lincoln I purchased. Joe made me feel comfortable and allowed me to ask as my questions as I wanted and I felt he answered them honestly. I love my car.

Dealing with Travis was probably the best experience I've ever had in dealing with a vehicle purchase! Back in February my family was in a time of need as I had recently been in an accident in my previous vehicle. Travis made the whole experience as quick and stress free as possible. Without a doubt he is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I'll continue my vehicle purchases at Bob Wade Auto World as long as he's there!

First, I must acknowledge that my review may be partly biased by how much I like our new Forester Premium, which fully deserves its Consumer Report's rating as the best in its class. That said, this purchase experience was different than with all my past vehicle purchases. This is the first dealership I've been to where no-one was pushy. My sales person owned a Forester and did a through job of showing all the vehicles features in a friendly, non-pushy way. The other staff I dealt with were equally friendly and helpful. They seem to believe that Subaru cars largely sell themselves, which was true for me. I researched to find what I thought was a fair price, which they accepted after checking with the sales director. The Forester came in perfect shape. The dealer services sound good and I plan to have it serviced there, which I don't usually do. My wife has become possessive of the Forester, and I'm seriously thinking of getting one for myself..

We were searching for a used vehicle for our daughter. Joe at Bob Wade did an excellent job assisting in finding a vehicle. He also made sure that the cleaning and detailing of the vehicle was completed to our satisfaction. The vehicle looked spotless and practically brand new. We could not have asked for a better job. The entire experience was professional, easy and very pleasant.

My salesperson, Dale Smith was informative and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the deal and an informed buyer. The entire process was painless and smooth. I have purchased many new cars and this rates up there with one of the best experiences.
