Just had 3rd exhaust system done by them. All 3 done very professionally. Great work at wonderful prices. I recommend everyone I know to go see them for all exhaust needs.

I highly recommend using bills muffler. I had to get a converter replaced, and not only was it less then a tenth of what the dealership was asking for a replacement but the service was very professional and quick. Thank you so much!

Been coming here for over 20 years, they do great lasting work, would recommend to anyone! Was very friendly, and got the muffler I needed in no time, and had it installed in 30 min!

My exhaust pipe broke off the hanger and was making a bunch of noise, they took care of it and did a really nice job leaving it better than before it broke off. Stopped in at Bill's at 12:50 today with an exhaust pipe broken into between the resonator and muffler. At 1:40 exhaust pipe was replaced at a very reasonable price. I was a drop in with no appointment but was on my way in half an hour. If I need more muffler or exhaust work I will definitely go to Bill"s. Nice folks. Highly recommend.

Excellent work! Honest, fair and reliable service! I would recommend them to anyone needed service for their exhaust system! Both my husband and I have been to them and as a general rule they have the muffler already in stock. If there is any doubt they will look at your car and verify the need before doing the work or setting a repair schedule so they can be sure your car/truck get the service needed.

I took my daughter's car in that she worked very hard to save up money for. We knew the cat was rusted through and causing a loud noise and a leak. Anyone would understand how frustrating and stressful this would be knowing that the price and getting the work done could be bad. These gentlemen did an awesome job very quickly and the price was very reasonable I would definitely recommend them to others and will return if needed.Service: Exhaust

All the negative complaints are BS! They have excellent customer service! They do good work and they do it at a great price! And they're quick too! My muffler replacement took less than 20 minutes. If you need exhaust work go here!

Amazing and quick service. They took my muffler off after doing test on it and told me I had three leaks I was already planning on getting straight piped and they did an exceptional job beautiful welds and the truck sounds amazing I will definitely be bringing more trucks back there. Very quick to respond to phone calls and kept me in the loop about my vehicle while it was in the shop

This place is great! I've left happy and felt like I was treated really well the few times I've used these guys. They Care about the people, and doing the right job, not makin' killings off poor unsuspecting folk...as do some other unnamed places...ahem. I will take my car here, every time, over any one those other big chain places. No question

Horrible, I called to get a quote and he questioned why I wanted to do what I wanted to do and said I was wasting my money for no reason, told me to just take my muffler off, this place needs to learn to NOT QUESTION CUSTOMERS AND BE GRATEFUL WE ARE TRYING TO GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS!!!! Absolutely would not recommend, rude as absolute hell if there was a negative rating, 100% would give it to them. Learn how to talk with customers with manners and not be so rude to them. Will definitely not recommend and will banish them, horrible first experience.

This man was SO rude to my 24 year old daughter, she left in tears. It's difficult for a young woman to effectively articulate what's wrong with her vehicle when she doesn't fully understand, and he was demeaning and insulting with his attitude, humiliating her in front of other customers. When I called to follow up, he was extremely rude to me, as well -- and that was after he admitted to someone else in the shop that he "may have been short with her". We've taken our vehicles there for YEARS, but I will never take a vehicle there again, and I will loudly discourage everyone I know and meet from taking theirs there. It's so disappointing when a long-time local business fails like this!!

The guy who works in the front is a real douche. They charged a good high price for exhaust work and I was fine with it. However I am not cool with how they painted my pipes for no reason and got black overspray all over my springs, control arms, spare rack. Everytime I take a slow turn I hear the back part of the exhaust hitting something. I just expected better work for the money. Would not recommend this place to work enemy

This is, without a doubt, the best muffler shop in town. Heck, it might be the best muffler shop in all of Virginia! They have the best prices, and are always punctual. I couldn't possibly recommend this place for your muffling needs.

Took vehicle to Bills Muffler, as scheduled and picked up later that day.Paid the price he quoted me. Yes I will be continuing my business with Bills Muffler as needed. No bull, just go.

This place is very unorganized. No one was outside to greet me. They are inside the cycle shop and you don't know which door to use. I have a background of general vehicle knowledge, but they saw that i was a woman by myself so they over charged me and found a lot more things wrong with my car than were actually wrong. Basically they blow smoke up your butt. I came in knowing what was wrong with my car and what they told me was not anything close.

I went in first thing on Monday morning with no appointment and said fix whatever is wrong. Since I didn t have an appointment they said it might be a couple of days. 3 o clock Monday afternoon I got a call that it was fixed and it cost me $77. Nuff said?

My experience with this place was wonderful! I called at 10 a.m. got an appointment for 11:30 a.m. and was out of there by noon. Everyone was friendly and it was very affordable.

As it's easy to see you can please most people most the time, but when they try to get something for nothing they try to make us the bad guy. We strive to give good service at a good price !
