We had a belt break on one of our camper tires on the way to Luray and pulled in to Big L Tire Pros with no other choice but to buy a tire. They were beyond nice, gave us options and had our tires changed in an hour. Their prices were very good and fair.

Roadside - I spent more than 24 hours waiting for service and they didn't come, I called again to find out and they simply didn't give me time to do the repair and told me to call another company. terrible attendance

Super helpful as we experienced a blown tire on our RV on 81; their guy came out and then had to call out a colleague to help. Both were professional and helpful as they got us back on the road! Much appreciated them!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Call 3 times about tire each time was told we will call you back no return call from salesman to make sure if they had tire in stock so apparently they don't sale tires anymore

I always go here when I'm in need of truck or trailer tires. There's always a wait but I try to drop off my vehicle to get tires.

We had a blowout on our RV they actually had the tires we needed. They let us spend the night in their lot. The next morning they got us all fixed up (6) new tires and we were on our way. They were wonderful, professional and truly saved us.

$30 to patch a tire is wildly over priced. Would not guarantee the work either. Do not recommend Big L Tire pros.

Big L Tire is one of the best tire dealers in the Valley.I had a flat tire late at night and needed my car the next day before 3pmI had just gotten brand new tires and wanted to match the flat tire with the same tires, Big L Tire found that tire and had it on my car before Noon that day and at a great price.Service: Tires

Even if your not sure what tire is a good fit for you , they will give you options based on what you need the tire to do. The alignment side is very open and upfront if issues are found that need corrrcted. They usually can take care of you in a very timely manner.

Excellent place to to business. I showed up right at the end of the day with a tire repair and they took care of it asap and I was on my way out the door. I would highly recommend this establishment for tires etc.

The Best Customer Service Ten Fold. These guys found the front tire to my wife's Ford Focus to fix. In Virginia Ford does not use the same tires. She had sidewall failure and I was not going to buy 2 new tires that were different than the other 2. Big L Tire Pros found the same replacement and fixed us up. Now we just need to deal with Ford back home.

Well, the pricing is good but the service is slow... looks like they're running a daycare center in the service department so don't be in a hurry!

I took my semi in for an alignment issue.Couldn't have ask for a better tech that done the alignment. I felt like I was floating on air when I drove out of there.I will definitely be back when the time comes.Thank you

Lady at the front desk was very friendly and so were the workers, only trouble I had was a man named Bobby. He was rude and told me that they were closing in 30 minutes and if they had time he could fix my tire, he told me that my husband was dumb for fixing the tire with plugs because they are illegal in Va. company it s self is good only trouble I had was behind the counter.

Took tractor tires to be fluid filled. Fast service but the tires were way over pressurized. 55psi is far over what any tractor tire can handle. Now my nice tires are cracked all over.

Great customer service. You can get tires from anywhere, but not customer service. These guys provide the BEST customer service, because they always answer the phone, always polite and provide expert advice.

Very busy store I was waited on quickly and given several quotes on different tire choices The only reason not 5 stars is their parking sucks

Lousy sloppy tire installed. Got 4 new tires for my sons BMW and they chipped up the wheels and gave them back to us covered in grease and dirt. Then had some clown get mouthy . WOW ! If you want to have your wheels chipped up and deal with a clown, Go downtown to Liberty st and ask for BIG L .

Website was organized and thorough but I would find it more appealing to be able to see (even if its a estimate price) a price for tires on your website.

Called ahead, tires were in stock. In and out in just over an hour, had five truck-tractor tires mounted and balanced in the drive axles.
