Employee was very unprofessional over the phone when calling to talk about my appointment details. Did not introduce herself, did not say where she was calling from, and hung up on me after leaving me in silence for a minute after our brief conversation. She called me back a few minutes later (this time she said she was "Ariel from BatteriesPlus"--though she mumbled so I cannot be sure that is what she said) to say the battery I needed was not in stock and wouldn't arrive for a week. I canceled the appointment completely. Get better people to talk to customers over the phone.

Exceptional customer service rarely seen in this day. My battery needs were quickly evaluated, several in stock, the old replaced with the new and installed for me. A highly successful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

The staff is very knowledgeable and thorough. They looked at my iPhone, knew what the issue was immediately, and had the part in stock. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I felt confident about entrusting my iPhone with them for repair. It was done before the estimated time. They gave me an upfront estimate that didn t change. The staff is very helpful, personable, and courteous. I am a repeat customer over the years and will without hesitation continue to be a repeat customer. Also, it s in a very convenient location.

I went in to have the battery in my key fob replaced. It s the first time I ve had this done here. I ve had phone screens replaced in the past which were all good experiences except one. Today the battery was replaced quickly and I spent maybe ten minutes in the store. I highly recommend them for batteries and for phone screen repair.

Went in as a walk in to get my iPhone battery port repaired. Ended up just needed cleaned out from dust, they made sure it charged and got me on my way asap and didn t charge me anything since all it needed was cleaned and not a replacement. Matt was super kind!

Took phone in to replace the screen. Broke the phone, had to wait weeks for it to be sent off to get fixed, which they couldn't do either. Ended up with used replacement phone.

I brought in a battery to get rebuilt, was meet by a very polite associate who gave me a estimate of cost. 2 days later he called me and said it was ready. Went in and picked it up, cost was exactly as estimated. Quick, accurate and polite. I like this store.

They replaced my iPhone battery with a bad one. No problem. They ordered me a new one under the warranty program. They were supposed to call when it was in. I had to call them to find out it was in. The woman on the phone with me was nothing short of a snot bag - acted like I was trying to dethrone her from he majesty s seat. I sent my mother in do the replacement. Not sure if it were the same woman but she was snotty with my mother & treated appalling. To top it off, the battery isn t iPhone authentic. I now have a constant warning on my phone that says my battery might not be compatible with my device. Don t say anything to them tho, they ll act like you have the plague.The man who was with her was very pleasant and easy to work with - but as long as that woman is there I ll never walk thru their doors again. I d rather shut off my phone service than to buy a battery from them.Need a new phone battery? Go to iFixit in the mall. Better attitudes and quality service.

Took my Samsung phone in for a new battery. Picked the phone up in the one hour that they suggested. Battery didn't hold a very long charge and eventually stopped working altogether. Took it back in to have the battery checked, they said they couldn't "check" the battery but would order a new one and it would be here "tomorrow afternoon". Tomorrow afternoon I go back, "we did not go pick up our truck today, we are short of help, it will be here Monday".........well, I've been without a phone for three days and now he's telling me on Friday it's going to be another two days. They call me on Monday to tell me the battery has arrived. I take the phone in, they replace it and tell me "it was an old off brand battery that we installed and we've replaced it with a new Samsung"........so why, if it was an OLD battery...why did you install it and make the phone totally unusable? Meanwhile, I have messages out there that require call back's.....and no phone so I purchase a new phone. Thanks Battery Plus.........I just spent $1300 because you put an "old battery" in my phone. New Samsung battery corrected the issue with the old phone, which in reality never needed to be replaced... Buyer Beware.........

Melissa was professional and knowledgeable in soldering my key fobs. She saved me hundreds of dollars of having to buy new key fobs!!The other staff members are also knowledgeable and eager to help.Great local business!

Purchase the lifetime battery for my watch. They replaced battery and the crystal fogged immediately my recommendation is take your watch to a jeweler and get it done right.

Have shopped here for years and never been disappointed with either their having what I needed in stock, or their knowledge of required batteries and quick installation of same. This trip needed new batteries (2) for an UPS system. System was 7 yrs old and they had the batteries and promptly installed and tested them. Saved about $40.00 over the cost of buying a new UPS power module.My first choice whenever I need batteries or bulbs.

After one of my smart keys was lost for my Nissan Maxima I had Batteries Plus order a replacement. Arrived within a day and was promptly contacted. The fob had to be programmed, and the young lady that helped with that was very professional and efficient.

Had a cracked screen on my android and they went above and beyond out of their way to get me the best price. Service was super fast. They also got me a great price on a battery for my car when it died. Definitely less expensive than going to a dealership.

I scheduled online to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced. I got an email right away saying what to expect. I walked in and in less than 15 minutes I was walking out. I don t live in Harrisonburg but I can get warranty service anywhere in the USA where there is a Batteries + Bulbs store which there is one 30 minutes from where I live. Because I scheduled online I got $10 off the repair which was very reasonable to begin with. Can t say enough good. Great service, great price, and great deal.

We have a business account with Batteries Plus, but a different department usually orders, so I just placed an order online and paid with a credit card. I needed someone else to pick up the batteries, so I called and spoke with a gentlemen who was very polite and helpful. He was able to cancel my online order and charge them to my business account, which ended up saving us money.

I don t know the name of the guy that helped me but I went there urgently not knowing they were closed and he was kind enough to let me and my mom go in there to get what we needed. Much respect to him for doing that.

Michelle and Fellicia were soo helpful and very friendly with professionalism and integrity. I have been to 3+ locations today to get my phone fixed. They were the only ones that could do it the same day with a very reasonable price. Might just bring them lunch one day

Was looking for a UPS for my saltwater aquarium, for in the event of a power loss during storms. The store had the perfect UPS for me. While there I was greeted by a professional employee Zach who had great customer service. I will definitely be coming back in the future for my battery and light bulb needs.

I get excited when I get great service. Like most, I'm used to people just doing what they have to do and moving on, which is fine. But I called the store first to see if they had my watch battery since they popped up on Google when I searched for this battery. I thought they were solely an auto parts store. Not the case! The man on the phone was very polite and said they did have it. I went in a few hours later, looked around at the signs to find "watch batteries" and someone immediately came up and asked how I could be helped. I gave him my baggie of two watches with the backs off and said I needed their batteries. He knew exactly where they were and said since the backs were already off, that the installation of the batteries was free! As he was taking care of my watches he let me know about the store and some nice-to-have items that they sell. He wasn't pushy, merely informative. He had my watches done within a couple of minutes, rang me up, and I was on my way. Super friendly! Best of all, the battery was $3.99 and they took care of switching them out and disposing of the old one. Just FYI kids swallowing these types of small batteries is a major issue, so you don't want them around the house!I've already told my husband they have camera batteries since he's looking for a spare. Will definitely go back and will tell my friends about them!

Awesome experience! Went to have my screen replaced on my phone, they ordered it and replaced it quickly the next day.Everyone at this location is highly skilled and knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing any of the services they provide. 5 stars

Staff at the store were very helpful, but they were constantly stymied by the account creation process. The IT staff did eventually figure out how to activate the account and force a password reset. IT really needs to fix this so they can better support their store staff.

Made an appointment (to have phone battery replaced) online for the next day. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. They were quite busy. Despite my having an appointment, evidently walk-in traffic bumps appointments. Total time was over an hour.However, they did give me a $20.00 credit for the inconvenience.Just be aware that you may have to wait...even if you have an appointment.As far as the repair; my phone appears to be working fine. Time will tell if the replacement battery is as good as an original battery.

I purchased a Deep Cycle RV Battery at a very reasonable price. I bought it online and picked it up in the Harrisonburg, Va. store on University Blvd. They had the battery ready and waiting when I arrived. The clerk who waited on me was very nice and polite and made me feel like he appreciated my business. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. I would definitely recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs based on my experience and I will remain a customer...
