My friend was having battery issues with his car. Turned out the battery terminal was messed up and one of the employees worked tirelessly trying to get the problem fixed. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband just spent nearly half an hour getting oil and brakes. He observed an employee texting on their phone for at least 5 minutes while customers were waiting. Then another associate appeared from around the corner and waited on another customer that came in after my husband was already waiting to be checked out. Very poor customer service. We will go to another store from now on.

I was traveling from Harrisonburg back home to Norfolk. My cell phone would not charge, John N came out to look at electrical issues. He patiently gave a thorough check up but found nothing wrong. Frustrating but he never showed it. Finally he asked for my phone. I had not plugged it in all the way!!! Embarrassing. He assured me it happens, made me feel better. Great store, great guy! There are a lot of stores that would invent a problem for a sale. I really appreciate their way of doing business!

On our way to PA had some car issues so we took the Harrisonburg exit to autozone. The initial associate proceeded to do a check engine light test however called over another associate, I assume she was a manager. She thoroughly went over the test which wasn t great news but then she went as far as making a call to a transmission specialist who gave additional advice that we really needed to know. She went over n beyond normal customer service! She was so helpful! Great job!!

I could not have been happier with my experience at Autozone and with the highly professional pair of Debbie and David assisting me. From the very beginning they both reached out and answered my questions in a helpful and pleasant manner. They BOTH even went back and forth with me to my car just to make sure everything was OK. I would like to congratulate Autozone for their association with Debbie and David as well as the quality of your operation.

They provided me with the best customer service I have received from any type of merchant in a very long time; the "help wanted" sign out front made me a little reluctant to go in the store. The parking lot had a bunch of cars in it, and two employees were outside helping customers. All employees (including Kenneth, store manager) were busy helping customers. Kinzy was the lady that helped me solve my issue with my 2010 Subaru, one that had been haunting me for months. Thanks Kinzy, and thanks again for solving it at a cost under $10 :-) The entire team was great (I saw 4 employees, but there might have been another one pulling a part), and I wish I had gotten everyone's name. This is now my only parts store in this town. I'm retired, but the level of teamwork and customer service makes me want to apply for the open position. Everyone was making a contribution to customer satisfaction during my visit on a Saturday at 5:00pm. I strongly recommend this AutoZone location.

It all began as a loving date night to get yarn. Men being men, my man was not keeping up with the oil in his car, and errors started popping out left and right. We pull off and located the nearest AutoZone, and took off on our venture. We successfully made our pilgrimage and went in to get oil. Kevin and one other girl I didn't catch the name of were working there, lovely people and were extremely helpful. We got the car back on the road, all thanks to AutoZone.

Took my dead battery in for the core charge on a new one. Never ask me what the problem was or why I was replacing it. It was under warranty and I had no idea. They could have sold me another one for 165.00 and I would have been happy that my truck would start again and went on my way. Haven't been an Auto Zone customer for over a year now but that is going to change. Couldn't ask for better customer service made my day.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Jose and Berry, the whole crew here is amazing. They got me everything I needed to get my truck back on the road and made sure I had fuel treatment to go with my oil change and a funnel and drain pan and drain plug washes. All the little things I would have never thought about they made sure I had it. Thanks again y'all are awesome.

AutoZones overall the better place to shop. Divide your purchase as close to $20 (not $19.99) to get the purchase award point. One $20 or greater purchase gets you a point. One $200 purchase gets you a point. If the $200 purchase has 5 groups of items $20 or greater and purchased individually (rung up 5 asseparate transactions) it will result in 5 points or a $20 credit on the account.

My truck had a sudden power steering fluid leak so I went to this Auto Zone that I frequently use. The stores hours are open until 9pm and I arrived at 8:54pm knowing I just needed one item to get real quick so I wouldn t be ruining their closing routine. However I go to open the door and it s already locked and the associate is standing at the register counting the money and looks up at me, we make eye contact, I look at my phone to confirm the time, he looks back down and continues counting just ignoring me. Now I have to drive to a competitor store who gladly helps me out. I ve used this AutoZone for years but will never return based on the lack of service and laziness of the employee.

Let me explain because I really like a lot of autozones and I like a lot of the parts and life time warranty they offer. The reason this review was low because this autozone sold me in correct part. I bought rear brake caliper and pads which I should of checked before I left get home and sold me the right caliper but drum brake bads.. I took pads back to get correct ones and even though the computer show rear calipers for car they only offer drum pads for my 08 civic si and the si didn't even have drum rear brakes as an option

If you're traveling and need mechanical assistance, you could not go to a better place than Auto Zone on South Main Street in Harrisonburg, and you could not work with a more knowledgeable, personable, honest, or sincere a Sales Associate than Barry. Upon entering the store with an armful of wiring and an expectation of much difficulty and expense, he handled the problem with confidence and clarity, and in spite of my insistence on purchasing something I didn't need, he simply did what any exceptional Sales Associate should do. He SOLVED the issue, FIXED the problem, EXPLAINED what he had done, AND what to do for similar future issues. I might also mention that he never charged me a penny. THANK YOU Auto Zone for the amazing quality of your operation and your association with Barry, for I cannot even imagine a more skilled and highly-competent professional.

Stopped in to get a check engine light diagnosed. They gave me the reader and I followed their instructions. Came back in and the guy looked it up and printed a sheet with the code and what most people buy to fix it. I researched the issue and hopefully a couple of engine cleaner treatments will work. Possible O2 component. Air/fuel mix is not right.I forgot to clear the codes so I went back in this morning and borrowed the reader again. The manager Mr. Sutton was very nice. First time it didn't clear. I went back in and he said try this one. I went back out and as I was turning my car on to clear it he walked over with another one. I got it cleared with the 2nd one. Awesome customer service right here!

Scott is awesome! He always has good insight into a project and always has a lot of experience to offer. Unfortunately the service has been a little dicey lately with staff shuffling around, I think a lot of it has to do with O'Reilly's coming to town.

Was sold the wrong spark plugs after I asked the associate multiple times if they would fit my car. Ended up being the wrong part and asked them and they assured me they were the right plugs. Ended up costing me a big repair bill at the dealership. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. I used to get many of my car parts here but will be looking elsewhere now

The battery in my van died this morning, so I jumped it to get it going. I called this AutoZone because it was near my work. I told them I was trying to get a new battery and still be on time for work. I arrived, they had the battery already pulled & ready to go! One gentleman installed it for me while the other one was ringing me up. I made it to work right on time!! Really happy with my service!!
