Had to call out guy working when I went. He was stocking shelves and I was waiting in line, only had 1 cashier. A pretty girl walked in and he immediately came to register and became a cashier real quick. told her he could take her over there haha anyway, store had what I needed but thought that was funny.

I went in about a week ago because my battery had died at a gas station and I had to get it jumped, David I believe is his name was excellent in explaining my options, and he was thorough which I appreciated. Even though I was fairly certain it was the battery, he tested it to make sure that was going to solve my problem before I purchased a new one. He then removed the old one and installed the new one for me on a very Cold day.TLDR: Excellent service and friendly employees

I came in to have my battery replaced and I was met with kindness and a helping hand! Benjamin did a wonderful job and was very polite. I will definitely come back to this store in the future.

I came in for a battery for my 2006 Toyota 4runner. Kimberly came to test it was very rude and impatient then went inside and made her co-workers, put it in. He was a bigger gentleman but he did a great job. I just wish that people would finish their job instead of pushing it off to your co-workers, it made me feel unimportant.

The Autozone employee, by the name of Curtis went out of their way to help me when my battery stopped working. Testing the battery, charging the battery, troubleshooting the battery and other problems. When it was dark and cold! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, bending over backwards to help and educate us in any way possible. FIVE . Go see them

Came to replace a car key battery. Last visit store help opened key and replaced. Just now guy who works in store "refused to open key to replace" and said a small screw driver set would be required, so walked out an unhappy, unsatisfied customer!! This is simple, just replace the battery and make your customers happy to return to your store!Went to the other AutoZone in town and store help immediately replaced battery, then completely cleaned the key and compartment! Now that's service.

Very bad work attitude here! Needed wiper blades he sends me to find the my self, finally found them all 3 dudes are playing on their phones and could not help me with checking out. So I left

The tech told me where to locate my cars specific paint color code over the phone. Then, assisted me in finding the correct paint pen when I arrived at the store. Great service.

We're do I start I dont shop anywhere else love most of the sales people they help to the best of there Knowledge. They also do the best they can to get the parts you need. I'm in the store 5 to 10 time a week. Best store around. Some employees need to be Recognized. They do a DAMN GOOD JOB. I only shop at the 1749 East Market street store. Hope this helps yall an the employees of this store

These Autozone folks went out of their way to help us when our battery stopped charging and we stopped there. Testing the battery, charging the battery, troubleshooting the battery and other problems. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, bending over backwards to help and educate us in any way possible. FIVE . Go see them!

Today is my best friends birthday and we decided to take a road trip. 3 hours in and 88 degrees out our AC stopped working. We went to jiffy lube and Firestone but no one could help us. We pulled into this auto zone and immediately two guys came out to help us! Not only were they absolutely the friendliest guys ever but they also did everything they could to help us fix the problem! The AC line was frozen because of a clogged filter and now we are back on the road enjoying a birthday road trip! Thanks guys! You are the absolute best!

I very much like this store all the workers are energetic and very helpful. I've had Derek, Branson and Justin help me and they have made me an autozone customer for life I've never had the same service anywhere else before. I love autozone

I went to buy new windshield wipers, so I googled the closest AutoZone. So I came up to this one. It s so nice and clean and the location is great. I went in and was looking up which windshield wipers to get and I had a question. I asked the woman at the front and she looked them up and help me pick the right ones. As I was checking out, I thought I d ask her about my headlights. They have gotten yellow and ugly looking. I was initially thinking she could tell me about some of the stuff that I ve used before that didn t last long. She told me about this particular kit that she used before and loved it. She said I ll go out and do it for you. How nice is that!? Above and beyond service. Immediately, it was way different than what I had used to buff it out. It s a two step wipe and so easy. She even came out and put my new windshield wipers on. She was really really great and I appreciated her help so much. She is the store manager and has incredible customer service! I highly recommend coming to this store if you need anything!

Absolutely horrible experience! We are Garage owners with a commercial account. The manager on duty refused to do anything commercial because it closed at 5. Commercial is always open and available. That manager needs to be trained properly and not send customers or shop owners away! 08/01/22 store # 6760 time 19:12

I went in to get my battery replaced and ended up running into a few issues throughout the process. Tyler and Santos were so helpful and spent close to 2 hours problem solving how to help me. They were both friendly and patient throughout the entire experience and Santos made sure that the solution to the problem was efficient and safe. Incredible staff and amazing customer service! Highly recommend this store for any of your car needs/troubles.

Santos was very helpful to us on 3/15/21 and went beyond our expectations. She helped to put bulbs in our vehicle and was pleasant the entire time. Others can learn how to respect a customer from her. Way to go Auto Zone for having a super great Manager at this location.

Employees were very rude and I had to ask for help they walked pass me three times before I asked for help and their response was we all are busy I guess they don t know any customer service to greet their customers and say we will be right with you. Will not be going back to this store advance auto parts will get all of my business for now on and I have 3cars.

This very nice man just stood in the RAIN to help with a particularly troublesome rear wiper blade! Always smiling and so very kind!! I love coming her as opposed to the other places in town because of this!!! Good people!

My check engine light came on and I had a limited window to get it figured out during my lunch break. Brandon was very helpful with waking me through how to take the diagnostics in my vehicle (due to COVID they can t) I got my report printed out for me, and I m good to go within 5 minutes. Great experience and I m super appreciative!

Needed new passenger headlight. Phillip was great - knowledgeable on the product and was willing to put new headlights in for us (we went ahead and replaced other headlight to be proactive on our own initiative- no pressure from sales associate). Phillip then assisted with a second item we were looking for and had us back on the road in just a few minutes. Can t say enough good things. Thank you for handling our part replacement with the utmost professionalism!

I love coming to the AutoZone on 33 by hobby lobby. Their employees are so helpful. The employee named Santos is great at customer service. As soon as I walked in she knew I needed help and approached to me. I don t know about cars at all and I needed windshield wipers. She gave me suggestions and told me which ones were better for my car. She even went outside to my car to put them on for me. I always go to this place because of her help.

Our van got a leak in the fuel line with two kids 3 and under in 90+ heat. The guy working this afternoon around 3-4pm(I think he actually got off shift around 4-5)was very helpful and helped my husband locate everything he needed to fix it and get us back up and running! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Our experience was wonderful. The woman who helped us found the bulbs for our head- and tail-lights quickly and helped us install them. Fast and efficient service. I wish all AutoZones were this nice.
