I got help finding everything that I needed by professional people at this national chain. They even installed my wipers for free immediately after buying them, and I got a mail in rebate on my wiper blades.

Had my failed mobility scooter batteries tested. Although, they didn't have my replacement size, I got a referral to quickly remedy my problem. They are very much both friendly and knowledgeable.

Amy and George went way beyond normal customer service . We were on I-81, and our truck broke down, we were able to get off highway safely. I called around to several stores to try and get the parts I needed to fix my truck and finally I spoke to Amy at 3181 South, she had the parts in stock and called her District manager to get approval to deliver my parts to me at Exit 220 Shell gas station. I was able to fix our truck and get back on our way. This store and employees saved the day for us and we are very grateful.

These guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They can get just about anything you need. Bonus: free tool rentals (you make a deposit and get your money back when tools are returned) and free diagnostics. If your check engine light comes on, they can probably tell you why. They can't clear codes though...your mechanic or dealership will have to take care of that part.

I was hired in under Worker's Compensation with Restrictions and up to only 3 working days. Brian Weaver wrote me up for time missed for Doctor Appointments and then said you have told me before I did the Schedule. They I get a 38.5 hrs , Really that is 3 working days. Brian Weaver is a MALE SHOVEANEST and has run ALL women off.By the way do a Drug Test and see who passes, he vapes on the job and leaves on the clock, Brian does nothing. Good Luck

On my way home to FL from VT, stopped for gas then my car wouldn't start. A very kind man jumped us and we immediately went to the first Advanced Auto we could find. They not only sold me a new battery, but they installed it in no time! Very friendly and knowledgable people working there. The young man was so very nice.Thank you Advanced Auto!

Was there last night looked around didn t find what I needed went back to my car and the worker went to the glass and watched me for 10 minutes while I let my car warm up and when I was leaving he wouldn t keep his eyes away from me

I needed some tire valve stems, simple. Well they don't ship to APO address's and they didn't have any at the store. Unfortunately I had to go back to work, so my girlfriend picked up my order and personally mailed them to me. Instead of the simple tire valve stem I needed, they ordered gasket valve stems, 12 of them. Now, I can't get what I need because they won't ship overseas to an APO address, Thanks

Would not warranty a cv axel the has a lifetime warranty that they had warranted before. Apparently now they cant find the original purchase only where they had done the last replacement. This has been my first stop for parts for 20 some years. It will be my very last from now on

Folks are pleasant and very helpful. Stock is impressive. Sometimes placing an order online then going in to pick it up offers a discount. They are right next to AutoZone so that competition for business benefits consumers.

Unfortunately they are way understaffed on the weekends. I actually felt bad the two employees that were there at the time. Expect long lines or go during the week when they first open.I had a battery change and the staff did an excellent job.

The staff look completely unprofessional with backwards hats, ignoring you when you walk in, shirts all disheveled and normally I wouldn't care except when your business relies on a part they were supposed to order but didn't. They could care less they cost you tons of money and half are joking behind the parts stocked in the back instead of working. Clearly who ever is in charge needs to get their act together.

I came to this store on 5/21/2018 to buy some brakes for my van, johnny custer the manager got to talking and asked if i would be able to put them on myself and i said that i wouldn't, what he said next shocked me, he offered to come to my house today 5/22/2018 and put them on for me! Today was his day off and he still offered to do it! I have the utmost respect for this man and his store has gained a life long customer! Thank you soo much johnny!

Easy to get in and out. Bought a license plate frame and some cleaning supplies. Decent selection. Higher priced than Walmart but better selection.

I just visited on 08/31/2019 here to purchase a low-beam bulb for my car, the guy I spoke with said; he is not going to replace it based on company's policy, he also said; he has been working for Advance Auto for five years, they never replace bulbs whatever, while same car I have, exactly last year they replaced it for me when I purchased low-beam bulbs, that s crazy!

Looked online for a battery was told it would be $70 for cheapest one there, but when I got there the guy was rude and said cheapest one was $100. Not cool! Wouldn't recommend going here!
