Great people , doing great work , I have a Volvo repair shop about 20 minutes from where i live, but it's been worth the hour drive to have Joe and company work on my Volvo .

Very down to Earth people, professional, got my old 1997 Volvo running better than any new car out there! They work on most models, and specialize in Volvo cars. They gave me options that fit my budget. Their kindness is unprecedented. I went to the Auto Shop for what would normally be a routine service, and Mr. Hartsel took time out of his busy day to assist me above and beyond. My motorcycle stalled and battery was completely dead when I arrived, so on top of taking care of the routine portion of the visit, Mr. Hartsel helped charge my battery and get me back on the road safely. I highly recommend this shop!

Best beyond comparison. They are honest, fair and provide great transparency with your vehicle. My experience with them is the best experience I've had with ANY shop period. My Audi had an electrical issue. After dealing with the Audi Dealership and them offering to do things that "May or May not fix it" then charging me for every penny of tasks that did not fix my vehicle I started looking for other options. A shop across town recommended Hartsels and I'm glad they did. Once Hartsels had the vehicle I knew it was going to be a much better experience. They are VERY knowledgeable. There was a point I never expected to drive my vehicle again, but Hartsels through hard work and determination got my car back on the road. These guys really are the BEST. A+++++++

Only place in probably 200 mile radius that has any clue on how to work on Volvo and all the tools plus the only Volvo junk yard I have ever seen u need Volvo parts or fixed this is the place plus the owner is honest and nicest guy his customers are his family
