I have to say never use this place. I called this morning to sell my car to them because it no longer gets used and the dude never showed up to get it. What ever you do never call this place and try to sell your car to them. They are complete trash.

I called this company to talk about taking my car. I specified to the individual I spoke with that this car is my property, however it is currently sitting on a friend's property. I also ensured to state I was not in town this weekend due to extremely personal matters.We agreed he would come look at the car Saturday or Sunday DEPENDING on when I would be home. I'm writing this Saturday. I was unable to get to the phone for the ONE call I was given today. Despite me not answering the phone, this company still decided to send a tow truck to an address that is not mine! I received messages complaining that no one was home.This felt extremely unprofessional. I was not listened to. I have texts that even specify I "SHOULD" be home Saturday. I did not think it was necessary I reiterate after doing so multiple times that this company shouldn't attempt to come grab my car should I not be home Saturday. Will not be continuing business with them.

Only gave one star just to leave a review. At first I thought this was a good place until someone stole my husband's watch out of my Mercedes. They fixed my car and the next day it was broke down again coincidentally..... I didn't want to use them again but my husband too my truck there and I didn't even get a estimate they just did the work and charged me over $500 bucks. I asked to see the work Mr Lee says I have to drive and pay at the other shop and come back and he would show me. I leave the shop because I am totally done with these people. Get half way home and my aniti freeze is spilling from my car didn't have any leaks before they got my car. I call and they tell my husband to get under there and see where it's coming from and hang up. These people are crooks. That's twice I think they damaged my vehicle so I can have to come back. He is a liar and will swear he didn't talk to you and now has a even worse crook running his shop.

Worst business ever. I won't say worst mechanic because not really sure what Mr. Lee's work is like because every time we pulled up and our car was being worked on it was one of his flunkie mechanics. This place keeps your car for days and after driving for a day or two it's worse than before. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever! We keep giving Mr. Lee chances to fix the car we bought from him and nothing was ever right. We finally took our Benz to the dealer to fix everything he and his crappie mechanics jacked up.

After purchasing a Mercedes c320, I realized the owner is a liar and a fraud. The sunroof did not work and he told me he could easily fix it. After I purchased the vehicle he then told me he could not. I have had the car back and forth since purchasing the vehicle. I know now why he does not offer warranties. If you are looking for someone to smile in your face and tell you lies this is the place for you. If you want the truth I strongly advise you to go somewhere else. Never will I recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worse enemy. The name has changed. I purchased my vehicle from import auto king. He is such a fraud that he changed this to get from unclder my reviews.

I dropped my car of at 2:30 pm on 07/11/17 for a inspection. Called them at 6 when I didn't hear anything from them about picking up my car....they said yes its done, come on. I get to the shop and my car was not inspected, it was still sitting in same place I left it on the street. I was livid. I asked was the inspection guy still there, lady told me yes. She went to ask him if he would do it now, since he forgot. He said I can come tomorrow morning....wait but I got off early that day specifically to get inspection so I told her no I cannot take more time out of work. They had my car from 2:30 until after 8 p.m. really? I asked the lady what was the purpose of them having me write my full name, address, make and model, phone number down in the sign in book if they weren't going to keep track by following it....lady looked dump in face, she had no answer for me. I ask for my key back so I could get away from there and they took 10 minutes trying to find my key. Moral of the story is I will never go back there again, in my opinion they're unorganized.

Lee is awesome, I went to a few different shops around the Newport News area where I live and people refused to work on my car because I had aftermarket parts and nitrous.. I took it to him he had no problem, and thought it was awesome I had nitrous. Now I won't go anywhere else. I'd rather the 20 min drive to him. I've taken my car, my truck, my wife's car all to him multiple times and for inspections. Great guy, stays late.. opens early and will help you if you're not satisfied with his work. About a week after my alignment I took it back and he only charged me labor for a new part I was putting on and did another alignment free.

I called and asked a ton of questions. They gave me a fair price. I showed up a day early and dropped my truck off for a transfer case and they called me 4 hours to report it was completed and ready for pick up. Not bad at all! I will be returning to their shop for service.

STAY AWAY!!! These people are frauds!!! I went to the shop because of a bad shake, I took it to Import Auto King, Lee told me I need ball joints on both sides. The driver side was really bad so I had him do the driver side first, fine no problem fixed it for 248 the bad wobble was gone, so I trusted him to fix the other side. About one month later I took the car back for the second ball joint on the passenger side, he said he would fix it for the same price as the first. I got in my car after he "installed the ball joint," and the car was still shaking just as bad as when I brought it, when I brought it to his attention he said oh the shake is because you need brakes, I took his word for it and said ok I will bring it back for brakes but can I get my receipt for the ball joint, Lee told me the printer was broken come back for receipt, I came back two days later he said the printer still broke, I eventually just forgot about the receipt. Fast forward about a little over three months later, I go to the GMC dealership to let them fix my brakes that Mr. Lee said I needed, because the shake was just getting unbearable. I told the dealership I just got ball joints on the car a few months ago and was advised I needed brakes. The tech at the dealership informed me there were no new ball joints on my car and I did not need brakes, they showed the torn ball joint and said this ball joint is old and has never been replaced, after having the dealership fix my ball joint issue, I immediately proceeded to Import Auto King to address his fraudulence. Mr Lee hid in the back with a large hat on, I told his mechanic and his wife what happened, his wife had the audacity to argue with me calling me all kinds of names etc, I seriously would like to know how would she feel if someone did this to her, I mean they didnt mess it up, or fix it wrong they blatantly took my 248 dollars and did absolutely nothing, and then tried to make me pay for brakes I didnt need!!! This shop really give mechanics a bad name, they just proved everything negative people say about mechanics. I cant believe the audacity and then offer NO explanation but call me all type of names like I stole from them, the nerve! BTW his wife is the one responding to the messages under this review site, the both of them are pathetic to steal people hard earned money.

Stay away! I took my car in to have the thermostat replaced on a Saturday. I was told they'd complete the work the same day as drop off. When I went to pick up my car on Monday, it had been in an accident. In addition to the accident, parts of the air intake were missing and couldn't be found. None of the employees confessed to having damaged my vehicle despite the fact that it had been driven for nearly 20 miles after I dropped it off. The only positive comment I can give is that Mr. Lee paid for all the body work, the replacement air intake parts, and a lifetime alignment.If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

I got to Import King at 8:30 to get and inspection. I left at 11 and told them that I would come back , I come back at 1:30/1:45 and found my car still parked across the street untouched! No phone call from them at all concerning any back up issues! I wont waste another day with them.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I came all the way from williamsburg to get an inspection they told me when i got there that they were booked. However i called before i came to make sure i could get in and they told me yes. When i got there they called me a liar told me they never told me to come. Not to mention you can hardly understand what they say very little English and when they answer the phone they say hello never say the name of the business your calling. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but thats the only way i could right a review

Do Not us their service ,I took my BMW to get the water pump service the owner Lee did a good Good so now needed transmission work and drop my car off June 25th 2018 here it is July 4th and he says car still have same issue, He never call you back had my car over a week and then say well I put in clutch for you and charge me 600 dollars according to Lee saying the matching say it's the clutch then calls and try to make it seem like it's my fault and said ,well you to me it was overheating and something else is wrong! What!? Wait? So what did your machine say Lee? He never answered just something else wrong with car. DO NOT CARRY YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT, HE ALWAYS SHORT HANDED AND DOES A RUSH JOB AN I HAD IT WHERE MY JOB WANTED TO DO A CONTRACT OUTSIDE JOB FOR SOME OF OUR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ,NOPE NEVER RECOMMED HIM NOW. LOST THAT DEAL ..VERY POOR SERVICE...

Went to get inspected, of which I got a rejected sticker,....was told what the issue is....went back the next day to get reinspected, the lack of professionalism was AMAZING...I was standing waiting as the woman look through her mail, stack...the Mechanic walk in the shop and ask me what I wanted, I said re-inspection, upon hearing that he said to me wait and walked off...I KNOW A LOT OF PROPLE AROUND HAMPTONROADS AREA AND I WILL LET THEM KNOW NOT TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL....after this I am do here.....DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, after they get you business they act shady, I can t believe how they were acting....SMH.

Mr Lee has great prices and he also fixed my 99 gs400 in a timely matter!!! I recommend this shop!!!!! Very happy customer!!

First the picture of the shop really doesnt look like thatAll there cars are dustyI came to get a inspection lady at the front desk did not take my request or say hey how your doing upon me enteringThe prices are too highTwo brake pads would have cost me 120 and brake King was 60Then I park at the shop and enter they tell me to park across the street by the housesI will not be back!
