Took my vehicle in for inspection last week, got home and read my bill. Had a "fee" with no explanation. I've called several times for an explanation. Still waiting. I don't like mystery fees. Poor customer service.

In and out for an oil change.One tech tried to tell me something was wrong with my clutch that clearly wasn't....this woman knows about her vehicle... probably more than you do, sir!

Very high oil prices. They charged me almost $19 per quart for full synthetic. The highest oil in the city. Almost $50 for labour. Total $159 for oil change and filter only. The wait time was 3 1/2 hours as well. They left trash in my car. They did not reinstall plastic caps into the rain guard beneath the car leaving it hanging down and no future recommendations on my car.

Do NOT buy a Nissan, take that advice from me. I bought a Nissan Versa from pomoco Nissan when Henry owned the dealership. I bought the car with 18 miles on, and properly maintained it. Oil changes every 3k, transmission oil change at 62k, radiator flush at 65k when the coolant showed changes; it was maintained. The transmission failed at 73,000 miles. Save your money because Nissan knows their transmissions are TRASH. Thanks, Nissan... A-HOLES.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

If I could give them a zero star I would! Had them replace my alternator in late January 2022. Three days ago the same alternator failed as I was in transit in a different state with my young child and super pregnant dog. Called the service manager who promised to call me back by 10am the next morning with a resolution to the problem. Not only did he not call me back until yesterday, he never resolved the problem and it ended up costing me another 2k due to Nissans failure to stand behind their work and honor their warranty. And I purchased my truck through this dealership and use them for all maintanance! Needless to say, I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Hidden treasure!! I was looking for a Jeep dealer that could fit me in within a week. After calling several, this place showed up on my Google search. I figured I would try. Miraha answered the phone in a very pleasant and professional voice and Helen happened to be there and said there was a cancelation for the next day. I went and dropped the car off. Miraha and Helen kept me informed about the progress. They were so friendly, it was like talking to a family member. Even the cashier (which I am sorry I didn't get her name to mention) was super kind and friendly. You can tell when people enjoy what they are doing and who they work with. Although I can go to a priority dealership and get services done, I will keep coming back to this hidden treasure. Thank you Winners Circle Service Dept!!!! Maybe the commercial I heard should be where Winners work! Y'all rock!

Called several times on September 21st to schedule an appointment. Started at 9 in the morning. Last call was 2pm. Received no response even after the receptionist took my phone number to the service desk. It's been a week, still no response. Do not recommend. Customer service is lacking and it seems they could care less.

Just bought my car from Winner s Circle. Very professional, real likable guys who knew their stuff and matched and beat the competition s offers. Shout out to Derrick, Jaylen and Leon for the great job.

Horrible customer service! They never answer the phone in the service center. Kept my car all day and did nothing. Chris basically told me to have a nice day and never attempted to give me another appointment to fix the problem.

Are all the lights out in the dash? "Yes"Get in car, pull out of parking lot. VDC off, SLIp lights still on. Need I say more????????????? Go somewhere folks. I could go on, but why waste any more time if this place.

I just recently purchased a Nissan and had questions about a few features on the car that I didn't understand. Edwin showed me how everything worked and didn't mind coming out to my car to help me. Great customer service.

This Nissan dealership is by far the WORST dealership in Hampton roads , you have to call over 50x just to have someone answer the phone and not be able to help you .. THEY SOLD ME A BRAND NEW 2021 SENTRA THAT WAS NOT BUILT CORRECTLY AND WHEN BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY IGNORED THE PROBLEM THEN TRIED TO BLAME ME, IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO FIX MY WINDSHIELD AND STILL LIED ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS NO RENTAL CAR WAS PROVIDED OR UPDATES. Highly disappointedServices: Tires, Auto glass repair
