Extremely unprofessional, rude on the phone, and rude in person. Y all should treat your customers like they are human and have the common decency not to hang the phone up on someone nor walk away from them mid conversation. Honestly just disgusting behavior. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I do not recommend coming here

Vinny helped me and was very flexible and understanding initially. He became quite impatient with me during my car buying process and when I decided to part ways he was pretty rude about it. I have two family members who have bought three cars total from him - and they re great Acura cars. His salesmanship was never questioned, but he s not friendly.

Called for paint estimate and he said he does not paint. The company name indicates otherwise.

Stay far away! Do not buy a used car from this shop. Shady sales practices---will not honor their promises.
