Great service. They did a free diagnostic for me to help figure out the problem. Thomas was incredibly helpful and explained in detail what the issue was.

I was ignored by the only two employees there so i waited nicely as they ate and talked on the phone. Then during normal conversation I was then verbally attacked by random employee who had been eating not even assisting me three separate times. She even overheard me comment about how nice the television was and then told the employee i working with to turn off the television. She made a point to attack me wanting to argue about things that I was not even speaking on to which I let her know that I was confused why she was attacking me. She then told me to leave. It was rather crazy tbh and i left confused. She seemed to be very angry before I got there and I guess she chose me to take it out on. I simply said. "Ive got no problem with that." and walked out respectfully. I dont do many reviews and I hope it is with due respect.

I cannot say enough good things about the S Armistead St Tire Choice location. Michelle at the front is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and efficient. The technician was professional, thorough and efficient. This is the only location that I will use for servicing my vehicle. Extremely satisfied.

I always have a great experience here... The waiting area is very clean and inviting... Michelle makes you feel like family! The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and fair. James is a cool dude. Thank you Dr� for all your hard work!

We were on a 30 hr road trip to see Goose at the Coliseum and we were having some severe tire issues. We drove over a piece of glass and my tire lost pressure (one day after we had bought all 4 new tires ) We were so lucky to find Tire Choice. They took us in immediately with no wait and fixed my tire within the hour for only $25!!! It works great now even almost 1000 miles later!

I was in Hampton to trailer our boat for winterization and discovered a leaking valve on one of the tires. I stopped in and they were able to replace the valve within 30 minutes of me arriving. Great experience. I really appreciated the support and service.

Arrived for appt only to discover there was no one on duty to operate the computer sys or do the scheduled repairs. Waited 30 mins (still no staff)...went to Jiffy Lube for the service.

Scheduled an inspection appointment with them in advance only to be told corporate schedules it for them, and they have no state inspector and can't honor the appointment.

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful! My car broke down on the way to VA beach and they were the only shop open past 5pm. I needed the car fixed by Monday in order to head home and they communicated with me every day until then while updating me on what was wrong/needed. They found, ordered, and replaced what I needed just in time to head home Monday! Thank you!!

Having no a/c is absolutely absurd in an auto body shop! The manager was extremely nice and accommodating but you can tell she is sick and doing the best she can to service us customers, but the makeshift fans are not acceptable! If it was not for her and the tech that serviced my vehicle, you d get ZERO stars!!

Horrible customer service I came in today to get an oil change and to get my tire replaced and the lady that is working the front desk on 7/25 at 12:00, had a horrible attitude. I come to this tire choice from time to time and never had an issue. Today I come in and she was so unwelcoming I had to say Hi how are you doing a few times until she looked up at me and barely spoke. She was acting like she did not want my business. I will no longer be coming to this tire shop and the sad part about this is I live in this community to be getting treated like this. I d rather drive and make the long trip to the dealership, then to give you my business again.

This location (2 Armistead) does NOT do state inspections. The website will allow you to make an appointment, but it's not accurate, and the team can't get it fixed.I showed up at 8, and the tech wasn't there yet, which was fine since they didn't do inspections anyway. The person at the desk was helpful and tried to assist me with finding somewhere else to go get it done, which I appreciated.

So I was stuck in the Tire Choice because I was locked out my car. However, while I was there,I felt welcomed and well cared for. They were very understanding and provided great service. 5 stars!

I ran over a huge bolt. As I kept driving it came out but I could hear the air seeping out of my tire. I pulled into Tire Choice. Amanda was friendly and very helpful. The team put my spare tire on for me and make sure I was good to go.

Best service I could have ever received shop was literally closing in 7 minutes and beret was very accommodating helping me in a jam thanks to her amazing staff and great customer service I was able to get back on the road same day extremely grateful thanks again Beret

Went to get an oil change and ended up being told I needed additional work done to my vehicle. Ok that isn't a huge issue...until...I realized that the prices I was quoted weren't added correctly. Be leary when going to these folks and make sure you add up the charges prior to paying.

Wow - easiest tire check ever. We made an appointment the day before. They were not even annoyed that I called and changed it twice! Then they checked our tires and said the damage was nothing to worry about and didn t charge us anything! We will be back when we DO need work done. Thanks!

Received the beat customer service from Michelle and Gabby, and my car feels great. They diagnosed my issue and serviced me well. Cant thank you both enough! I will be back for all my service needs without a doubt!

I called to ask a question about the services I received and the manager, Michelle was very rude. I asked her a question, she didn t even answer it, I tried to clarify, she kept cutting me off every time I tried to talk, and when I called her out on it she hung up on me.

Went there to fix tiny tire leak of my company work truck because it was nearby my work location(Hampton road bridge tunnel). They fixed the leak problem along with courtesy inspection, air filter change for 3rd of the price other tire shop quoted me for tire replacement. Even if price was not really issue , it is really hard to find such level of honesty and integrity in this world let alone from auto service shop. Will come back for any auto related services even if I live 30 mins away. Had to wait for while but wait was totally worth it. Staffs were really friendly and professional, 10/10 Would recommend.

The ladies at the desk are great. Down to earth and friendly and willing to figure out how to personalize everyone's experience. The mechanics in the back give great repairs and are efficient and fast. Thank you I will be back for all of my vehicle needs.

Usually when I go to get my car serviced, the employees try to rush me or make me pay for more things than I intended. When I came in today Guy explained everything, was patient and got us right in. Guy, along with Beret checked up on us and kept us updated. Everyone here was very friendly and even joined into our conversation and acknowledged our presence! They made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend everyone to go get to get your car serviced!Side note: the inside of this location is very clean!

Taylor Hunt and the staff on that day were sensational. I m an active service veteran, I was extremely pleased with price, service and the work done on my vehicle. I came in missing a lug nut on one of my spares, which had a nail in it. He was able to find one in the back and saved me some money from having to purchase a new one. I may not have cost much, but his gesture went a long way for me and my family this holiday. Today was my second tire service that I received at this location, and I plan to make it my permanent tire facility! Thanks Taylor, you were the best.

Had an amazing experience when visiting this location. Before coming in I called and spoke with Beret asking on service of a oil change. She was able to give me a time and answered any questions I had. Not only were they able to put me in immediately but their customer service was amazing especially with me getting in and out in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all to come and get their service done here as well. Keep up the great work !

My experience is this. On September 2021 I had my shocks and Struts replaced. It is now July 2022. I still had issues with the shocks and Struts. They took care of the issue free because of the warranty. Considering world and it current condition it makes me feel great to know that integrity stands from the establishment. Thanks Rob and the team.

I had a GREAT experience at Tread Quarters in Hampton, the young lady at the desk was personable and friendly! Their services was amazing, and the cost was one that can t be beat! I had originally planned to go to jiffy lube, but for $21 tread quarters did all that I would ve received at jiffy lube for nearly triple the price! Thanks so much for the services guys! Keep up the great work.

Provided very good service and insight on the future of my car. The staff were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend coming to this tread quarters.Girlfriends review: customer service was amazing and they took my car in to do a courtesy checkup even though they were 30 mins from closing. They answered all of the questions I had and more. They did a thorough job checking my suspension and gave me honest advice. I would definitely recommend!!Also, they took our cars in right away which was amazing because everywhere else we needed to make a future appointment.
