I recently took a leisure trip to the Shenandoah area and noticed, on my way home, that my rear brakes were practically gone and my wheels shaking uncontrollably as I came down the mountain. Out of spontaneity, I stopped in to get an estimate and a full inspection, which they offer free of charge. They walked me into the shop, showed me, detail for detail, what the issues were, and gave me HONEST recommendations. Not only were they extremely thorough, but they were also quick, efficient, and considerate. Travis, the manager, was extremely helpful from the initial phone call until my keys were in hand. I gave him my timeline, and the team bet it by 90 mins. I may have been there 2 hours at best for new tires (which I desperately needed as well), front and rear brakes, and an alignment. Jimmy, the technician, is probably the most knowledgeable guy I've ever met, and I'm pretty consistent with taking care of my vehicles. I trust this shop and this was my first visit! Easy financing options as well and very honest business!

I tried calling several places to look at my tire, which was down to 16psi. This place was willing to see me with no wait. Once they figured out my tire wasn t able to be fixed they presented me with several options and actually took me into the bay to see exactly what was wrong. Prices are very reasonable and the staff was accommodating, informative and kind. Will continue to use them in the future.

I went here for a tire alignment assuming they would be able to do a comparable job to the new tire choice by kiln creek. After the first adjustment my wheel would be turned right when I was going straight and when I let go the car would pull left immediately. I took it right back and they said they'd look at it again and set up an appointment for another technician to look at it. After that appointment it did the exact same thing and I had to adjust it myself to get it right. I only used wrenches and my eyes to fix a problem people who have fancy equipment and do it all the time didn't.

My experience with Tire Choice is integrity. They have always been honest and have corrected me more than once about what I thought I needed and it turned out cheaper and even free sometimes, like today and they give good advice. I told them the wrong tire to repair and they called and said it was the warranty tire and it s free instead of giving me some story and saying the work is done, leaving me the original problem. I am cared for at tire choice. I can say I have always been properly handled at tire choice locations I ve been with them for several years and never disappointed. Thank you tire choice for your honesty and excellent customer service. We need more businesses like you. I went to the location in Hampton on W Mercury blvd address 2707.

Travis and the team in Hampton, VA were a lifesaver for me. Had a cracked wheel on a Tesla 21 low profile tire. Was turned away from two shops before I tried them. They got me in same day, with great service and were fun to hang out with while I waited. 10/10 thank you guys!

Very helpful. They explained the repairs that were needed on my vehicle. Travis even called and reminded me that it was time for an oil change! (Which I totally forgot) I will definitely bring my vehicle back!!

Amazing service at the last minute. Travis took me in at closing on my way to work. I was blind-sided passing the Hampton Coliseum and tire busted. Stayed open for me and as the manager personally did the work. Hands down will refer.

I bought tires and needed them rotated, after calling the shop and being told 3 different mileages I called customer service and got the answer....unfortunately my car needed new struts and they quoted me 1800.00. I looked up the exact part number I was given only to find that they marked up each strut almost 500.00...that's 1000.00 over the actual price of the parts...I understand a mark up but wow...absolutely disgusted...

Phenomenal service!!! Went above and beyond ANY car place I ve ever been too!!! Very knowledgeable, came and talked to me to explain what they didn t see from a previous rundown I received which saved me a lot!!! Travis and Trinity were awesome and patient!

Awesome work, professional, friendly, and knows your car history. They do not overcharge with extra services not required at the time. They notify you what may be required to check or change and do not "force" the service.

Top tier service, came in very last minute due to terrible tires Travis helped me through the entire process, did not pressure me into buying anything and answered all the questions I had, he even stayed back beyond closing time just to get me back on the road safely! Will be coming back for more services from here !

I appreciate the company for having the finance option because without that option I wouldn't have been able to get my car fixed the other day and I'm a single mom coming out of a domestic violence marriage and I only have one vehicle and the two technicians were amazing to help me make sure that I was able to get the finance and they fixed my car and one day so that I would have it on the road the next day with my children I would recommend this place to anybody

this was first time visiting this store as a whole and i was impressed by the service. the staff and technicians were friendly and professional. Jimmy completed my service with precision and care. I waited a while to do this review and my vehicle is working smoothly again. Went in for an alignment and breaks looked at. We found out I needed a lot more done. They were patient and helpful. As an autistic adult, they went above and beyond what others do. They accommodated my neurodivergent brain and helped me understand everything that had to be done patiently. I am very grateful for their services and great costumer service! I highly recommend them.

Travis is amazing! He always has a positive attitude and keeps a smile on his face. Even when you re sitting inside and he s taking phone calls, he is always so kind and respectful to everyone that he speaks to. He s always honest and upfront which makes this process so much easier as a female going into an auto shop alone. The prices are very reasonable and my car has never driven so smoothly! I got two new tires and an alignment which was well overdue! Big thanks to him and Trinity for their honesty, patience, and hard work!

I am a single mother and cannot stand dealerships. I was told my 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe was unsafe to drive and wanted a second opinion, so after researching online I found that Tire Choice had amazing reviews! The reviews are spot on! I called to see if they could fit me in same day and Travis was so polite on the phone and said no problem! Jimmy inspected my suv, ensured me it was safe to drive to ease my mind, completed my alignment, explained some things I was unaware of. Extremely honest crew running this shop. I was very impressed and will definitely use them for all future vehicle maintenance. Thank you so much!!!

I think I ve found a new auto home. Let s be honest no one likes going to the dealership.I called yesterday and spoke with Travis to ensure that my services could be taken care of in one day.Speaking with Travis was very pleasant and reassuring. I arrived this morning and got to meet Travis face to face. I needed FOUR new tires an alignment.. oil change AND a state inspection. Travis walked me through my payment options and everything worked out perfectly! Travis attentiveness to his customers and his team s professionalism is impeccable.Trinity did a fantastic job on my vehicle and it rides brand new! Thank you Travis, Trinity and team!! Good news is Travis answered right away and was so nice and said he could take care of me right away. I was on my way out of town and needed 1 tire. He initially quoted $300 for the tire I needed .I told him I was gonna call around and I will call him back.I called him back 15 mins later and he quoted me $400.

Make sure this is where you take your vehicle if you good service! I was told by another shop that I needed new brakes for my vehicle so I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion, and to my surprise my car was perfectly fine. The mechanic lifted my vehicle showed me the wear on my brake pads and rotors, and taught me some things I didn't know. Totally honest people and I would definitely recommend bringing your car to this place!
