Today I had one of the best experience with a mobile repair company. my tow truck was loaded with a customers vehicle and it broke down. Tidewater Truck and Repair stop and did not hesitate to get my tow truck up and running and back on the road within one hour. Excellent customer service very knowledgeable. We called them around 11:30pm and was told that a technician would be out in around an hour. I waited 45 minutes and called for an update. I was told that I would be called right back. I never got a call. I kept calling and calling until 2:30am.If they would have just told us they couldn't make it, I would have understood everything. But just to leave the phone ringing with no response? So unprofessional and unethicalThis company advertises for a 24/hr service and they most certainly are not. The employees who answer the phone are clueless and unprofessional.

Great service. Our company's truck was having issues overheating and the lights went out and they were able to meet us on site at extremely short notice. The employees were understanding and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I just watched them hook up to a 43 passenger motor coach, and heard the coach owner say how thorough of a job they did, was real attentive to ensuring the bus was hooked up properly and no damage occurred throughout the whole tow process. He was happy about the price too lol. Great Company, great work, great prices!

Worst towing experience ever. Was quoted 1 hour estimate. After 4 hours made some lame excuse for not showing up. Unprofessional people. Deserves zero star.Ps-After seeing the owners reply I can see the assumptions being made on my part instead instead of humbly accepting one's mistake. Just to let you know I operate a business since 7 years and have customers from all the ethnicity. They understand my English very well. so unless you speak some alien English you should be able to understand my English. And in case you couldnt understand anything I said, should have politely refused the service. After your no show I was able to call some other towing company, who understood my English very well and were able to tow my truck within 25 minutes. So better go to some English learning classes or improve your service instead of blaming your customers

He flew through Sam s club parking lot almost ran into my car, then the Driver nearly ran me off the rd with my small children in the car, purposely cut me off trying to cause an accident. Recorded the entire incident.
