Had to come back and have tires balanced after the owner charged me for it and it was never done after the tires were mounted . The second issue is the tech gouged two of the three aluminum rims I brought During install and said it wasn t his problem.Offered nothing but attitude when I brought it to his attention. I would not recommend anyone go and deal with the actual boss the employees are great the management is the real issue.

They had my truck since 12/7/2023 it s now 1/3/2024 and they lied the entire time about when it will be fixed. This is after I paid them $190 to come out and do a forced regeneration after I told them freightliner said that s not the problem , he said it was so with my lack of knowledge I allowed them to do so. It didn t work so he told me to get it towed ($400) because they will need to fix it at the shop. Even gave me a number for the tow. I ve been calling and been told multiple times it will be fixed this day , it a be done by this time and this been going on for weeks . Ive been told to my face and over the phone pure lies. Got up there today and he lied again about it being done. So we are now both speaking out of frustration ,he said pay the bill I said no let me test drive it first to confirm they fulfilled their obligations . I step outside so they can jump my truck because it went dead that s how long it had been sitting .The mechanic came outside with a firearm when he brung the battery pack to jump it , yes we have the right to carry in Va but he didn t have it inside so why come outside with it, that proposed a threat to me and I became feared for my life, I never proposed any threat I just wanted to test drive my truck . I then dialed 911 . Officers came and kind of diffused the situation but did nothing really . Didn t even check to see if the guys firearm was registered. He then started yelling and said get my truck off his property ,went on and pulled my truck a 18 wheeler with a forklift and sat it on the street. No consideration for my property, pulled it over 2 tire chocks and all . I charged my battery up finally after 2hrs and all of my lights are still on so they did absolutely nothing to my truck and have been lying for 3.5 weeks .I will be taking legal actions. I have video and all of the situation.

excellent service in and out within a few minutes the owner even gets his hands dirty so everyone else knows they have to work just as hard we love these guys they keep us rolling.

They were well under the estimated 90mins and Jake had me back on the road within half an hour. Did not expect that kinda service. Nor many companies still do what they do. Highly recommended

I took my F250 to Tidewater Tire to have a new set of 37 Toyos put on. Everyone there was super friendly and I feel I was treated fairly on price. Not a scratch on the rims and the truck drove perfectly. Will definitely go back!!

I got there at 8:00am first custom didn't get in shop two half hrs later one worker complained the whole time iwas there

The shop was recommended to me & they didn't disappoint. The wait was minimal, staff was friendly & professional, service was quick. Overall, I had a great experience there & would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are very friendly, and very professional ... VERY BUSY, but if you give them a few minutes, they'll have you back on the road real fast. Good thorough technicians

Always fast and very professional. These guys know what they're doing. I always bring my Companybtrucks and Personal vehicles to get worked on here. I recommend them whenever I am asked about Tires or work needed for someone's vehicle. Good people.
